Cadence earns mixed-to-positive reviews: the magnetic, leak-resistant, customizable capsules streamline packing and look chic, but size, weight, and durability issues temper enthusiasm. Reviews praise organization, aesthetics, sustainability, and strong magnets for tidy travel; drawbacks include small internal capacity for liquids like shampoo, occasional leakage, hard-to-open lids when wet, heavier build, weak magnet linkage at times, and reports of cracking over months of use.

Love these adorable magnetic capsules! They are very useful for my short trips. Love the cute colours and labels! They are great for smaller tablets and rings!

They are really small, I don't really use them for shampoo or moisturiser because I'd use it up within a day or two! They are not that helpful if you are going on a longer vacation.
I absolutely love my Cadence containers. I have an original set of 12 with custom magnetic labels. My doctor has me taking a lot of medicine and supplements, so these have been so helpful for sticking with my routine even when traveling. I love that I can have sun and moon for timing my pills instead of having the names of the pills on the bottle. I know that technically you're supposed to have the bottles with your prescriptions on them when traveling with medication, but I've traveled with my pills this way 5-6 times since buying Cadence and have never had a problem. Mine are all one size, but I actually find them perfect for shampoo and conditioner as well. If you're someone who washes their hair 1-3 times a week, these containers work well for the amount of shampoo and condition you need on up to a week-long trip. (I have long hair, so people with shorter hair may get even longer.) I'm also a borderline pro at losing things, especially when traveling, so the magnetic lids have come in handy more times than I can count. They almost guide themselves to the sides of the container when you open them, making it near impossible to lose a lid. I definitely plan on getting different sizes once I start traveling more.
Cool product that makes bringing skincare, hair care, and other odds and ends on trips easy. I love the range of colors and the fact that the product is modular. I can easily swap out tiles and sizes depending on what I need to bring!

As someone who flies somewhere at least every couple months, I absolutely swear by these. There's nothing else like these on the market! They get the job done and look great while doing it. I'm excited for these to come in larger sizes because the standard size can only hold about a week's worth of product.
I have spent sooooo much money with this company! I ordered their original ones and then they came out with the larger ones...and then they came out with PINK. I love pink, so I had to order them all over again. So I love to hate them because I love these so much! The larger ones with the extension piece is perfect for a week cruise. I use the small 56 container for my hand lotion and lip balm in my purse. They are fun and cute to carry. I always get asked about them. Customer service is amazing! I accidentally ordered 2 with the same label and they quickly sent me out a free replacement. Then recently I had one of the extensions with the magnet not working right. I sent photos and they sent out a replacement AND a free 56 container with my choice of color and label. These are going to make excellent gifts this year!

Love these for travel! So much more convenient and sustainable (and more chic!) than stocking up on travel sizes before going anywhere.

Cost is kind of high but they’re very useful. I’m glad they made other sizes because sometimes you need more for longer trips or certain items. The magnetic labels are chaotic and seem to fall off all the time but I wonder if that’s just how it’ll be since they’re magnetic containers: dropping them makes them weaker. Shout out to my 6th grade science teacher for burning that into my brain! (Don’t worry, I also googled this and confirmed it’s a thing because 6th grade was a long time ago.) I guess a lingering question about Cadence that I have is: how long will these little guys stay magnetized over time: 1) if you don’t drop them, they just knock together while traveling; and 2) if you’re a chaos muppet prone to dropping things? If these demagnetize before 3-5 years, I’m gonna need a discount to reorder. Also do they recycle old ones? Gonna have to Google more now.
I’ve been using the capsules for a few months and have really been loving them. They are small but I think the amount of product they can hold is pretty good. I use them daily at the gym and also took them on a week long trip to Hawaii. I didn’t have an issue running out of product for that trip, but I also don’t wash my hair every day, so I don’t need a ton. They are a little heavy, but I love the compact size and the fact that they stick together. My only issues is pouring out more fluid products gets stuck on the edge of the container which gets a little annoying to clean. I also had a couple capsules from the same manufacturer develop cracks, but the customer support was great and helped me get replacements.

Brilliant. Love these. Have had them for a year. They go everywhere (purse, suitcase) every day and on vacation. Great for gels and most liquids. Wonderful customer service, I had one liner come out which is in the process of being replaced at no charge.
Cadence is amazing! I had a couple issues with my order but customer service was so helpful. I love the minimal look and feel of these, but I will say that the thickness and weight of each container in some cases made it so that putting my product into the capsule took up more space than a “deluxe sample” size. I also wish there was an easier way to change the names on labels without ordering more magnets. Maybe a sticker or ability to slide out a little paper that you can rewrite on. Fun to look and and use, but, for the full price, I’m not sure this is worth it.

In theory, I'm obsessed with these. They're so useful and cute, I love the way they magnet together (it's strong but not too strong). They're just SO small. I saw they released new ones that are different sizes, but that sort of annoys me since they don't look compatible with the ones I have now, and I don't want to purchase an entirely new set just for consistency. Also, I chose to label them with symbols since I didn't know if I would always pack the same products in them and wow was that a terrible idea. I have no idea what is in any of them, but I felt the additional labels were too expensive.

Great size for a week long trip and very leak proof. I used mine to store skin care and jewelry. A little heavy, but that's because of the excellent magnets. ⅘ stars due to price.

Easy to use and makes traveling easier! Overall I really like the versatility of the product.

A slightly larger size would be nice for some containers, but I understand the appeal of uniformity.

I really like the containers. They are small and mighty and hold more than I thought they would. it's enough for a 3 day trip but that's about it.

The thing I don't like is the lack of options for the "included" labels. You get a couple symbols and a couple labels and that's it. I wish there were more options available.

I got this for my birthday to use with work travel and I have to say - they bring me joy when I see them in my hotel room! It's definitely a bit more than I would spend on myself, and I had a bit of anxiety that it would run out / not hold enough. I love the look and feel and satisfying leak-free, magnetic containers. But am a bit worried this wouldn't work for anything longer than a ~4 day trip.

I bought these for a 4-day trip, and they were everything I hoped they'd be! I normally carry all my toiletries in their larger containers, and it can get so bulky and heavy. These Cadence capsules truly are leak-proof, even for liquid products like contact solution or toner. I've spent years buying cheaper, travel-size containers at drugstores, and they ALWAYS leak. The magnetic feature is not a must-have, but it's clever and keeps the capsules together in my toiletry bag. I'm glad I've found a product that I can depend on for all my trips.

My only complaint is that they're so expensive! I bought four and would have liked to buy the 6-pack, but it was hard for me to justify spending close to $80 for them. Overall, I'm really happy I made this purchase, but the price did cause me to go back and forth for a while. I hope they expand their product line and add capsules where you can switch out the top with a pump for products that may require some more help getting them out or to reduce the amount I'm wasting or putting onto my hand.
i travel A LOT and was recently gifted a set of these by a dear friend. wow wow i need to just fill up my toiletries bag with all these. i was able to set up all my routines in a much more organized way!!!
I have only used this set for one trip, however, I am impressed. The containers are high quality, do no leak, and look adorable.

I would love a slightly larger size for pills (my vitamins are sort of fat and I can only fit 4), this would also be great for longer trips to fit enough shampoo.

Very sturdy construction and cute packaging. Magnets are strong and convenient. I can't get over the price. It's way overpriced for what it is. I received a Thingtesting discount, but it wouldn't be worth it full price.

The retail price seems extremely inflated.

Easy to use and clean. I definitely will buy more!

I wish they had bigger sizes. They say that it's not necessary, but I find that I can only use these for one day's worth of shampoo, for example. So not really something I use for long trips. For things like lotion and moisturizers, it's definitely the correct size. Also the price is a bit high, but I guess you are paying for sustainability.
