Love the packaging and that they are individually wrapped (easier to remember and when packing for a trip just grabbing what you need). Shipping is a little frustrating because you have to spend a certain amount and I was getting charged for shipping on my subscription. Overall seems like the supplements work and they have good test ratings on the SuppCo app.

I really like this vitamin! I’ve tried a lot of prenatal/fertility supplements, and I think this one is on par with the rest. I don’t love the single packets for each day as I think it creates a lot of waste, and it’s a hassle to keep them to recycle with Perelel. Overall, really like the product and brand though!

I love how the protein powder is triple stacked; fiber, creatine and protein. Keeps me full with no crash, cravings, or hungry. I have been wanting to up fiber and creatine for brain health. So much easier when they are all packed together. I mix a lot with my shakes so I always order vanilla from any brand, so I cannot speak to the flavor alone but it is delicious with banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and water!
