Beautiful packaging and an easy system. The sustainable aspect is also a plus. The formulation was fine, not for everyone. Give 2-3 months to test for your body.

I've used Seed for about 6 months and I feel improvements in my gut health and digestion. Packaging is very nice and I like the smaller capsule that is great for traveling. The price is a bit high though.

I have been using seed for 6 years already. I think the best part of Seed is how it's designed. The double layer makes it through your gut unlike other probitiocs. I love the travel case they give you- this is my go to for vacations.

This is one of the first probiotics/prebiotics that has actually had an effect on my stomach. I felt it from day one.

I was wary on a probiotic pill because I always thought it was just better to consume whole foods as opposed to a pill, but I do feel that Seed works. I've always been big on gut health so I didn't feel a drastic difference compared to if you were new to probiotics but it definitely did the job. Loved the packaging too, but had to stop my subscription because it was just a tad too expensive each month.

I have used Seed for almost 2 years now, and I love it. I was experiencing some health issues and was recommended to take a probiotic, so I decided to give Seed a try. I feel so much better now, and I believe Seed has helped!

Changed my life literally! My weight is down, I feel lighter. I really suck with consistency but I’ve been taking it every morning and it’s worked wonders.

Seed has truly changed my gut health for the better. I take it daily and it makes such a difference to the bloating and irregularity I had previously. Minus one point for the cost of shipping to Canada - it’s an extra $17 USD, which feels a little extreme to me. Still, the difference it’s made for me feels worth it.

Saw a dramatic improvement in my gut health since starting. Only problem is if I forget it on when I go away for the weekend, don’t feel too well for a few days.

Didn’t feel any difference, which was a bummer since this brand is so highly rated. If it was a little more affordable, perhaps would have tried it for more than a month.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this product.. I tried Seed for approximately 2.5 days (I started with the 1 tablet a day like advised) and became incredibly ill. After talking with both Seed's support and my own doctor it sounds like whatever they compounded the probiotic with did NOT agree with my body. So, unfortunately, it was just me. I have talked to other people who have had good experiences with the product. I also give them 3/5 stars mainly because even though my experience with the product wasn't great, the shipping was fast, the brand is interesting, and they're support was extremely helpful and refunded me completely.

A gamechanger for my gut. I've always been someone who had stomach aches frequently, usually after eating a meal--and I mean *any* meal. Ever since I started taking Seed in the morning (on an empty stomach), I haven't suffered routine stomach aches. It's a literal lifechanger for me. Plus, love the brand's sustainability efforts.

Was always tempes to try and ended up being glad I did. High quality.

I tried this once and didn’t notice any difference so I stopped for months. I restarted recently to help with tummy issues from new meds and stress, and now I’m starting to see a difference. Without taking them, my stomach is much more upset — like my day is disrupted. I haven’t seen many of the other benefits that others have noticed but hope to soon. I also wish the price was lower.

This did nothing for me. I tried it for 3 months, and saw zero changes (good OR bad) in my GI system. I wonder if their strains aren't as active as they claim. Cool packaging, though.

I really like this brand. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed a real difference but I definitely feel more energy, my bowel movements are more stable and overall a big fan. Priced a bit high but more in line with probiotics generally.

Okay their probiotic is awesome and the packaging is also excellent. I dock a point because I’ve been a subscriber for years and their subscription management system is really bad. I’ve had my subscription cancelled, my frequency changed, and my old address set. So you need to stay on top of your orders.

I scoured the internet for a probiotic and found that Seed checked all the boxes amongst others I didn't know to look for. The most important, is that it contains 53.4 billion broad spectrum viable bacteria. Their website is incredibly informative and I love the zero waste packaging. The price may seem high, but compared to others I believe this is the best value on the market. Your first box comes with your forever jar and a travel sized tube, which is thoughtful.
