  • Silky, comfortable bra materials
  • Flattering, confidence-boosting silhouettes
  • Beloved, compliment‑drawing fragrances
  • Wide, stylish product selection
  • Inconsistent, frustrating bra sizing
  • Declining, unreliable garment durability
  • Uncomfortable, poking underwires
  • Short‑lasting body mist scent

Victoria’s Secret draws mixed reviews: the brand delivers flattering shapes, silky-soft textures, and beloved scents like Bare Vanilla, Love Spell, Coconut Passion, and Warm & Cozy, but inconsistent sizing, declining durability, and uncomfortable underwires undercut confidence. Reviews praise long‑lasting favorites such as seamless underwear, Dream Angel balconettes’ shape, and well-fitting lightly lined and So Obsessed bras, while noting bras that stretch out, wires that poke, perfumes with short longevity, and lingerie that rips or loses shape quickly.

  • I Love Victorias Secret! The second you put on something from here you instantly feel sexier. The store even smells so so good you can almost smell it on the website too! The colors are always epic and the bras I have from there are made well and last a long time ! They always have coupons and sales so you don’t want to miss out check often. This is by far my favorite store!!

  • There are much better quality lingerie brands and the brand seems to have gone downhill in the past few years. Especially the in-store experience. I wish they still sold the "For Love and Lemons" collabs in store and that was beautiful lingerie.

  • Yes, I love their bras. It's one of the last places you can get the strange sizes. Expensive yes! However! These bras last for YEARS!

  • I have a few VS bras in my drawer - I do find they do not last as long as other brands, and a wire will go rogue and poke me in the side. I am really careful with the washing of all of my lingerie because - lets face it- the price is not exactly the same as our male counterparts that buy Calvin Klein boxers in a package of 6 for $20.00. The colors and styles are nice- (there are a TON). When I purchase, I prefer to look online first because getting bombarded by the sales team to do a "bra fitting" is annoying. If the sales person actually CARED about the fit it would be one thing, but the size is generally SO off, that I would just prefer to check out what's available, and then go try it on, feel and see how it looks, and move on.

  • I love this brand of pajamas. They are very soft and don't wear out over time. They feel like you're not wearing anything and are very smooth.

  • I used them years ago for bras. I am petite and have a smaller band size with a larger cup size. The underwire was always uncomfortable and went up way too high under the arm. Very limited options for my specific size. Most things didn't ever fit right. I find the underwear cute but uncomfortable and overpriced. Customer service was always great in store!

  • My first experience with this brand was five years ago, when I received a care set as a gift consisting of: shower gel, lotion and body spray. I tried some more of them and I would single out the set called "Coconut Passion". The lotion comes in plastic packaging, with a quantity of 250 ml. It is easy to use with the button on the cap. It is characterized by an intense scent of coconut and vanilla. I'm not a fan of vanilla scents, but this one is dominated by coconut. An attractive and delicate fragrance that is long lasting. It can be felt on the skin for several hours. The lotion comes in plastic packaging, with a quantity of 250 ml. It is easy to use with the button on the cap. • Love the variety of styles in underwear and bras. Sometimes they're good quality sometimes they aren't. They're bras are the best ones I've found so far. Ridiculously priced most the time though. I love majority of their body sprays & lotions and if you catch a good sale, you can sometimes get a real steal! I don't know about in stores but they're customer service and return services online are fast and easy. But they're website sucks IMO, always lags, glitchy and takes forever to load

  • I used and still use this brand for a lot of time. I’m never disappointed and also I love their products and their scents.

  • Best bras and underwear! Very comfortable and makes me feel confident

  • Really overpriced. My bras seem to stretch out and wear out faster than from other places and it seems like sizing is all over the place whenever I go in. Really soft pjs though

  • I recently had a disappointing experience with Victoria's Secret online ordering process. After placing an order, I realized that the size of the bra had changed from a C cup to an AA cup due to a glitch in the website's design. Despite searching extensively, I couldn't find an option to change or cancel my order. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the Canadian customer service number, I was told it was a holiday, despite there being no holiday in Canada that weekend. I eventually had to call the US number, where I spoke with a professional representative. However, she informed me that since over 30 minutes had passed, I couldn't cancel my order. I was forced to accept the order and return it at a later date, with no guarantee of a timely refund. After expressing my frustration, the representative offered a $15 rebate, which was a small consolation. My issue lies not with the customer service representative but with the flawed online ordering process. It's unacceptable that I couldn't easily change my order, including size or color, within a reasonable timeframe (in this case, 30 minutes). Victoria's Secret needs to improve their website's functionality and customer service policies to prevent similar experiences for others. Until then, I would caution against shopping on their website.

  • Yesterday 3/28/24 was the 1st time i ordered from VS in about a year. They advertised their buy 2 get one free sale/deal, bot VS & Pink...I had some issues with doing the online ordering so i called customer service which has ALWAYS been TOP NOTCH. NO KIDDING, all in all i was on the phone for over THREE HOURS.. 4 different agents... They have OUT SOURCED their customer service!! Barely can even understand any of the agents & the know NOTHING about the products, scents & recommendations.. I finally got to speak to a supervisor who also had a heavy accent, but nothing compared to the other 3 ..on the phone with him for an HOUR & he finally helped and took care of everything & gave me $$ compensation for all of my aggravation... Don't think i will be buying anything from VS or PINK again, certainly not if i need help with customer service!! BAD MOVE VS, BAD!!

  • The warm and cozy body spray is my absolute favorite, lasts so long and smells sweet but floral. I love and recommend

  • I like their bras and usually buy during the semi-annual sale, other than that I'm not sure that the quality is up to par with $60 bras and such anymore. Still, the only bra I wear but I think the quality has definitely gone down, but they're still worth it overall.

  • The only bra that fits perfect, super comfortable and sexy !! I absolutely think Victoria's secret is a godsend for those with big ones....

    Just a shopper
  • I've worn VS bras and underwear for most of my adult life. I love their details but over the years I can honestly say it's hit or miss with this brand. I've had bras that I've LOVED to literal pieces and others hurt so much that I've had to return them because I was unable to wear them. Same with the underwear.

  • I have been shopping at VS for DECADES and have watched it change completely over the years. To this day, I still wear their panties. I find them the most comfortable. Their bras do not come in my size. Their sizes and clothing have changed a great deal. The price has gone up but the quality and sizing are a bust. They used to have clothing that you could buy online or through their catalog. Now, they have sweatpants and overpriced activewear. They are focusing on smaller sizes and recently have added larger sizes that are not that much larger. I know that some people believe that having a visible seam in the front or back is just a fashion choice. It isn't. It is a sign of very cheaply made clothing. You should expect that of Walmart, not Victoria's Secret.

  • Can't stand the underwires and straps work lose and a little bit pricey! But lasting quality and seems made good

  • My package arrived incomplete with 2 items less than the order. Customer service basically accused me of trying to defraud them by saying "the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility". It was a bra and a thong which would have weighted 0.01kg or less, could have easily varied on different scales. Customer service then tried to blame the courier company when I repeatedly told them the package arrived undamaged. An absolute shocker of a system, not to mention this is unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law by refusing to provide the goods that was paid for.
