Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • I have a boutique near my home so I usually go there when looking for frames, as I like the experience of the look and feel. Sometimes it's a great experience while other times is a bit dreadful because of the employees/ management. However, the online customer service is way better and they send the products in a timely manner.

  • I have had Warby Parker glasses since middle school. Before there were even any Warby Parker stores around me in the area I would do the tester glasses. I love the trendiness and timeliness of the designs and now they have a variety of different sizes!

  • Love the variety and quality of the glasses. Easy process to get prescription uploaded and approved. Sleek, minimalist packaging.

  • All my recent pairs of glasses have been warby. I enjoyed being able to try before buying from my house without even having to go to the store. Good quality and reasonable pricing.

  • As a life-long wearer of glasses, when WP hit the scene, I was so excited. This was significantly cheaper than traditional means as I would normally pay $400+ for one pair. I own maybe 2-3 pairs from WP, which cost in the range of $200+ because I have astigmatism. So in this highly competitive market, they have no longer been my first choice as there are other DTC companies that offer similar styles at a significantly cheaper price (~$100) which allows me to buy multiple pairs. I do realize that I lose the ability to try them in IRL, as I live near several locations, but the price difference is so significant that a generous return policy from the other companies keep me coming back. Also, their low bridge selection is not as robust as others.

  • Love the kids' frames - great if you have a small face. Wish you could order the kids' frames online though. Ended up getting lenses from the eye doctor and they were much higher quality, though, so I would suggest doing that!

  • Warby Parker makes beautiful, on trend frames and glasses that are well made at a wonderful price point. You cannot beat Warby Parkers quality and price. Love my readers that I have gotten from this brand.

  • I love this brand my glasses are from there, cheap and amazing quality, if you are looking for something that can fit in your budget that’s the brand

  • LOVE THEM. Great frames, good price and easy service.

  • Not as trendy as it was years ago, however many of my sunglasses have stood up over time and continue to look good. Warby Parker offers great quality at a decent price. There are cheaper and cooler styles available.

  • Great frames! The app makes it easy to narrow down options and the at-home try on is a game changer. I have three pairs of glasses (1 of them sunglasses) that I've had for going on two years and they have held up well.

  • I’ve had many WO glasses, the style is what really draws me in. Also the flexibility of customization and the customer service. The other day I stopped by the store and they offered to tune my current glasses for free. Instant upgrade and customer for life

  • My daughter has been in glasses since she was 3years old. As soon as she was old enough, we transitioned to Warby Parker, I loved their mission and the store was very close to our house. We went in, everyone was so helpful, and pointed us to the area where she could look and select from the frames for her head size. After our 4th purchase, we continue to go in for fittings, if the glasses have stretched, they help tighten them, if they are scratched, they help clean and repair her lenses. Love their product and the service is honestly the best. We will be there until we are out of glasses. We might try their contact program next!

  • I’ve had two pairs of Warby Parker glasses. Here’s the good: they are cheaper than getting anything at the optometrist. Also good: they have many stylish frames to choose from. I like the try on program at home and the in person stores. The negative: the frames feel a bit cheaper than others. You get what you pay for. Style but lacking the quality of some other brands. I would order from them again and liked my old frames. But when vision insurance gave me more, I chose designer instead and they feel more quality.

  • I didn't end up purchasing from Warby Parker, but loved the discovery process. The shapes they offer are beautiful, but I wish they had a few higher quality items, especially for wire frames.
