  • Thesis seemed like it would help with concentration, energy, and focus. However, the formula made specifically for my needs did not work, so I made up my own formula of supplements, and that did not work either. I would give it a try even though it did not work for me because everybody's mind is different, and it may work for you. It is, however, a pricey subscription as well.

  • I will caveat this review by saying I don’t think I can really review supplements for their effectiveness, so will just speak to my experience. The packaging on these is nice, if a little wasteful, but I liked that each packet had the right mix of supplements (no playing mancala with my pill organizer). I also liked the idea of having different blends for different types of productivity. The idea is that you give each of the blends a good try (for a week each I think?) and then see which of the blends feels the best for you and your needs. I was going through a stressful time at a new job and was caffeinated within an inch of my life while trying these, so I’m not sure that any supplement could have broken through. It’s perhaps my own fault that I didn’t really feel the effects, but I do like the idea and would recommend to someone who’s looking for slightly more gentle forms of stimulants than pounding espressos until your ears are ringing.

  • I tried the variety pack and experienced significant results, with an increase in focus and motivation. The bundle is quite pricey for repeated purchases (so -1 point), so I identified the most effective supplements and were able to purchase them at a cheaper price for daily use. I also think the packaging could be consolidated to avoid so much waste. But these do really work!

  • I have mixed feelings on the supplements, but overall positive. I received the starter pack offered through Thingdrop, and have been trying each supplement both on an empty stomach and with food. I do think each supplement does what it says it does, but I feel some of the ingredients are kind of gimmick-y. For example, some contain Ashwagandha, and for Ashwagandha to actually have an effect for most people you have to take it daily for awhile. So these supplements are not going to have a transformative effect from just one dose. Another thing I noticed was almost all have L-theanine and caffeine in them, and I think these ingredients contribute to most of the effects of the supplements. I mostly noticed I felt more energized and focused with each of them, without much difference in my experience EXCEPT for the Energy supplement. That supplement turned out to be too strong for me on an empty stomach, and I definitely felt very awake and although not jittery, still felt over-caffeinated. I would try these again if I could afford to get the supplements regurarly, but the financial commitment is out of my budget right now. These would be good for a friend who can afford the high price to take the supplements as intended, and who is interested in health + wellness.

  • I was pleasantly surprised by thesis. I actually noticed a difference when taking them.

  • Maybe these work great. Maybe they don't. What they do have is a bunch of caffeine - 100mg per dose. That's about as much as a cup of coffee. Since I've quit caffeine (it's been 9 months!) I don't want to try anything that could get me re-addicted. I'd love to test a caffeine-free version.

  • So, I got the Thingdrop trial pack with Confidence, Energy, Clarity and Creativity. While I love this product in theory, be wary if you are sensitive to caffeine because these four all have 100mg of it which is a little to high for me personally. It's akin to, if not a little higher than, a cup of coffee. = I do much better with 50-70mg, otherwise I get really anxious/jittery.

  • I didn't feel any noticeable difference or benefits, but with supplements I think they need to be taken over time to see improvements. That being said, without the thingdrop discounted price I don't think I would purchase again.

  • trying them out has been fun! Some of the blends have discernible effects while others none (Logic was immediate for me while Energy did absolutely nothing). I think the monthly price point is steep but doable if I were to introduce nootropics into my daily routine.

  • I’m interested in anything nootropic and would not have tried Thesis without ThingDrop. First of all, their approach is really smart. Love that they let you try the different formulas and encourage tracking your reactions and offering brand support. I’m half way through, so far my favorite is energy. It is a subtle effect. The only downside is price, but if these improve my work, I’ll continue purchasing. High quality.

  • I had massive headaches after trying this product. Reached out to customer service and 0 response or acknowledgment or apologies. Won't come back.

  • Like some people, my experience with Thesis pills wasn't as I had hoped it would be. Out of all four included in the beginner kit, the only one I felt a real difference with was "Clarity." My first week was with "Energy," and I'm not sure I felt anything at all. I tried to limit of coffee intake during this week, and the pills did help a little, but I was still feeling tired around lunch time. I'm not sure what the intended effect is when taking Energy. I'll talk about the pills that had a real noticeable effect. Clarity was great. During this week, I felt like there just wasn't enough for me to do around the house. Any procrastination I had was gone. I felt like I just had to do everything on my list. When I didn't have anything on my list that needed to be done, I felt like I had to come up with things to do. The other two had very subtle effects. The downside to products like this is that everyone's chemistry is going to be different. Some people will notice a huge difference, and others probably won't notice anything at all. Clarity definitely worked for me. If I end up ordering Thesis again, it will be multiple weeks of Clarity, and maybe Energy.

  • I was looking for a gentler alternative to stimulants to help with my ADHD, so I may have had expectations too high going into the 3 months I tried thesis. I found that some packets were helpful, but other ones seemed like filler. I didn't like that I couldn't choose to only order the ones I felt were helpful. Clarity was the one I felt helped without getting the overwhelm I experienced with stimulant medications.

  • Overall solid, only downside I’ve noticed is the duration it lasts. It’s only lasted 2ish hours

  • I liked the product at first but started to see reduced effects after taking it over a few month cycles. For those that try it, I think you’ll like it at first! Take it daily to get the maximum benefit. The one thing that drove me crazy was the inability to cancel the subscription easily. Be careful you don’t end up with a 5 month supply like I did…

  • They give you 5 different versions to try, none of them had a large effect. I had been taking some of the supplements on my own and was happy to condense my vitamin routine but disappointed by lack of options to customize dose and inability to customize a blend. Caffeine has a dopaminergic effect so hard to say if it actually worked. This was a lower dose of L-Tyrosine than I had been taking, and no formula compensated for low bioavailability. Wish they tailored more to personal needs, even if it means an additional price.

  • A little about my backstory: former pothead turned scientist looking for an edge in progressing through the corporate ladder. I had startedtaking lions mane, ginko biloba, gotu kola, d3, fish oil, etc, all with the goal of trying to replace anti-depressants, which "worked" but made me feel like a zomboid. That was in late 2022. When I tried "Clarity" I noticed that lions mane was an ingredient, but there were other things I had never heard of. I took my multi-v, omega/d3 and a pro-biotic in tandem with clarity, and within 3 days i could feel almost an "awakening" happen. I became motivated in ways i never had before... long had my mother always said I would be a good lawyer, so I went to grab an LSAT prep book just to see if I could even focus on it. I read through 100 pages in 3 days, and got 13/14 arguments correct in that time. But the way Thesis works (when you're starting out) is that you only have 6 days with each blend. My mother had gotten this trial pack for me as a gift. I made an account under my name and email and was unable to get 4 6-day packs of clarity out of the gate; you have to get a starter back with multiple blends first. Then only then it seems can you mix and match Thesis' 6 blends to your choosing. Thats a bit of a drawback honestly, but it is worth it to do the starter pack as they recommend... In my starter pack I also had Energy, Logic and Creativity. Energy was my least favorite as i kept my caffeine consumption normal, which can it seems cause jitteryness and irritability and an overal feeling of adrendal fatigue after the 3rd day out of 6. By day 6 i felt like a crackhead. Logic was the 2nd blend that I had tried. It had a very anti-depressant effect; nothing in my day to day felt difficult and I felt very at peace with my place in the world. Organization became slightly easier, and hard tasks at work became almost boring. Not quite as good at helping me focus on learning, but good at helping me access and remember what I already know. Creativity was a nice blend that probably had the least noticeable affect, but it was subtle and pleasant. I actually felt happy! I noticed my musicality became much more interesting (guitar player). Overall, their online menu is confusing and frustrating. You have the option of "order now" and then under that is the date your subscription will bill and ship your next set of blends. But it seems at first that if you're asking for an "order now" that it glitches out and says "wont get until 2 weeks after when you want it". This resulted in me spending literally almost 1,000 dollars in a singlr day (accidentally ordered 3 6-month subscriptions). But Alisha and Jo with customer service were able to get this resolved! Overall, the merit of the blend that I love, "Clarity", is worth all of the logistical trouble I had. I feel like a new person. And I was able to achieve the feeling naturally without abnormal psychiatric medication, which has a litanous history of side effects. Overall, I can't recommend this enough, especially for people like me who always felt mentally tired and depressed and unable to advance
