I love the aesthetic of the suitcases and travel products, however I do not feel like they are worth the cost when compared to other reputed brands.

So far so good! Got my Away bag before a big trip and it’s been amazing…rolls and handles really well. It went on 4 planes (checked three times) and 5 cities and looks almost new.

Stylish and smooth

Amazing product! First hard shell suitcase I’ve used, and I’m a fan.

I was holding out on buying an Away bag for a few years because everyone had it. But I finally bought the bigger carry-on and have been loving it. It's SO easy to wheel and I can easily put my backpack on top of it so that I don't have to carry anything. The storage space is great and it's really easy to pack and fit all of the stuff I need inside. I bought the expandable bigger carry on which I love because it's very easy to expand and zip back up and has helped me on many trips!

Love my away bag - I have the larger carry on and the big size. They’re durable and easy to use - lugged mine all around Europe! Only complaint is the noticeable wear and tear on the outside, handle and wheels. Best part is the battery packs and international plug converters that come with the bag.

Expensive but functional.

Nice luggage but not enough colors.

I have 3 Away bags. One large carry one and 2 totes. I have used them all extensively and they have held up well. Love the pink color of my large carry one. It's fun and easy to spot when I do happen to check it. I can also pack everything I need with no problem. The carry on has been on many cruises and suffered through being tossed around with lots of other cruise luggage and still looks like new. I've never had any indents or dings in it. The totes have been great as well. If I were looking for more luggage, I'd definitely return to Away to buy more.

This is a really fancy suitcase. I like the locking option and all the compartments. It’s easy for my husband and I to share the suitcase since it has a divider in the middle. However it scratches easily. The very first time we used it it scratched which was disappointing considering the price.

Amazing luggage and comes in so many fun colors.

I never knew suitcase wheels could be so dang smooth until I got this suitcase. It’s such a great experience. I’m an avid traveler and almost always a carryon only traveler. The bigger carryon has been allowed on all airlines I’ve been on so far (America and South America) with no problems. I imagine there are situations it could old be too long but I’ll cross that bridge later. The customer service is amazing too, something inside broke because I’m dumb and they replaced my bag no questions asked. Completely worth the price tag for a lifetime guarantee of a perfect bag

The suitcases are built to last however the price point isn't justifiable

What can I say about Away that hasn't been said before? My carry-on has held up for over four years now. I take two international trips a year for 2 weeks on average, as well as 1-2 cross-country trips, and my carry-on is as dependable, well-built, and in shape as it was the day I bought it. That being said it hasn't been thrown under the plane, but still, no scratching, perfect roll, and my favorite part of the suitcase is the compression divider. I've never found it in another suitcase. Colors are pretty boring, but you may be able to snatch some limited editions during seasonal drops. Love the brand, highly recommend.

Very pricey but honestly worth the price. I give it a 4/5 simply because of the cost, but they are very nice, durable, and stylish. Love all the colors and they often have holiday sales and deals to offer. Still too pricey for me, but it’s a great gift for anyone!

I've been using AWAY for 6 or so years. I've had a few issues with my suitcases in that time and they have been quick to replace broken parts or and entire suitcase with no questions asked. I'm a fan.

I've had an away bag for six years now, and I LOVE it! The smaller carry-on features help me fit everything I need for a shorter trip, while looking chic.

Away Luggage has been met with mixed feelings in my experience. The luggage feels relatively cheap and there is a constant worry that it may break easily or not withstand rough handling during travel. One positive aspect is undoubtedly the range of attractive color options available, allowing for some personalization. However, it is worth noting that the popularity of Away Luggage means there is a greater chance of other travelers having the same bag. This can lead to a higher risk of mistakenly picking up someone else's bag or having your own luggage easily blend in with the crowd. Away Luggage may have some aesthetic appeal, I find myself unimpressed with the quality and durability.
