obsessed with the smooth touch feel on these, they never irritate my skin. great to add a little extra weight on the wrists or ankles during a workout. easy to wipe clean and have held up well for years.

I think it’s absolutely sweeping the nation!! it’s such a game changer when you’re doing a workout class or just a general activity that you want to add a little something to improve the workout. I love it.

I have had my set of pink bala bangles for about 5 years now. I usually wear them on my ankles when walking the dogs or doing house/yardwork. The extra weight ups the light workout. My legs feel it and are more toned! They are comfortable, convenient and durable. Highly recommend!

I got the weighted arm/ankle bracelets to do workouts from home and they really helped me make it feel like I was doing a bit more. They are comfortable and look nice enough that I don’t mind leaving them out.

I ordered the Bala Bangles and bands through a Thingdrop, and they’ve been a great addition to my daily routine. What I like: - They’ve encouraged me to try quick at-home workouts during lunch breaks or other moments when I normally wouldn’t have time. - Both the bangles and bands feel really well made and come beautifully packaged. I especially love the soft feel of the bangles. - The mesh storage pouches are a nice touch. - Bala’s website is helpful, with lots of ideas for how to use the products. What I didn’t love: - Shipping to Europe was very slow. - They’re on the pricey side - I probably wouldn’t have bought them at full price, but with the Thingdrop discount they felt like a good deal.

I took the plunge on a Bala Beam and they are beautiful and easy to use! I also really appreciate the quality of the products, color selection, and the extra rope provided with the jump rope! However, they ARE pricey for the aesthetic and are absolutely not required to break a sweat or get a workout in.

I tried these out at a hot pilates class where we used the mat, the ring, and the ankle weights and I loved especially the ring so much that I had to buy it for my home workouts. I also got the bangles to use them on my wrists during runs as I lack shoulder and arm strength and I feel like 1lbs is the perfect weight to add. The reason I loved the ring so much was because it seemed extremely versatile compared to a regular dumb bell - we did so many different exercises with it that I found fun and engaging. I also got the bands, the large bands, and the sliders because I trust bala as a brand overall and after trying the bands already I am happy I did so - they seem way more sturdy than my other elastic bands and are thicker, too, so they don't slide up as much. Maybe I'll end up buying the pilates ball as well, we will see. I also like that they have a mama line and have considered getting it for pregnant friends but we will see :)

Bala bangles have been great for my training as a runner and biker because I can wear them on weighted walks. I do find them a little uncomfortable if they’re not positioned on my ankles correctly. I would also wonder if these come in different straps or sizes to wear and to make more inclusive!

Love these bands! The set comes with a zippered case and can be stored neatly. There are 3 levels of resistance so I can really cater to the needs of my body. The material is high quality and contains nonslip grip on the inside for a comfortable and effective workout. I use these for Pilates or just strength movements to build my core and tone my arms and legs. My 8yo also uses these to help with his internal/external hip rotation. They are incredibly useful and versatile!

The Power Ring is a nice addition to my workout gear. The color looks great and it feels well-made and functional, though not exactly a game-changer. It does come in only one weight (10lb) and seems to be making its way off of the product lineup but the products all seem to be built well with the same smooth silicone coating.

Bala Bangles and Bands are undeniably aesthetic and fun to have around. I love how unique they are, but I don’t reach for them much since I mostly work out outside the house now. If you work out at home (especially Mat Pilates) and want to add some resistance or remember to wear them on walks (clearly, this has escaped me, too), I recommend grabbing some. Overall: stylish, well-made, and great for gentle added resistance, but usefulness depends on your routine and habits.

These items are just gorgeous. I ordered a set to work out at home because I don't like gyms. Actually, I don't like most at-home workout equipment either. If you don't want to exercise, doing it with unappealing equipment just makes it that much harder. These times feel like I'm at a posh resort or maybe in a museum. I'm motivated to use these pretty pieces. The quality couldn't be better and the design aesthetic actually looks like home decor. I got the sand color which is very Zen and relaxing to the eye. My favorite piece is probably the Bala Beam because it's fun to use and a great medium weight for me. I have no negatives. The customer support was fantastic as well. Glad I finally indulged!

I have my weights from bala for around 5 years now, i can't do any of exercises on arms without them, they feel way nicer and smoother than any other weights, also i have little ones that are perfect for me

I love these Bala wrist bangles. I’ve tried a couple different brands. However, these are the most comfortable. They really stay on your wrist and ankles while working out without feeling uncomfortable because of the rounded edges of the weights.

I purchased the 2lbs bangles through the bala website about six months ago and they work well. Only annoying thing is the pilling from Velcro but that’s to be expected

Love my bala bangles! They are extremely high quality and have held up for multiple years with regular use. They are quick to put on and easy to travel with (you may get stopped by TSA if they are in your carry-on, though!)
