I received a sapphire ring for Christmas and the picture is SO deceiving ! It can hardly be seen the dot on the ring. I think the pictures ought to truly describe the reality of the purchase. Disappointed

I fee like Rituals is *the* gift set staple for women in Europe - at least it's been that way for my family as long as I can think. It gives your giftee a little luxury you barely dare to treat yourself to but everyone has it because everyone gets it as gifts, haha. I love their shower foams the most as they feel soft and nice to shave with and smell amazing but I also like their hand soaps. :) Disclaimer that I haven't bought anything from them here in the US but I can't imagine it's much different. I have had so many products by Rituals. Foam shower gels, scrubs, body creams, in many flavors, like "rice milk & cherry blossom", "holy lotus & white tea", "indian rose & sweet almond oil" and they all were smelling amazing!

This foaming shower gel has a silky texture that transforms into a rich, creamy foam when mixed with water. It leaves the skin feeling soft, clean, and lightly scented with a fresh floral note. Just be careful — the nozzle can dispense too much product if pressed too hard. 🫧🌸

The product is good but the customer service is not up to standard. I purchased two gift boxes online from their official website site. One of the box came to me spoilt, and I was accused that I am the one who made it spoilt. In addition, the online purchase doesn’t come with paper bag as well. So it will be looking so bad if you are purchasing this as gift because you will need to get your own paper bag for the gift boxes.

I am OBSESSED! I am so lucky I have a bestie in Amsterdam that keeps me stocked up and whenever I am there I load up at the airport on the way home. I love everything. My fav scent is Sakura. I wish it was easier to get in 🇨🇦. It I am a loyal customer for life!

I love their products! They feel so soft and luxurious! They smell so good and leaves my skin feeling refreshed!! I have tried many of their products but this is my favorite! I would 100% recommend it! Its a great price too!

I bought my fiancé the Sport kit from Rituals last year, and he loved it! I also tried the Ritual of Sakura, we created an account with them and have been using it daily ever since! The shower gel is smooth and the smell, combined with other products of the same line, give a luxury feeling throughout the day. Another big plus for us is the travel size toiletries!

When I used to live in the Netherlands they had many stores. I love their smell especially the candles they had. The sweet jasmine was my favorite.

Cool branding but smells cheap and doesn’t really feel like the high quality it makes itself out to be. I was disappointed.

Big fan of this brand. Their stores have great service and experiences. I replenish my hair & body mist whenever I’m in Europe because the scents are very refreshing.

Beautiful products that smell amazing. What I love about them is that the smells are always kind of new and re-invented so whether it's a home fragrance, shower gel or perfume - it always smells like something I haven't tried before and look forward to wearing/having around.

I have tried their lotions, shower gels, and hand lotions. I have tried the red, orange, and dark green scents (I forgot their product names) and loved all of them for different reasons. They are all highly fragranced, so if you are sensitive to fragrance, buy with caution. However, if you are sensitive to fragrance I would go with the body gels since that doesn't sit on the skin for too long and you still get to experience the nice scent. The body lotions are super thick and moisturizing and smell amazing.

My husband always buys the air freshener for the car. He hasn't used any other the past 4 years. He always buys the refill. A big fan of the product

The foaming shower gels are my favorite. The foam is soft and a little goes a long way. The scents are very calming and not overpowering.

Most of their products smells good, but it's more packaging vs quality though.

Online order - WARNING!!! do not USE! Website says delivery 1-4 days. Placed an order at 02:30am Friday. Thats 1 day of 4. Its now 4 days, and no delivery. So now they are saying "unexpected volume can lead to delays" -- no! this should have been clarified from the start of the order process - allowing the customer to decide if a delay is ok or not. They reply after 1 hour instant messaging (ironic, email is faster). Saying the same story as before. They havent EVEN SENT IT OUT! 4 days to process something? -It gets better! they cannot stop or delay the order as its processed. So as the customer, i need to resolve their issue. Purchasing from them has proven to be useless - unless you purchase "in store". Do not bother with online orders. Misleading advertising. Do NOT purchase from them. If this is how they do business... then perhaps their products are questionable too Spend your money elsewhere. trust. Lost.
