Aritzia draws polarized reviews: many praise its work-ready basics, Super Puff outerwear, Sweatfleece/TNA athleisure, and especially TNA and Wilfred socks for cozy durability, while others report inconsistent materials, odd sizing, and garments that don’t hold up. Reviews also flag an uncomfortable try-on experience with communal mirrors and mixed customer service, though fans highlight flattering cuts, timeless colors, and standout pieces like the Effortless Pants, slip satin midi skirt, and Super Puff that perform in cold weather but are water‑repellent, not waterproof.

Their clothes are pretty cool
I used to like shopping at Aritzia but not anymore. Why wouldn't they put mirrors in the fitting rooms? I want my privacy when trying on things. Wilfred slip dresses are amazing tho (had mine for years, and it still looks perfect)
Good basics but at a little too high of a price point. If you can grab things on sale they are definitely worth it! Try to shop in store as the quality can be hit or miss.
such a good contour collection! The whole collection feels like SKIMS but better! The athetic wear is also top tier. The TNA brand is so soft and cozy. I just bought a sundress from the3re and its now my favorite. Such good quality
Overall, I like Aritzia for their basics. But I LOVE their Sweatfleece and TNA GOLDEN athleisure lines. Obsessed is an understatement. Such great quality.
great but quality is not worth the price for certain items and inconsistent
I wish Aritzia would be more innovative. Designed are sleek but boring

Absolutely awful to deal with. Bought some items for my daughter online on Black Friday. They don’t fit, so we returned them. The only option was store credit. We are waiting to reorder until we get our credit. We called. They confirmed they received the shirt and pants back. However, no credit for the pants. Just the shirt. We have lost track of how many times we have called. They have confirmed they have the returns, but they must investigate before they refund the pants. After several calls, we still have no credit. Worst service I have ever received. Still no resolution or response. So looks like I’m making another phone call. Also working on disputing with credit card as that seems to be an easier route to get this resolved at this point.

Customer service has always been good here up until now. I ordered pants and a sweater and the sweater was too small. I looked for return details on their site the next day. To make a return or exchange you have to contact customer service because there is no way to do it on your own. I emailed saying I wanted to exchange the sweater for a larger size. I received a return email telling me my options - one which was to mail the item back but they didn't include a shipping label. I sent two more emails requesting a label. A shipping label wasn't emailed to me which would be the easiest option but instead I received a phone call from a representative that used the word amazing about five times before getting to any point of help. When I told her I decided to return the sweater instead of exchanging it for a larger size all the “amazing” too many words attitude ended. She informed me that I would receive store credit for my purchase. I resisted telling her I'm well inside the return window and wanted a refund. She agreed giving me attitude for what reason I don't understand.

I bought a coat and I was extremely disappointed. I washed it following the instructions and it had gotten messed up and ruin and ripped in some spots and the threading was coming off and this place does not want to do a return or even an exchange and it’s sad to spend so much money on such a “good coat” and you get some bullshit ass service. Their return policy is bonkers + their customer service is so bad that it made me never want to shop there again. The pieces are cute, but not unique enough for me to not be able to find them somewhere else.
