I have 4 AWAY suitcases, and ALL of them have broken at some point in some way. When I take them back to the store (which is a hassle), they then take it and give you a new one. You might think that sounds nice, but think about how that just shows that the produce is disposable and not built to last.

This luggage seems very durable and high quality. It's my go-to suitcase, reliable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

easy to use for a 3 day trip or 20

I have The Large suitcase, the Carry-on, the packing organizers, and the hanging toiletry bag. I really like the suitcases, although I wish I had bought The Medium instead of The Large, it's pretty big for one person and might be better suited for a couple traveling together. The packing organizers are great and help compress and organize my clothes/accessories. I don't love the hanging toiletry bag, I don't find it super functional for how big it is and the clear pouch is just useless to me. Overall, I love my Away products as a whole, the locking feature is nice and makes me feel like my belongings are secure, and love the forest green closer, it's just different enough from most people's suitcases.

Best suitcase out there with the best customer service. I have had mine for 4 years now and one little compartment on the inside had it's first snag/little rip. They replaced the whole suitcase for me no questions asked and said let them know if there is any other issue that comes up. Couldn't recommend more!

Got the pet carrier and while its expensive it’s great quality, snd great design

Simplification at its finest. Beyond trusted, durable, and stylish luggage, their customer service is above and beyond. Their lifetime warranty is no joke, they will replace your item if damaged, and quickly too. I love continuing to add to my Away collection.

I have the hand carry in dark green. Beautiful colour and amazing quality luggage. I always get compliments on it!

I have two Away suitcases (a carry-on and a large suitcase), and the quality is truly outstanding. These suitcases have been through at all and have walked many miles with me. Away may have disrupted the luggage industry and picked up many copycats in the process, but the quality of the bags still makes them stand in a league of their own.

Durable, roomy suitcases. A little more pricy than some other high-quality brands and they don't have as many useful accessories. Love the colors!

My medium suitcase has been great for long distance travel. It’s durable and fits a surprising amount. I love the colour selections as well. Just wish it weren’t so expensive, travelling from NZ to anywhere is expensive enough as it is.

I think these suitcases are a bit overrated. I have had two, both of which were gifts. The first one was a hard case that I ultimately got rid of because it was a light color that got so dirty so quickly that it was impossible to clean. I currently use a soft case one. It's fine, but it's not much better than anything else out there on the market.

Its luggage, seems to hold up well and certainly looks the part. Personally not a fan of the hard roller bag style but that said otherwise seems like a great product!

Love these suitcases. I can fit so much in my large suitcase. Great for international travel.

I’ve had my away bag for 4 years now and it still looks brand new!

These bags are great and their customer service is top-notch. It makes sense that they're as popular as they are their customer experience is amazing. The only thing that can be annoying is that it can get scuffed, but it comes with a magic eraser and most scuffs are relatively easy to get out!

Best hard case rollers at a semi-affordable price. Worth it to know that your luggage will be safe and will fit in every overhead bin.

Honestly, I love my Away suitcases. I have both a carry on and the large hard shell bags and they are super durable. I love the color ways the offer and I believe they will stand the test of time.

I've had my Away carry on for 5+ years. It's been through the ringer but has held up quite well. The compartments inside help with organization and I appreciate the expandable feature. Quite pricey for the size.

We have owned the away bags now for a couple of years. We travel often so the luggage takes a beating for both domestic and international travel. We have had two bags where the shell cracked. Away customer support made it very easy to get replacements without any friction
