Really fast shipping, beautiful and recyclable packaging, easy to follow instructions. I was worried I wouldn't get a good shave but I have had issues with poor shave quality, irritation, and cuts from other razors. So far, this has worked really well. I love the quality and the shave pillow is awesome!

I was a little skeptical that this would be worth the price, but the products last a lot longer than normal shampoo and conditioner that I use. I also don't need to use many of the other products that I used to use on my hair - oils, leave in conditioners, masks. It is easier to take care of my hair now. Great products, great customer service, and I love the scents too!

I wish that they offered a larger size or refillable bottles or something to help reduce waste.

The ordering process was easy, but I was not very happy with the product. I decided to try it because they offered a larger size at a good discount. However, it didn't work any better than the unpersonalized products that I buy at the store (in fact I think it was slightly worse)

They actually helped me find a pair of glasses that I like. The try at home option was a lifesaver. Also the information on glasses sizing was really helpful and will benefit me in the future even when I am not shopping through them. They were also about half the price of buying a basic pair through my eye doctor. Almost every pair of glasses I have bought in the past has not been a very good fit because no one has explained sizing to me.

It would be helpful to order more styles to try on at home. Some of the styles I wanted to try were not available.

Not sure as I have decided to move away from plastic razors and refills, so there isn't anything I would really suggest for this product category.

The clothing is high quality, holds up well, and looks nice. I love that some of it is designed specifically with business travel in mind. My only issue is that I am tall, and they already offer fairly few tall-friendly options (which usually work for me), but they have made it more difficult to find these styles and the options available for about the last year have been really disappointing to me. However, their customer service is really amazing, and I hope to see more styles I like in the future. For a while, I was transitioning all my work wear to MM LaFleur clothing, and I would love to continue this in the future

Expand the tall-friendly options, especially adding designs that are more fitted and tailored instead of loose fitting. I learned that tall-friendly and hip-friendly styles are not good for me, but it is also difficult to find items that are one and not the other. This is due to the options available and also the difficulty I've had with the search features. Make it possible to filter for specific features while looking at only tall-friendly options.

The hanger seems well made, and could definitely be used to solve a specific closest problem. I got the ribbon too and it smells amazing. However, both items are pretty expensive. There are very few items I would be willing to spend this much to hang up in my closet.

I have always had a positive experience with this brand regardless of how many times it has taken to find the right size. The bras hold up well and are the best fitting bras I've owned.

I have to frequently adjust the length of the straps, sometimes more than once a day. This could be improved so that the length doesn't slip as much.

After using this product for a few months, I started having a bad reaction to it when the weather started warming up. The scents were pleasant, but the product is expensive and I had to reapply much more frequently. If I got hot, the product didn't do enough to prevent the BO smell from mixing with the strong deodorant smell. I believe they do have a sensitive version now, but I have not tried it.
