I tried their peach rings and immediately regretted my decision to purchase these. They tasted awful and the texture was horrible- they were hard and tough and not at all what I wanted.

If there is no reason for you to be eating a healthier candy alternative, then I wouldn't recommend this stuff.

    Flamingo

before I discovered flamingo, I had been buying the same razor from the drugstore for decades. The only thing wrong with that is that it wasn't nearly as sustainable as my flamingo razor and I was constantly having to replace the razor itself along with replacement heads. I've had the same flamingo razor for about two years now, and still have not had to replace it. I just buy replacement razor heads from my drugstore every month and I'm a happy camper.

if you want a simple sustainable razor, flamingo is perfect.

    Native

Native's products smell so good and I want to love them, but I have dry sensitive skin and every body wash, shampoo, and deodorant I have tried from them has irritated my skin.

    Feedback

I would love to see a gentle deodorant or body wash from native that is geared towards sensitive skin, but until then, I won't be repurchasing.

I have only tried glossier's concealer, but it is my absolute favorite. it offers light and glowy coverage that doesn't dry my skin out and I am currently on my third pot of the stuff with every intention to repurchase when I run out again.

    Feedback

If you're someone who likes heavier or matte coverage, you probably won't like glossier's concealer.

    quip

My dentist told me to try and electric toothbrush because I brush my teeth too hard, so I tried quip for a few months. I love that I would be sent new dental supplies monthly without having to think about it.

    Feedback

I would have continued to use Quip if I could have increased the frequency of my monthly auto-renewed shipments. One month was just too long to go for me without replacing the head of my quip toothbrush. You can still purchase them from the store whenever you want to, but that kind of defeats the convenience and purpose of their auto-shipments.

I tried the orange squeeze and ginger lemon and really wanted to love them but they tasted horrible to me.

Unless you love kombucha, this beverage probably won't be for you.

    The Ordinary

I have tried the ordinary's hyaluronic acid serum, glycolic acid toner, rosehip seed oil, and their infamous red AHA and BHA peeling solution. I'm not sure if these products did anything beneficial for me, but they didn't do anything terrible, either.

    Feedback

I don't know a whole lot about skincare, but the ordinary seems to offer products with isolated active ingredients. It would be nice if there was a user-friendly and easy to understand guide for their products and what each one does, and how each one works with others from the brand. It seems like we're all going in blind if we don't know exactly what niacinamide or azelaic acid is, what they do, and how they interact with each other, for instance.

    Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

The first time I tried Jeni's ice cream, I stood in line at the ice cream shop for about 35 minutes before I ordered a waffle cone filled with two scoops of the seasonal orange blossom flavor, and I would do it again and again. What's even more impressive, is that the pints found in grocery stores taste just as good as it would if you stood in line for 35 minutes, too.

    Feedback

Almost every flavor that Jeni's offers is perfect, but I wish that flavors like orange blossom or sunshine were more accessible; or really any citrusy flavors- even if it were seasonally.

    Scrub Daddy

I never thought I would become so loyal to a sponge company in my lifetime but here we are. Not to be dramatic, but I cannot imagine my life with my scrub daddy. The dish daddy is the only dish cleaning tool I have now and these things last forever. I use my original scrub daddy sponge to clean the necks of my guitars since it is the only thing that is tough enough to clean them, but gentle enough not to scratch them up. I bought their halloween scrub daddy sponges because they freaking cute and I wanted fresh ones to use for my glass snake tanks and of course, they are the only thing that can REALLY clean them without causing scratches or other damage. I have been using these for at least two years and have never had to replace any of them yet, but I keep buying more because they are perfect for everything you already use a sponge for, and for things you never knew you could use a sponge for.

    Feedback

If for whatever reason you are not convinced that scrub daddy is the best thing ever but you haven't yet tried it, then I implore you to do so. These weird little sponges are worth more than every cent they cost because they do a better job than everything else and will last you so much longer than whatever other cleaning tools you're currently using.

    Supergoop!

I used the Supergoop Glowscreen every day for a couple weeks and I really loved the way it looked and felt on my skin by itself and under makeup. In fact, it was one of the few bases I could wear under powder/mineral makeup that wouldn't make my skin look super dry. Despite my love for how this product performed, I had to cut it out of my routine- I have extremely sensitive eyes and this sunscreen would irritate them like nothing else. I switched to Supergoop's mineral sunscreen, which didn't burn my eyes as much, but it just wasn't the same.

    Feedback

If you are someone whose eyes are dry and reactive to allergies, the environment, or other products, I would skip the glowscreen. If Supergoops came out with a serum-based glowscreen alternative, I think that would be "easier on the eyes" and would try it in a heartbeat.
