My package arrived incomplete with 2 items less than the order. Customer service basically accused me of trying to defraud them by saying "the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility". It was a bra and a thong which would have weighted 0.01kg or less, could have easily varied on different scales. Customer service then tried to blame the courier company when I repeatedly told them the package arrived undamaged. An absolute shocker of a system, not to mention this is unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law by refusing to provide the goods that was paid for.

I love VS lingerie. It is soft and comfortable. I have a difficulty to find a bra which would be a good support for my breast. VS bras provides a nice cleavege and comfort, it makes me feel confident :) Panties are soft and a fabrics have a good quality.

I have no problem paying good money for a quality garment. I have lovely lingerie that makes me feel confident and sensuous. Generally speaking, I have found the bras to be remarkably uncomfortable, the lace easily damaged, and the "higher-end" fabrics to be cheap. Quite honestly, I don't think Victoria's Secret is about the women who have to wear this garbage--I think it's marketed to men, and by extension, insecure women who feel they have to be a skank to be sexy.

What I think about this product is I love it! I love that any of the products are amazing! The fit on the bras are super comfortable. The fit is always perfect. I love the different style and makes. Always good for any outfit They are cute! The colors are all great as well. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone.
