Scrub Daddy earns glowing reviews for making cleaning faster and more effective—its FlexTexture sponges cut through baked‑on grime without scratching, resist odors, and last longer than typical sponges—while some reviews note durability can wane (shedding, tearing, softening) and the hot/cold firmness can be inconvenient for those who wash in hot water. Reviews also praise the versatile lineup (Scrub Mommy, Dish Daddy, Power Paste, Damp Duster) and the utensil‑friendly smile design, but mention bulkiness, food trapping, and sustainability concerns as recurring drawbacks.

I have used these for years in my kitchen and my favorite part about them as they last so long and they never stink! I just recently bought a little holder for it to section to make sink and that has been a game changer. I’ve used them on everything from my cast iron to my all clad and ceramic pans.

Transparently, can't really tell the difference - appreciate the dye-free option, as I'm generally looking to reduce chemical exposure wherever I can. No different in quality - still lasts forever and does a great job on tough scrubs.

Thanks to Insta home resets, I became so obsessed with buying a Scrub Mommy that I actually asked my kid for one for a Christmas present! I ended up with 4 (happy mama!), which lasted me a year and 3 months of heavy duty washing up (each one used for around 3 months, before they fell apart - see pic -, which is a whole lot longer than the entire jumbo packs of cheap sponges I used to buy from the store). They are pricier than other sponges, granted, but they do their job so much better and leave my pots beautifully clean, with minimal elbow grease required. Plus, Scrub Mommy's smiley face, when I'm doing a chore I hate, just kind of lifts me! They seem more sanitary too, as they rinse out well and dry quickly. Frankly, I wouldn't go back to the budget sponges now. In fact, I've been so impressed that I've splashed out on other items in the range (the scouring pad is fantastic on saucepans! And I love the Acid House vibes of all those smiley faces). The only real downside in quality is eventually the scoury side of Scrub Mommy starts to shed fibres, though I take this as an indicator to use a new one. Wish it was more sustainable but I do get my money's worth, so I'm throwing out way fewer sponges than I would have done previously.

I love Scrub Daddy sponges. They are always so cute, especially the festive designs they release around the holidays, which make cleaning a little more fun. Beyond the adorable look, they are incredibly functional and do such a great job tackling tough messes. They hold up really well and are a staple in my kitchen. Definitely a 10 out of 10 product.

I find these sponges to be the best scrubbers ever, working well on various surfaces including cast iron pans. I appreciate their effectiveness for cleaning pots and pans. The sponges are long-lasting, soft when in warm water, and never smelly, making them worth the price.

Scrub Mommy (and Daddy) sponges are honestly one of the best cleaning tools I’ve used. They’re versatile, durable, and fun to use. I love how they change texture depending on the water temperature, firm in cold water for tougher scrubbing and soft in warm water for gentler cleaning. Scrub Mommy have a softer sponge side, which is great too. They work incredibly well and make everyday cleaning way easier.

We’re a big scrub daddy household! I love how easily the sponges can remove stuck on food from dishes. They’re also great for cleaning around the house. The only negative is food can get stuck in them and be difficult to remove.

Scrub Mommy (Scrub Daddy’s sponge) is genuinely clever — the dual-sided design (soft flexi-texture side for delicate surfaces, firmer scrubby side for grime) means you’re not reaching for two separate tools, and the temperature-reactive material really does firm up in hot water and soften in cold, so it adapts to the job. It holds soap well and rinses clean without turning into a bacteria sponge overnight the way regular sponges do. What could improve: the flexi-texture side wears down faster than the scrubby side, so you end up with an unbalanced sponge before it’s technically “used up”; the smiley face design is cute but functionally irrelevant and adds nothing (you’re paying a bit of a novelty premium); and it’s genuinely more expensive than a multipack of basic sponges, which is a harder sell if you’re just doing dishes rather than mixed household cleaning

I had always used normal, cheap sponges before using the Scrub Daddy brand, but once I made the switch I never went back. Trying the Scrub Mommy, however, was amazing. not only do you get that iconic hard when cold and soft when hot side of the sponge, it also comes with a soft side as well. this is so insanely convenient, I won't ever go back!

It is pricey compared to a regular sponge, but it lasts a long time. It doesn’t smell bad as quickly as other sponges. You can even clean it in the dishwasher. Sometimes to save money I cut the sponge in half, but it breaks apart faster

Love these guys! The spinge size and texture are perfect, and then the “suction” holder you can get to put through the “eyes and mouth” actually works to keep the sponge on the side of the sink - and dry it out btw uses. Seem pretty durable as well, can run them through the dish way as needed.

I personally hate washing pots and pans. Thankfully the scrub daddy has made me less hateful towards them. I can scrub off almost anything without feeling the food/ gunk under the sponge. I especially love the fun colours. Plus no mater what it’s always sibling at me.

I love these sponges so much. I really appreciate that they have two sides: the soft side and the coarser side. This makes it super easy to remove any grease and grime. Never using another sponge!!

Got these because of the hype but I would definitely say that these have helped with all my cleaning needs. The colors helped me organize which scrub I’m using to clean the restrooms, appliances, and dishes. Definitely holds its shape and keeps a smile on its face when putting in tough work. 😊

I love this sponge it is literally my favorite. It cleans my pots and pans so well and I recommend it to all of my friends and family. Would one hundred percent recommend you try it out and see how you like it.

Makes cleaning a breeze. I’m weird about germs and everything feels contaminated to me until **I** clean it. I’ll use different color scrub daddies for certain tasks and it helps me not feel like everything is cross contaminated, plus the fact I can throw them in the microwave to sanitize the sponges themselves. Overall great brand with very affordable products and a decent range of accessories to go with them. Mine has clearly gotten some use haha

Seriously? I am unclear if other sponges even exist. I am so loyal to Sponge Daddy (and Mommy) as a brand I don’t think I’ve bought another sponge in maybe 5 years. If you don’t know the benefits of these sponges, google it or read the back of the package. The w we after temperature affects how the sponges surface acts, and every aspect of the design was thought out down to the mouth being usable to clean silverware. This brand is amazing, the product is amazing, I commend them for taking the step towards “____-free” products with these latest round of more natural options. This is the only sponge you’ll need.

It's cute and fun but not very ergonomic to use. I prefer using normal sponges, easier to maneuver and target spots. It also gets pretty dirty and the color gets faded after a while. It worked good to clean stove top stains but not as miraculous as they advertise.

Best sponge out there! I never want to buy another. Although the smiley face is cute, it’s super helpful to wash utensils!

I bought the minnie mouse scrub mommy and I thought it was really cute! It worked well, and I would say I am a fan of this brand. It makes washing dishes more fun which is important because I hate dishes!
