I generally love Aritzia and have been a customer for over ten years. They have really comfy loungewear, tees, etc. I have had a few items get holes, which was disappointing. But I think they’re the best for office/interview clothes because they’re more elevated and trendy. I will say they have the absolute worst return policy. Make sure you’re aware of it before you purchase!!

Aritzia's stores are kind of weird- especially the fitting rooms. I only have a few pieces of clothing from them and they're not the best quality. They look nice but the materials aren't great and it feels chincy.

I LOVE Aritzia. Making the transition into full-time work right after college intimidated me a lot, especially since I still had so many going out clothes that weren’t necessarily workplace appropriate. Aritzia clothes seamlessly walk the line between classy office wear and everyday clothes, and the quality in my experience has been very good. Pictured is me in a bodysuit I originally purchased for sorority recruitment that I have worn SO often since at work and in my daily life. Definitely pricey, but worth it for me.

I like Aritzia clothing and I am seeing a lot of stores pop up all over the place. There is a great variety of clothing for women. A lot of the clothes I get from here have lasted a long time and are comfy

Cute patterns and styles! I have a bunch of pairs of the effortless and limitless pants and love them for work. The styles and colors and patterns are timeless. I find the quality to be pretty good but some items a little too pricey.

I love the quality of Aritzia, it stays in good condition for a long time and is worth the money. The only complaint I have is how obviously commission based the sales staff is, no matter the location [I've lived in Canada and the states and been to multiple] the staff is typically very kind, but also very overbearing at times. It is difficult to go in store just to look around without being approached multiple times

Saw a TikTok that said the Wilfred socks and were the new "it socks" of the summer, so I immediately ordered the Plush Crew 3-pack. Absolutely love the burnt red color and the ribbed knit fabric. Super comfy, thick but not too hot, and definitely cozy. Plus, got it on sale in between seasons, so can't beat it for that price!

THE FIRST BRAND THAT COMES TO MIND WHEN I NEED ANY PIECE OF CLOTHING.

Some things are better constructed than others at Aritzia, so I usually like to shop in store best. My go-to are their TNA socks actually - super cozy, thick (but not too thick) and really hold up nicely.

The price point is relatively affordable, but the quality (what is the item actually made of?) is not worth it. Think in terms of longevity when purchasing. Their superpuff is very warm and lightweight. The outer fabric claims to be "water-repellent" but note it is not waterproof.

I love aritzia for basics. Right now my current favorite product I've bought from Aritzia is a pair of low rise slack pants. They are so easy to pair with anything and are the right amount of thickness without being stiff.

The clothing is comfy but their sizing and pricing is incredibly inconsistent and high. The fact that a simple sweatshirt costs around $100-250 is way too much for me. I have also found their instore experience lacking

While some of the styles are appealing, the prices feel unjustified given the in-store experience. From being required to lock up personal belongings — an off-putting signal of distrust — to the communal mirror setup that turns trying on clothes into a public spectacle, the environment is deeply uncomfortable. The absence of mirrors in fitting rooms is particularly alienating for private or introverted shoppers. I also find the sales staff too pushy with a mean-girl vibe. I generally avoid shopping there for these many reasons despite liking the clothes at times.

I am thrilled with these pants and bought 2 pairs - Winter White and Black. They fit so perfectly which is very rare for me because I am 5'2" and 100lbs and most pants I try on are either too big in the waist, too long or both. These pants are so flattering and fit perfectly everywhere! I ordered them in short, xxs and with 3" heels they are the perfect length with no need to hem. They are very elegant and I've received so many compliments wearing them. It's easy to dress them up or wear casually. They are a perfect staple to add to my wardrobe. I love shopping on Aritiza website because the free shipping and returns takes the stress out of trying different sizes and styles.

I’ve purchased a lot of items from Aritzia such as sweatpants, basic tees and tanks, contour dresses, summer dresses, sweaters, socks, sports bras, and going out tops. I love most of the items. They make great versatile basics.

I used to shop here alot as a teenager, but recently I found their clothes are not made with quality fibers and fall apart. Also the sizing has been odd.

They have really cute clothes, but the in-store try-on experience is awful. They do not have mirrors in the dressing room, so you have to come out to the main mirror with everyone else. It's made me not want to shop in stores & then online, they run so many products as final sale, so I am hesitant to purchase as I am between sizes. I wish they would change up the instore experience, I would buy so much more!

Good brand for basics, have their tanks and their socks. Quality isn’t bad either but I do think it’s still pretty overpriced. Their clothes do have a really nice shape and cut though, flattering silhouette.

Their return policy is bonkers + their customer service is so bad that it made me never want to shop there again. The pieces are cute, but not unique enough for me to not be able to find them somewhere else.
