  • I really like this vitamin! I’ve tried a lot of prenatal/fertility supplements, and I think this one is on par with the rest. I don’t love the single packets for each day as I think it creates a lot of waste, and it’s a hassle to keep them to recycle with Perelel. Overall, really like the product and brand though!

  • My husband enjoyed taking these vitamins. His previous ones would occasionally cause nausea but these do not! They are easy for him to just take a single bag and remember to take the vitamins. He enjoyed them a lot!

  • I love how the protein powder is triple stacked; fiber, creatine and protein. Keeps me full with no crash, cravings, or hungry. I have been wanting to up fiber and creatine for brain health. So much easier when they are all packed together. I mix a lot with my shakes so I always order vanilla from any brand, so I cannot speak to the flavor alone but it is delicious with banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and water!

  • I just found out i have low iron which makes sense, since I do not eat meat. I am not dangerously low by any means, but would like to get a head of it. Started taking these two weeks ago (hence the 3/5 stars because I am not sure yet if they are fully working. Will report back once I have taken for a full 30 days. (as of 5/14/26)

  • I have been wanting to try Perelel for quite some time after a friend recommended. I thought the brand was only focused on women who were pregnant or trying to get pregnant. Having this as a Thingdrop let me discover the other products offered. I am in week 2 of the Triple Support Prortein. I can't say much about the flavor because I mix in peanut butter and banana to all shakes. On its' own, I don't think I would enjoy it as much, personal preference. I am interested to see the other supportive ingredients will make me feel once I get more time under my belt with the product. I also do not use every day. (as of 5/14/26)

  • Used throughout my pregnancy and going to use beyond. I love that I never had to worry about getting the right amount of nutrients for myself and my baby! I subscribed to their trimester packs, and they always arrived on time and were tailored to each stage. Highly recommend !!

  • I gifted these to a friend who is pregnant and she really loves them! She said that they are easy to take and they don't make her nauseated, like some other prenatals. I love the packaging!

  • I think the tough thing about supplements is that if they work.... you kinda may not even know the difference. I can focus on the customer experience since it may take a full hormone panel to really know if the PCOS support made a difference (and even then, any gains could be chocked up to other medication, diet, exercise, lifestyle shifts): --easy to order, lots of info on the product page that made my choice simple --instructions and directions were easy to follow, appreciated that they ramp you up to the full dosage to avoid any side effects (I didn't have any) -- subscription reminders mean you don't end up overbuying supplements you may not want, which I appreciate. I know a lot of brands really don't want to remind you about your subscription because then you're likely to cancel and they lose money. Whenever someone does the right thing and lets me know and gives me the opportunity to adjust the cadence, I'm super appreciative! -- sent me a discount on my next order after my first so that I'm more go to them the next time I need another supplement -- packaging is really nothing fancy (and nothing like what I'm seeing pictured on the Thingtesting page or on Instagram) and there was no wasteful crap in the box that took up space/was unsustainable. No fancy labels or designs. This is a decidedly not-aesthetic supplement purchase and honestly.... respect, kinda. Not everything needs a promotional sticker in the box or a bunch of voice-y brand copy. All in all, so far I'm into it! I wish it was as cut and dry as other purchases to review, but this is the reality with supplements. We do our best and we usually pick the brands that are kind, human, and present a lot of scientific/dr reviewed facts to support.

  • Overall really happy with these vitamins! I started with the preconception vitamins and progressed through the different trimester vitamin packs as my pregnancy progressed. Loved how easy they make it and felt at ease knowing I was taking vitamins that supported me during each trimester. I only had mild nausea my first trimester and minimal leg cramping in my second and third and I attribute some of that to Perelel. Only issue was I found the taste difficult to tolerate some days in my first and early second trimester. But that is likely personal and pregnancy related! I’m in my third trimester now and have no issues with taste.

  • The packaging is great, individual packets are great for throwing in your work bag so you remember to take them even if you're in a rush. 4 months in I've noticed an improvement in my sleep, hair & nails. They don't taste great but there aren't any added flavors so that's expected. First vitamin I've stuck with!

  • Their hormone balance supplement has made all the difference. I am literally a different woman since I've started taking them. I also love their daily multivitamin packs, i only wish there was a plastic-free or refillable option .

  • I really love this company and can vouch for the quality. I've noticed the biggest difference in my hair as I have very thin hair. After taking these vitamins even my husband has noticed improved volume. The vitamins are small and easy to swallow. I love that their products are science backed and focused on women. I love the ease of the packaging. So easy to take only what I need during my travels. It's easy to pause your subscription if you need to. I highly recommend this product and I've tried many many multivitamins over the years.

  • My husband and I found out we were pregnant and wanted the best for our baby’s growth and health. Perelel supplements were and still is our number one choice, I have a healthy baby girl because of them I 100%reviewed the ingredients with my OB and she highly recommended them. Yes they smell horrible but taking them down with a glass of orange juice or apple juice helped, one secret is take them when going to bed or take them throughout your day. They definitely put your health back in to your 🙌 hands

  • I have been taking the Mom Multi pack and absolutely love it. I makes me feel so energized and has had such a huge impact on my hair (shiny, lush). I find most vitamin brands quite shady tbh so I was weary, but I did my research. Ultimately I loved that Perelel has such amazing reviews (check their site out) and is founded by a real doctor and is clinically proven. I personally find the pre-prepared sachets so convenient and has been a game-changer for me actually remembering to take my vitamins daily. 10/10 would recommend ladies!

  • Experience - I am someone who neither has a supplement regimen that I can be consistent with nor can I even swallow capsules and yet I have been taking Perelel since late 2022. Taking these daily servings have helped my routine and energy levels. I am also recently trying to conceive, so taking a supplement that gives me peace of mind is nice. Quite a bit of biological stuff happens before a woman even knows she's pregnant, so I feel like I am covering every base. Packaging - I know people complain about it being in a sachet, but it's BPA free AND the little sachets are so convenient. All I have to do is count how many days I will be away and throw a sachet in my travel bag. What you lack in sustainability, you gain in convenience and for vitamins, I need convenience. The boxes are made out of recycled material and the sachets can be sent to Terracycle for reuse. I think this company is doing what they can to accommodate all types of user preferences. Product - The ingredients are high-quality and cover any gaps I may have. The iron they use doesn't irritate my stomach (which is rare!!). Plus the capsules are smaller than some other brands. (Remember I have an aversion to swallowing pills...) For some reason, the term "prenatal" is used a lot with supplements that don't cover iron or choline or even omegas!! So it's nice to have a single product that has everything I want and the price is on par with these other brands (less expensive if you really break it down to the ingredients).

  • Super easy to order! Not a fan that they come in a plastic package. Let's get to it. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks. I still have not gotten used to the taste. MAKE SURE you eat or you will be tasting these all over again. My sister and I are taking these. She used to work on a dairy farm and said that they reminded her of the supplements they gave to the cows there so that's awesome. I can only choke these down with orange juice. DO NOT SMELL THEM. You will regret it.
