Nothing like Chewy’s much underrated free ask-a-vet service for its auto ship customers. First of all, unlike most other platforms, chewy actually connects you with a veterinarian—not a “vet professional” which (in my experience) has meant either a veterinarian OR a vet tech. Many of my questions about dog’s issues and needs would not have been adequately addressed by a vet tech, so Chewy really brings some relief on this end. Seriously, if you need some urgent advice on whether or not something is an emergency, and don’t have any other expert sources, connect with chewy’s ask a vet service. I have used it many times and not once has it been a letdown.

Such. Fast. Shipping. !!! Has everything you need, and while the products aren't necessarily "cheap," they're priced better than anything I find locally. Chewy has so many varieties of everything in stock, and the autoship options make getting things for your pet a breeze. I had to return a crate that wasn't the right size for our pup, and Chewy made the return so simple; they refunded me while also asking that I donate the aforementioned crate to a shelter instead of shipping it back. The company just seems good.

I LOVE LOVE LOCE CHEWY!! I have all of my cats food, litter & snacks on autoship which saves a ton of time and money. It's always on time. I also buy all their toys and things from them as well. I can't recommend using them enough. Only complaint is my friend signed up and added her new kitten to her account and they sent her an amazing painting of her cat & then sent one of her dog. I'm mostly jealous that I didn't get one. lol

Super convenient site to find everything you need for your pet. I had an experience where my delivery driver kept misdelivering my packages to a different address, and Chewy's customer support was unbelievably helpful during the entire ordeal until I finally got my order.

Chewy has a user-friendly website, excellent and timely shipping, and a wide selection of products for all kinds of animals.

I cannot tell you how great this company is. They always send me reminder emails with my upcoming subscribe and save and make it super easy to skip a shipment if I don’t need it that month. They also send a postcard on my pups birthday and have a great customer service. Besides that I’ve been able to find a nice selection of interactive toys for my pups to try so they aren’t so bored

Amazing customer service anytime I need it. The vet function is awesome for any pharmacy products you need, they work direct with your vet and it's always speedy. They've also got great product selections and prices. Love chewy!

The best thing to ever happen for a busy pet mom. Sometimes I can't physically haul dog and cat food and litter. Having all three come right to my door is a game changer.

I've had the best shopping experience with Chewy so far. They give great deals and shipping only takes 2 days which is amazing! Everytime I have ordered canned food for my cat, nothing has ever been damaged which is great compared to experiences with other companies. Their customer support is also extremely understanding and helpful.

I have been using Chewy for years! They are an outstanding company with an excellent reputation in my eyes. They truly care for their customers. All my pets receive cards on their birthdays. I received a condolence message after the passing of one of my dogs. They also send random gifts such as a small canvas portrait of my cat. Just an incredible company that genuinely cares about their customers and their pets. Excellent customer service, too, if there’s ever an issue with an order. They offer a wide range of food, toys, and other products. It’s also convenient to have a subscription for pet food so I don’t have to remember it before running out. I can’t say enough positive things about this company!

It is Amazon for your pet, but actual real human being customer service that is so nice and worth being a customer. When in need of pet supplies I shop around for the best price, sometimes I procrastinate and have no choice but to buy at a physical store, this means I place maybe 4-8 Chewy orders a year. Every single year, without fail they send my cats and my dog a birthday card. A stupid easy, yet effective move for a company. Subscription savings are nice and easy to manage, but customer service 100,000/10. Manyyyyy nice stories circulating about their approach to customer service, especially when a pet passes away.

Chewy is truly writing the blueprint for excellent customer service. I wouldn't say they excel in unique products (that I've seen) but I can safely trust they are looking out for their customer. Their customer is not the human purchasing the product but the animals that are consuming it. I've seen countless stories of Chewy sending custom artwork and flowers to those that have lost a pet. Like how do they do it? Chewy is a brand you can trust.

My dogs now recognize Chewy boxes when they arrive and know the company by name. They constantly have great deals and offer a wide range of products for every pet and every price range. From medication to food to shampoos for itchy boys, chewy has everything we need with super fast shipping and customer service you can rely on. I even recently received a custom hand painted portrait of one of my dogs as a surprise, and it was so adorable I cried. Seriously you cannot find a company that understands how much we love our pets better than chewy!

Chewy is very convenient with a wide variety of items for all my puppy needs. I have bought several treats, dog food, and toys from Chewy. I have been pleased with all my purchases.
