Victoria's Secret
I recently had a disappointing experience with Victoria's Secret online ordering process. After placing an order, I realized that the size of the bra had changed from a C cup to an AA cup due to a glitch in the website's design. Despite searching extensively, I couldn't find an option to change or cancel my order. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the Canadian customer service number, I was told it was a holiday, despite there being no holiday in Canada that weekend. I eventually had to call the US number, where I spoke with a professional representative. However, she informed me that since over 30 minutes had passed, I couldn't cancel my order. I was forced to accept the order and return it at a later date, with no guarantee of a timely refund. After expressing my frustration, the representative offered a $15 rebate, which was a small consolation. My issue lies not with the customer service representative but with the flawed online ordering process. It's unacceptable that I couldn't easily change my order, including size or color, within a reasonable timeframe (in this case, 30 minutes). Victoria's Secret needs to improve their website's functionality and customer service policies to prevent similar experiences for others. Until then, I would caution against shopping on their website.
