I have my weights from bala for around 5 years now, i can't do any of exercises on arms without them, they feel way nicer and smoother than any other weights, also i have little ones that are perfect for me

I purchased the 2lbs bangles through the bala website about six months ago and they work well. Only annoying thing is the pilling from Velcro but that’s to be expected

Love my bala bangles! They are extremely high quality and have held up for multiple years with regular use. They are quick to put on and easy to travel with (you may get stopped by TSA if they are in your carry-on, though!)

I’ve been using my Bala 10-pound Power Ring for a few months now, and I’m obsessed. It’s sleek, smart, and actually makes me want to work out. The design is beautiful — like something you'd actually want to leave out in your living room — but don’t let the cute look fool you. This thing delivers a serious burn.

I looove my Bala Bangles -I've had them for a while and I originally got them to use when working out, however as of late, I use them around the house when Im doing housework to help tone up my arms and it does just the trick! - I got the pink ones because they look super cute on.

Big fan of my Bala bangles! They are super cute, and are an easy way to add a little extra spice to pilates or yoga work out. Love to wear them on my ankles on walks but also like to wear them on my wrists while working or cleaning for a little extra arm workout

I really like the look of the ankle/wrist weights and love adding them to workouts. However, within a month of buying mine the sewing hems on the Velcro of both weights ripped. The customer service let me know that they couldn’t replace or fix them because I had ordered mine on Amazon so word to the wise is buy them from the company directly.

I love the aesthetic of the brand and products! It makes you want to work out and move your body. Obviously if you need heavier weight, this brand wont work but if you want lighter weights and looking to tone it's overpriced but great!

I wanted to love these and wear them all the time but honestly I've only worn them twice in the year I've owned them. I tried wearing them while I was doing a FIIT cardio class and they became uncomfortable but I think it was because of how fast I was moving. I think if I were to just wear them around the house or on walks I think I would use them more often. They do come in really pretty colors though!

What happens when fashion marries fitness accessories? Bala. I have 3lb bar weights, 1lb bangles and resistance bands. Their innovative design makes the pieces a pleasure to have laying around.

I have the wrist weights and love adding them to my workout! I'm a powerwalker instead of a jogger/runner and I wanted to add some weight to work out my arms too. These are perfect - look great and quality that feels great!

I absolutely love all my products from Bala. I currently have the bala ankle weights, yoga mat, mat towel, yoga blocks, bands and sliding disc. Having aesthetic workout gear makes working out so much more fun. These products all work exactly how they are supposed to. The bala mat is very high quality. I have never used such a nice mat before. Forever a big bala fan!! My next purchase will be the beam bar.

I just got my bala bands two days ago and I am already loving them! They are so easy to use compared to the other brands I have tried. They stay on and do not budge. I think they are definitely worth the money.

I loveeee my beam! I use this in place of dumbbells all the time. Being in a studio apartment, this is perfect because it is so easy to store. It's a great gift as well.

I like the aesthetic look of the Bala Bangles. As well as, how easy they are to put on and take off! I emailed Bala for some help with their website, and was helped right away. Their representative provided excellent customer service.

Love these! Originally bought online bc the color I wanted was sold out and then went to the Bala pop up in SoHo. Amazing experience, so cute and creative and staff was so friendly. I wear my 2lb weights all around the city and already feel like it’s improved the muscle tone in my legs, upper thighs and butt :)

I love my bala bangles. I purchased the electric blue colored ones in 1lb. I use them for walks and working out. They are so easy to use and are just the right amount of added weight. Also as someone with small ankles and wrists, these are perfect.

I love Bala. It was really helpful with getting a little extra in my workout. I could really feel the difference. I also love the look and the soft texture on the outside.

Branding is on point and quality seems to match. Intentionally designed and nice to look at. I have also used the ring and mat in group fitness classes. And have the resistance bands. I hope more products come out soon!
