Reviews mention

  • Vibrant flavor variety
  • Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel
  • Lighter, cleaner ingredients
  • Eye-catching playful packaging
  • Lingering stevia aftertaste
  • Occasionally too sweet profile
  • Inconsistent soda dupes
  • Lower carbonation intensity

Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

  • Nice flavors, subtle taste, nothing extra special but overall good.

  • Poppi is the 2nd probiotic soda I've ordered (the first being Olipop), and it has a much stronger flavor and a sharper taste-- I don't tend to drink much soda, but I imagine that if you were an avid pop drinker, this one would be an easier switch! My favorite is the raspberry rose, and it doesn't hurt that it looks pretty in my fridge. I haven't found any changes to my "gut health", but I wasn't expecting any!

  • Such a fun brand. I've seen their success over tiktok and it's truly incredible to support a female founded brand. My only gripe is the price being more expensive than competitors. I think of picking up a Poppi from target as my splurge for the week. Otherwise, theres an overall sense of feeling "cool" or "trendy" when i'm drinking these in public. Can't say enough good things on the taste.

  • This is one of the few sodas that we keep in the house! The variety of flavors is great. Just wish they were a bit more affordable.

  • Got these from a friend as a gift. The strawberry one tasted fine to me, nothing super wild but I like less sugar in sodas when I can get them.

  • Love the mission of Poppi and I really wanted to like the drinks, but the flavors are innovative in theory but the execution is not awesome. You are left with a stevia/aspartame taste leftover after each sip..

  • I like the flavor, but the fact that they try to sell this as something healthy just gives me the ick. All their beverages have +4 grams of added sugar from cane sugar. Like this Soda is definitely not helping you with gut issues nor glowing skin LOL

  • Good healthier tasting alternative for soda especially if you need something more gut friendly. They help settle my stomach a bit when eating something that might make me bloated. Slight cons: The flavors are a hit or miss and the price is bit high.

  • I really enjoy Poppi as opposed to other prebiotic sodas on the market. There is no strange aftertaste like others on the market. I also like the caffeine that is in them for a nice afternoon pick me up.

  • Fun flavors and not too sweet! These are a great addition to my soda rotation!

  • The best “healthy” soda alternative brand in my opinion! Flavors are good

  • Poppi has, in my opinion, cracked the code when it comes to "healthy" sodas. The flavors are varied and delicious, but most importantly they are sweetened in a way that leaves no weird afertaste or "artifical" feeling in the back of the mouth. Given the price, they are an occasional "treat" for me, but I really enjoy them!

  • LOVEE LOVE LOVE!! My favourite flavours are strawberry lemon and raspberry rose

  • Huge fan of these. I have never drank soda on the regular if ever but these have become my go to. I have tried the ginger lemon, orange, watermelon and raspberry rose flavors which are all very tasty. The biggest draw for me is the flavors, although you can find some of these in other brands, I would say these are very unique even when comparing them to similar brands.

The only drawback here is that there are almost $4, at least in my area. So usually I only get one or two as I cant justify the cost of more. I haven't been able to find cases of these which I think I would be more likely to buy so maybe that is something they could roll out or make more accessible.
