  • Silky, comfortable bra materials
  • Flattering, confidence-boosting silhouettes
  • Beloved, compliment‑drawing fragrances
  • Wide, stylish product selection
  • Inconsistent, frustrating bra sizing
  • Declining, unreliable garment durability
  • Uncomfortable, poking underwires

Victoria’s Secret draws mixed reviews: the brand delivers flattering shapes, silky-soft textures, and beloved scents like Bare Vanilla, Love Spell, Coconut Passion, and Warm & Cozy, but inconsistent sizing, declining durability, and uncomfortable underwires undercut confidence. Reviews praise long‑lasting favorites such as seamless underwear, Dream Angel balconettes’ shape, and well-fitting lightly lined and So Obsessed bras, while noting bras that stretch out, wires that poke, perfumes with short longevity, and lingerie that rips or loses shape quickly.

  • The brand is well known with a lot of selections. But not the best quality. My bras and underwear start to break down after a year. My pajamas are cute but material is thin. I have tried their swimsuits in the past and they are meant for curvy young women because the cut on the thigh is so high. Overall cute and trendy but no longevity.

  • Super cool and rare site i save my money every month and treat myself to a new piece. The payment takes a few minute of yourntume other than that see you next month

  • I really like some of their bras and underwear and I like that they often run sales because that is awesome. Some of their body sprays are just sort of so so. But they’re good to have after you use the bathroom.

  • I have underwear from Victoria's Secret that has lasted me over a decade. However, recently I noticed the same underwear I bought years ago has gone down in size and quality. Im hoping that's just a one off, it worries me that the sizing has changed.

  • Maybe I just grown up, but i am not that into Victoria Secret any more. They used to have more simple, nice and cute styles for a good price, and after all the crazy stories brand ofc got worse quality than it use to have when it had glory and regular shows

  • I got this in a size medium and it is very cute. Note that it is essentially the length of a slightly long camisole so would keep that in mind if you want something with more coverage. I purchased the long organza slip which is also very comfortable. They unfortunately forgot to ship the last item and it is now out of stock but they were quick to give a refund.

  • I have shopped at and used Victoria's Secret's merchandise for as long as I can remember. I mostly stick to the original Victoria's Secret brand but have also purchased PINK branded items. I don't miss the annual sale each year when I stock up on Body Sprays and Lotions mostly. One of my favorite Body Sprays is Love Spell. I also love the different Coconut and Peony scents that are seasonal options. I love Victoria Secret's lingerie, in particular their panties. I can always find a sexy pair of panties year round. Not only are the panties nice to look at ,but they fit well and are made of durable materials. I was fitted for a bra by an associate, for fhe first time ever, a few months ago. Who knew I was buying the wrong size my whole life. The wireless bra that I bought that same day was the 'So Obsessed ' bra and it fits me like no other while accentuating all the right parts. I am somewhat "obsessed" with this bra. Fortunately, I have several stores nearby I can shop at . I am a loyal lifetime fan of Victoria's Secret!

  • Disappointed. First I went into the store asking About “full figure coverage” the sales person looked like a dear in the headlight. She asked “so do you mean large or XL” I explained that I hadn’t been into VS in 20 years and wants to see if they had a thong that had tummy support with a thong type pants. She showed me the body wear and then we decided on the XXl size. I’m a 14 normally. She said she love it, so I went for it. She handed me the box stating it was good tummy support. I bought it for a meeting I had that I needed to hold my tummy in for pants I was wearing. Welp got home and found it was a full brief not the thong and now I would have pantie lines, cause there is a thick thread around the entire outlining of the panties… not what I wanted. I had to role with it. Wore them and no tummy support it was like wearing a pair of stocking up to your bra. Just no leg parts on a pair of briefs with a high waist line. Had them on all day back to back meetings. The part that holds the material to your skin so it doesn’t role, was so strong, it stuck to my skin and literally ripped my skin off when I went to use the restroom at the end of the day. The booty part was too small for and XXl not fitted for larger bum sized and it just overall was such a disappointment as far as shapers was concerned. I would not buy again. It road up my bumm and gave me a wedgy and ripped my skin off with not real tummy control.

  • Victoria’s Secret products went downhill pretty bad. I’ve been buying from them for years but more recently I’ve had issues. I purchased a bra and it didn’t last a week. When I’ve tried to return or exchange products it’s always an issue with them now. I’m not sure the change but it’s not impressive anymore.

  • Victoria Secret is such a staple company. All of my bras and underwear are from here almost. They are comfortable and I love that the company has models of all sizes and abilities. They are comfortable.

  • used to love their underwear when I was younger but eventually grew out of it. now I'm a fan of finding gems such as this robe! sales at VS are my fav now haha

  • This brand has so many different type of parfumes, body lotions and mists and you don't know what to buy at first... these are my favourite scent and the small sizes are perfect to bring with you to your next trip!

  • This fragrance smells sexy and light, sweet like a candy! I get a lot of compliments when I’m using them. However the lasting effect is not long, I need to carry bottle for refreshing my scent all the time.

  • Love vs and pink my fav. Place to get my panties. They always fit me being a guy no problem wear thus brand like i do with others

  • Adore this brand, especially their swimwear! So difficult to find bikinis that fit well, but VS does it flawlessly.

  • I've worn panties from VS since I was ~12 or 13, but the quality has gotten so poor I've had to go elsewhere. They just rip randomly over time, and don't survive that many washes. They are cheap so that's the upside but the lack of sustainability and ethical production gives them a thumbs down in my book.

  • Victoria's Secret bras and undies are overrated. It's their fashion show and window displays that get people into the stores. However, I love their perfumes and lotions. I get so many compliments on their Bare Vanilla scent. They also used to make the best shaving lotion that would leave my legs super soft, but unfortunately, they discontinued it. I give them 4 stars for perfume and take one away for their bras leaving them with 3 stars in all.

  • Their bra sizing is all over the place, but their underwear remains some of my favorites. It's fairly good quality that lasts long enough & the pricing seems fair. I am happy to see that VS has become a bit more size-inclusive, but they still have a long way to go. Also happy to see them collaborating with so many top-name brands.

  • It's okay. I seem to find their stuff is overpriced for nothing that special. You're better off just shopping at your department store to be honest (also I know it wasn't body positive but I kinda miss the VS fashion show)

  • Growing up this was the main store wear I would purchaser my bras in the early 2000s. I would find that the bras were not really that comfortable and extremely padded. Also the overall store experience was not great. I did also purchase several items from the PINK store as well. I did like their program where they would send a coupon for a free underwear that was to draw you into the store. I have not purchased an item in probably 10 years since I have found better alternatives that fit my body better and the brand is more empowering to women.
