Cadence Reviews

4.0

Cadence earns mixed-to-positive reviews: the magnetic, leak-resistant, customizable capsules streamline packing and look chic, but size, weight, and durability issues temper enthusiasm. Reviews praise organization, aesthetics, sustainability, and strong magnets for tidy travel; drawbacks include small internal capacity for liquids like shampoo, occasional leakage, hard-to-open lids when wet, heavier build, weak magnet linkage at times, and reports of cracking over months of use.

  • I have been eyeing these for years but I could never justify pulling the trigger on the price. I got these during a thing drop and first impression I am really impressed with the quality. They feel sturdy and unlike the countless cheap travel pots and organizers I have bought over the years, these feel like they will last. I also got the plastic travel pouches and they are much more sturdy than I expected. The magnetic closure is really strong so I don’t see them flipping open in my bags. Yes they are expensive (hence the 4 star instead of 5) but if you want to invest in good quality travel containers these are a great option!

  • I got three of the original medium parcels in three different colors. They are beautiful but straight out of the package, the parcels are super rigid plastic and won’t stay open on the counter. Maybe it needs time? They’re also smaller than expected, and hold less than I thought they would. Overall, while beautiful I think they are less space efficient than my existing toiletry bag and for the price per parcel, it’s a bit insane. Also FYI for their marketing team, I got so many follow up emails after I ordered that were very specific to their capsule products even though I ordered parcels.

  • These make packing so much easier and more organized. They’re leak-proof, easy to clean, and somehow fit more than you expect. Pricey, but they’ve held up through multiple trips and still look brand new.

  • I’ve been wanting to try these for a while and overall they’re good. The magnetic feature is super nice so they stay together, and I love the labels. They are very rigid, which is nice to prevent breakage but does make it harder to use products like shampoo or conditioner which would normally come in a squeeze bottle - I’ll probably stick to my squeeze travel bottles for those, but this is nice for skincare products and I’m happy to avoid purchasing travel minis. I bought a set of the adapters as well, and while they’re nice, I’m disappointed that they don’t fit on the small size capsules - it does say this on the site, but kind of annoying that they’re selling a “system” that doesn’t fully work together.
