In terms of the probiotic soda market, Poppi falls in the upper middle for me (HealthAde is my fave!). I wouldn’t be mad if it’s given to me and ever so often buy it when it’s on a great sale and I need work on my gut. The watermelon flavor is my fave and tastes a bit like watermelon jolly ranchers or airheads.

As someone who struggles with hormonal acne and skin picking , this brand means everything to me. Their large zit patches are amazing for sucking out gunk and have been a lifesaver for stopping me from picking. The green Rescue Balm is amazing for covering redness with or without concealer or foundation (don’t fall for the Essence product as a cheaper dupe, it’s not comparable!). The green sunscreen is also amazing! Blends in easily, decreases redness like the rescue balm, feels nice on the skin, and doesn’t pill. Love that it’s easily accessible from Target and CVS and frequently on sale!

My go to pasta for upping protein on my intuitive eating journey!!! I’m a huge pasta lover so I was worried that the texture and taste would be gross having had other chickpea based pasta, but Banza really has it down. It’s the closest I’ve found to a traditional pasta with it having a non-offensive mouthfeel and neutral taste. I love being able to eat my comfort food while also getting more protein.

So…puzzles kind of stress me out, but these are just so aesthetically pleasing that I had to give them a shot. I got one of the mini puzzles which was the PERFECT size for my overwhelmed brain on a night in with a glass of something. The art is so fun and chic, so I love giving these as gifts.

Ugh I so wanted to love these since the branding is amazing, but they reminded me too much of Alkaseltzer and I hate drinking something that reminds me of medicine. If you don’t have that cognitive roadblock, I think you will love these! The flavors are unique, and I gave the rest to a friend who has now made more orders!

I’ve loved Bitchin Sauce since it was only available in San Diego farmer’s market stalls. I love that it is now much more accessible!!! Yes, it’s more on the expensive side, but it’s hard to find anything like it on the market and I love supporting local businesses! Curry and pesto are my fave flavors and I’m especially partial to a nice tortilla chip as a dipper.

I didn’t expect to like these, but they really exceeded my expectations! The box instructions are spot on for cooking them well which I appreciate. The breading texture reminds me of Mickey D’s nuggets (my fave) and the “chicken” texture is pretty nice. I had both the original and spicy. The spicy ones were a bit overpowering, so I preferred the original. I would gladly munch on these again!

Erghhhh this wasn’t for me. Not sure if my palate is just not refined enough, but the taste of this was not my cup of tea. I can’t even comment on the effects because I couldn’t drink enough to feel them.

I picked up the Coconut body wash because of the minimalist aesthetic of the packaging…and that’s about all I like about it. I will say that my extremely sensitive skin hasn’t reacted to this formula, but it also strips my skin badly. I like coconut scents but this smells like coconut candle wax in a bleh way.

I live right down the road from the first Juneshine tap room so I’ve been consuming the booch for quite a while. Juneshine is for sure my fave alcoholic kombucha and has the best, most inventive flavors. I love the way they brew their kombucha so that it isn’t vinegary or bitter and even appeals to those who don’t like kombucha at all. Midnight Painkiller is my fave.

Idk what it is about their formula vs other alcoholic booch, but I get massive migraines after drinking Juneshine. Sugar content, maybe? That’s more of a me issue but wanted to flag it in case someone reading this has experienced the same and wonders about it.
