Unfortunately, their hair care did nothing for me. It left my hair feeling really oily and gross. :(

After Kheils discontinued my favorite shampoo I've been on the hunt for a mid-priced haircare line that specializes in dry hair and I while I love the concept of this product, after 2 months of use I just didn't feel like I got the benefits it touts. I even used the pro line as opposed to the line they carry at Target.

I use the Target version of function of beauty, and I think that it is a perfectly good shampoo and conditioner. I like that you can customize it to your own hair goals. It is a reasonable price point too. However, I wish that they would sell bigger 'boosters' for the larger bottles of shampoo...

Well I used it long ago and this shampoo cause my hair to shed. Even year after stopping my hair still sheds. I should have known since it had the same scent as the shampoo from different brand that also caused my hair to shed. And back to company , I read a lot of reviews that had the same issues.

I used their customized shampoo and conditioner for about a year. They were good quality but in my opinion aren’t any better than normal shampoos and conditioners

I did this customization and there was nothing special about it. I didn’t love it and it wasn’t doing the best for my hair so I just didn’t finnish the bottles and I gave them to my mom to use the rest because she uses anything.

These hair products fine, but they aren't particularly special even tho they are tailored to your hair needs and are a bit overpriced for what they offer.

I have used it multiple times this time being the worst I had canceled my subscription prior to this month so I would not receive new shampoo or conditioner yet I still did 60 dollars worth of product I don’t want and won’t use it did nothing for my hair made it feel like straw if anything and it said you could get the purple one for blonde hair yea no I think I’ll stick to my 8 bottle of purple shampoo from Walmart personal opinion not worth the money !!!

My hair is way better since I’ve started to use their products! The only downside is the price but for the results it’s worth it. And what’s more, their customer service is really great! Love this brand

Absolute scam. I've reached out a couple of times, but customer service can't be bothered to reply... Had my latest shipment (from January) arrive leaking and basically a good 1/5 to 1/4 of product inside the box and not the bottle, because the seal had been broken or something. Regardless, customer service didn't even bat an eye to this. Thanks for nothing.

While i love the product and think it can do wonderful things for your hair I do find it inconvenient that you cannot just walk to the store and pick some up.

I have used their wavy hair shampoo and conditioner for the last 4 years. I love the way it helps my hair become wavy and soft. I love the fact that I can customize each bottle to best suit my hair goals.

After hearing a lot of great things about their customized hair products, I was excited to try them out for myself. Even though I customized my products to be moisturizing, the shampoo and conditioner I received left my hair feeling dry and stringy. I did love the fact that you could customize the scent of your product and hope that more companies may offer this in the future, but the products themselves were sub-par, at best.

I love this product. My hair is naturally very curly and never in my life have my curls looks so defined. The online quiz is super easy and I always receive my product quickly. The only drawback of this product is the scent/color range. I wish the brand offered more natural scents/colors, but c'est la vie!

This system has done such wonders for my hair! I started with damaged hair and my hair is slowly becoming more and more healthy each wash

Love these products ! I have very oily hair and always struggled to find the right shampoo. With this one, on the other hand, the texture and smell is wonderful. No more oily scalp for the win.

I loved Function of Beauty! I tried got to choose all the attributes of my shampoo-- I wanted volume with shine and split-end repair. I also got to choose the scent and the potency of the fragrance, which was amazing because i loved heavily scented products! The shampoo and hair mask worked beautifully! My hair was voluminous and shiny and the simplest packaging looked lovely in my bathroom.

I enjoyed the products I received. I love the ability to customize the product to your liking based on your hair type and/or concern. It definitely worked wonders on my color treated hair.

I’ve used the product once and it left my hair hydrated and smelled great. I’ve used cheaper products and gotten similar results. I’ll see if I see any additional benefit with longer term use. I’m not sure if I’ll order again, especially with the recent price increase. Unrelated, they shipped me 3 pumps, but only one straw attachment. :(
