  • Love vs and pink my fav. Place to get my panties. They always fit me being a guy no problem wear thus brand like i do with others

  • Victoria's Secret is a staple for a reason. Their Dream Angel balconette bras provide great shape, but they lose shape quickly and aren't the most comfortable.

  • Well you know what? I've tried other brands for bras and I just come back to VS. Their lightly lined bras are the best fit and good quality.

  • This review is about pajamas only. I stopped buying underwear from here ages ago because the quality dipped and they've never carried my bra size so have no opinions on those. The only reason I keep buying pjs from here is because VS might be one of a handful of places that has petite pj pants. Unlike the underwear I think the quality of these has kept up and they last me quite a long time. I do wish that they did cuter patterns though.

  • Victoria’s Secret is disappointing for the price. The products are expensive, but the quality just doesn’t match up. Fabrics and construction don’t feel durable, and I’ve had items that lose shape or wear out quickly. For the cost, I expect much better. There are definitely other brands out there with higher quality and better value.

Omg i disagree i think they got great quality i have been wearing VS and Pink for years and no rips at all still looking good

  • I use to love there bras and underwear so much, but know anymore there so cheaply made and so overly priced i stopped purchasing them, the underwear would get holes after so many cycles in the wash, because the material was so thin, and the bras were itchy and the underwire would come right out,

  • used to love their underwear when I was younger but eventually grew out of it. now I'm a fan of finding gems such as this robe! sales at VS are my fav now haha

  • This fragrance smells sexy and light, sweet like a candy! I get a lot of compliments when I’m using them. However the lasting effect is not long, I need to carry bottle for refreshing my scent all the time.

  • This brand has so many different type of parfumes, body lotions and mists and you don't know what to buy at first... these are my favourite scent and the small sizes are perfect to bring with you to your next trip!

  • Adore this brand, especially their swimwear! So difficult to find bikinis that fit well, but VS does it flawlessly.

  • I used to buy this brand a lot. Their sales are really good deals. But the regular prices esp for bras are ridiculous. I also learned they aren’t cruelty free (the skin products)

  • I love everything about Victoria’s Secret from the perfume to the bras to the panties to the sales. You cannot go wrong with anything in Victoria’s Secret. The quality the fit and the style is definitely a real winner.

  • I recently had a disappointing experience with Victoria's Secret online ordering process. After placing an order, I realized that the size of the bra had changed from a C cup to an AA cup due to a glitch in the website's design. Despite searching extensively, I couldn't find an option to change or cancel my order. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the Canadian customer service number, I was told it was a holiday, despite there being no holiday in Canada that weekend. I eventually had to call the US number, where I spoke with a professional representative. However, she informed me that since over 30 minutes had passed, I couldn't cancel my order. I was forced to accept the order and return it at a later date, with no guarantee of a timely refund. After expressing my frustration, the representative offered a $15 rebate, which was a small consolation. My issue lies not with the customer service representative but with the flawed online ordering process. It's unacceptable that I couldn't easily change my order, including size or color, within a reasonable timeframe (in this case, 30 minutes). Victoria's Secret needs to improve their website's functionality and customer service policies to prevent similar experiences for others. Until then, I would caution against shopping on their website.

  • Victoria's Secret bras and undies are overrated. It's their fashion show and window displays that get people into the stores. However, I love their perfumes and lotions. I get so many compliments on their Bare Vanilla scent. They also used to make the best shaving lotion that would leave my legs super soft, but unfortunately, they discontinued it. I give them 4 stars for perfume and take one away for their bras leaving them with 3 stars in all.

  • Growing up this was the main store wear I would purchaser my bras in the early 2000s. I would find that the bras were not really that comfortable and extremely padded. Also the overall store experience was not great. I did also purchase several items from the PINK store as well. I did like their program where they would send a coupon for a free underwear that was to draw you into the store. I have not purchased an item in probably 10 years since I have found better alternatives that fit my body better and the brand is more empowering to women.

  • Their bra sizing is all over the place, but their underwear remains some of my favorites. It's fairly good quality that lasts long enough & the pricing seems fair. I am happy to see that VS has become a bit more size-inclusive, but they still have a long way to go. Also happy to see them collaborating with so many top-name brands.

  • It's okay. I seem to find their stuff is overpriced for nothing that special. You're better off just shopping at your department store to be honest (also I know it wasn't body positive but I kinda miss the VS fashion show)

  • VS sizing is so weird. Every time I would get sized, it would be a wildly different number and cup size, and I don’t think their products are exceptional. There are so many other brands that I would rather buy from.

  • I love the pushup bras. The silky material is very soft and comfortable, with beautiful floral design embedded. Very luxurious.

  • They are ok. The underwear I bought was decent and Isn’t really expensive
