Peloton wins praise in reviews for motivating, studio-caliber classes, engaging instructors (Cody Rigsby, Alex Toussaint, Robin Arzón), seamless app breadth, and sturdy, smooth hardware that makes at‑home workouts convenient and habit‑forming; however, recurring membership costs are widely criticized, the bike seat comfort and occasional hardware maintenance issues recur, and some find the experience overrated or less effective than live classes. Overall, Peloton is good if you’ll use it consistently and value variety and community, but buyers should weigh subscription demands and ergonomics.

Cannot say enough positive remarks about Peloton. The diverse selection of instructors, classes, music, class length, and difficulty make me always excited to work out. My fitness journey has been transformed because of the Peloton community - it goes far beyond the workout, and you truly feel a connection with the instructors and other members working out alongside you.

More Pilates classes. More 15 minute classes. More Split strength training programs.
Amazing! I struggle with working out because of motivation and knee issues. Peloton has been a game changer! The high quality experience I have had throughout purchasing and using my bike has been beyond words incredible. Deliver was quick, set up was professional, efficient, and seamless. The bike itself is incredible quality and the options for classes are so vast it is easy to navigate and find the best instructor or class. It has motivated me no matter what I’m in the mood for, a class, a scenic route, or just to ride. Love it.

We love our Peloton. Overall the bike and app work really well together. The addition of the lane exercises which gamify the experience has been my favorite addition so far.

Making it easier to modify or get other attachments that aren't insanely expensive. There's no reason that the ability to turn your screen should change the price of a bike by hundreds of dollars.
I love it. Seriously. For someone who doesn’t like to exercise at all, it has been a game changer.

High quality, great programming. All I can say is Yes
There is no higher quality fitness product out there in my opinion/experience.
It's really good, the whole thing, high quality all around, but it's hard to get into the habit because the classes are really intense, so they make you feel like it's impossible to get in shape.

The subscription is too expensive. The programs and classes are all focused on competition and pushing yourself. I would appreciate more divine feminine energy here.

I don't own the bike but I love using their mobile app to do bootcamp style classes. All I need is weights and a treadmill, but they have a number of non-bike and non-treadmill classes that anyone can access with the mobile app subscription (I believe it's 12.99month).

I generally dislike gym classes and the often empty encouragement you receive but I had a go on a Peloton and totally see the appeal. It removes all the friction of going to a class, enabling you to easily make exercise a part of your life. It's a beautiful product, particularly in the quality of the c=screen, and there are an amazing variety of workouts. The instructors I've tried have had a good vibe about them and the leaderboard thing keeps you testing yourself. Only downside is the cost. It's very expensive but if you factor in the time and travel costs of travelling to a gym class, it probably works out favourably.

Obsessed with my Bike +. The swivel screen doesn't seem like it would be a huge plus for buying the more expensive version, but it totally is. It's so nice to be able to do other classes easily by swiveling it. The quality of the classes and instructors is great—I truly believe there is an instructor for everyone and a type of class for whatever your goals are.
Not to be That Guy, but Peloton is definitely going to be a large chunk of my personality for as long as we're in a pandemic.
Their fitness app - even if you don't have the bike/tread - is amazing. They have countless virtual fitness classes. I especially love their guided runs, walks, yoga classes, meditation, and boot camps. I've used their bikes and the rides are also great. Leave you feeling amazing when you get off the bike.

It can be hard to "pair" your headphones to the bike via their bluetooth connection. There were a few times that the connection didn't sync and I had to use my mobile app for the audio and ride along with the bike's screen.
I have been recovering from knee issues from an injury and was using a basic trainer before I upgraded to Peloton. It was one of the most significant purchases! Now, I actually use it for yoga, strength, and stretch classes more than a bike, but I have a feeling I'll be back more in the winter.

I'd love to see bike experiences somewhere between the scenery rides and the instructor-led rides.
I can't say enough good things about the bike, the app, and the instructors. I was really only doing rides, but once I put the app on my Roku, I really started LOVING the stretching classes as well as the strength. I've only just started the outdoor running classes and really enjoy them. I never liked running before, but having someone talk with you on the run is fantastic. Like any exercise program, once you find your instructors of choice- you're totally hooked. Also- I spent years trying to make the perfect playlists for workouts and Peloton really nails the music!!
As a gym owner for over 25 years, I have seen home fitness products come and go. I never thought I would be a fan of working out at home but, Peloton won me over. I taught classes at my gym and always loved the feel of being with other people working towards our fitness goals. Somehow Peloton instructors give you the feel you are in a room full of people even though you are in your own house. The trainers each have their own unique personalities, ways to motive and have different levels of difficulty. The leader board and working toward my badges bring the competitor out in me. The variety of classes are endless, and I love that I can take classes anywhere I have my phone or laptop. I am a huge fan and have recommended this product to many of my friends. It takes fitness to a whole new level.

I would love boxing classes with Kendall Toole. 10-minute shadow boxing and kickboxing.
I have the bike and love the bike, the variety of classes and instructors - there is truly someone that motivates everyone - and also love the app because I enjoy running outside and it's like having a running partner in my ear
i love my peloton but honestly hate the subscription cost. it's not that it's not worth it it's just that the bike itself is such an investment and then you are also basically paying a gym membership on top of it. i do love the variety of classes

Peloton is a fantastic workout experience that brings the energy of a studio class right to your home! The variety of live and on-demand classes keeps things exciting, and the community aspect makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger. Plus, the bike is super high-quality, making every ride enjoyable and motivating!
I’ve lost 20 lbs using this bike! The app alone is super helpful and easy to us. The bike is my favorite to use, especially since I live in the Midwest the winters are no joke but I still feel active with this bike.
I love my peloton my only complaint is the 40ish dollars each month for the subscription. They have so many options and the additional classes are great for a workout!
