I had these shipped to me and appreciated the care taken to preserve quality. After baking, the sticks themselves were slightly crispy with cheese oozing out. I really appreciated the hint of truffle in the cheese and thought they tasted great. The sauce was ok and not really needed. I would definitely consider buying again as I’ve seen other varieties in Target. They’re a tad expensive, but I’d snag them on sale for sure.

My thoughts are very similar to another review I saw. I tested their mozzarella sticks and the flavor is great but the cheese has no bite, just gooey and sticky like american cheese. Though, the marinara sauce was tasty! If I'm being picky, the amount of sodium per serving is pretty high.

I got the truffle mozz sticks as part of a Thingdrop and they were pretty good overall! I followed the directions and air fried them and they had the perfect crispiness, so that was a highlight. The "cheese" part was good too but they tasted too oily/fatty after I ate a couple. Definitely recommend eating these in moderation. The marinara sauce they came with was really tasty too. I do love that this product even exists!! I don't eat gluten or dairy and haven't had a real mozz stick in years, so this was a treat. Excited to see what Wholly Veggie makes next! One side note was it was sent in a huge box made of styrofoam with dry ice inside. I understand it's hard to ship frozen foods and guarantee freshness, but in the future I'd avoid ordering online because I want to not use so much packaging.

They cooked great in the air fryer. Truffle taste was very strong, so if you’re not a huge fan of that taste, these aren’t for you. Very gooey, and a bit hard to eat after the first bite because of how gooey the center is. They were tasty, not sure that I would buy them at full price though.

Kinda weird flavor but the texture seems like real mozzarella. There's also only really enough sauce for 1 serving. I wouldn't repurchase this.

I LOVE mozzarella sticks so I was so excited to try these. They looked good but I honestly did not like the flavor. It was a little too mushy (maybe I over cooked them?), but it did not feel like cheese to me. It also come in a massive package for a small box. I love the concept though!

Easy to cook and tasty. I'm always stocked up on these for quick meals

Full disclaimer, I’m vegan and I’m used to the texture of vegan cheese so that didn’t bother me. These really surprised me because I’m not normally a fan of truffle flavored things but the truffle taste wasn’t super prominent. The sauce it came with was also really tasty!

Really Tasty!! I did accidentally over back them and a lot of the "cheese" came out over the baking sheet. But very easy to clean up and still yummy. I'm not vegan so i probably won't buy again, but if you are vegan these are a great alternative!!

Honestly this brand does a pretty good job of imitating mozzarella sticks. Cheese in these is a bit more melt-y/liquid-y than dairy but flavor is good and it does melt!

It wasn't the worst veggie based product I've had, but something about the very almost liquid-like fake cheese inside the Mozzarella Style Sticks was just too much. I think if it hadn't been for that extremely bizarre texture in every bite these would have been ok. Unfortunately because of that could not imagine eating again.

They were okay. Te texture of the "cheese" was weird but the taste was good.

Fun brand and packaging, but wasn't the biggest fan of the Truffle Mozzarella Sticks. The cauliflower breading and marinara sauce was a tasty pairing, but the dairy-free cheese tasted off... but it did melt!!! Melted a bit even more than regular cheese. Was not a big fan of the dense texture.

5 stars for the flavor! These cheese sticks are delicious and the best, cheesiest vegan cheese I've ever had!

Package design is great and flavour was pretty good but the texture was gross. The "cheese" filling was almost liquid-like. but really sticky feeling in the mouth. The breading had a great flavour but wish it was a bit more substantial. Had to be very gentle when picking up the sticks because the coating is thin and inside was so soupy, they kept breaking open and the filling is quite sticky. Ended up throwing away half the package because the texture started to get to me. Would try if you're vegan looking for a mozza stick alternative, but I wouldn't buy again.

I tried the truffle “mozzarella sticks” and I will say the overall experience was underwhelming. Unboxing was a rather bulky process as it shipped in styrofoam with 5 pounds of dry ice that was not easy to unpack and disassemble. Taste wise, I did not enjoy the snacks overall. I found the truffle flavor only as a scent and not in the breading or “cheese”. I also found the vegan cheese not pleasing at all once cooked and felt it tasted more like hot cheese whiz. Not sure I’ll be buying again or recommending to friends

I bought the cauliflower buffalo wings and enjoyed them. I bought them a second time. They’re easy to pop in the air fryer and quite tasty. I have only bought them on sale. Probably wouldn’t pay full price for the size.

yummmm! after i tried these, i immediately bought another box of the regular flavor! i agree with others that i couldn’t really taste the truffle flavor of these, but they had a solid rich flavor. i’m vegan and missed cheese sticks! i cooked mine in the air fryer and they turned out great, crispy and only a couple opened up/leaked. the cheese was gooey and thick. you can taste the cauliflower a bit, but i enjoyed them!

I got their truffle mozzarella sticks as part of the thing drop a few weeks ago and while I thought it was unique and the vegan cheese tasted good, it's not something I would buy again. I found the truffle flavor to be too mild and the overall experience of it to be nothing more than average.

Woooooooweeeeee! These were wonderful! I got the mozzarella sticks with truffle and it unlocked a whole new flavor profile for me. I had an issue with the shipping carrier, so I reached out to customer service and they were delightful! I can’t wait to try some of their other products!
