Peloton wins praise in reviews for motivating, studio-caliber classes, engaging instructors (Cody Rigsby, Alex Toussaint, Robin Arzón), seamless app breadth, and sturdy, smooth hardware that makes at‑home workouts convenient and habit‑forming; however, recurring membership costs are widely criticized, the bike seat comfort and occasional hardware maintenance issues recur, and some find the experience overrated or less effective than live classes. Overall, Peloton is good if you’ll use it consistently and value variety and community, but buyers should weigh subscription demands and ergonomics.

Service has been too costly but love the bike alone w/o any subscription or anything else

I have had my peleton for a couple of months and I am obsessed with it. Super easy to use and helped me lose weight
I like the bike quality, build and classes. However, the ongoing price structure and cost for the bike is high considering you can get any stationary bike.

The best stationary bike on the market. I've been a peloton user for many years. I love that you don't have to have separate subscriptions for family which is a huge cost saver. They've also expanded their workouts with Pilates, Barre, Shadowboxing, and the app has gym workouts for weight lifting as well. I would save some extra cash for the + version of their products. I had the original bike and adjusting the bike between me and my partner is seamless on the Bike+.
I didn’t like spin until I tried Peloton. I love that you can join a class live or do it in your own time. The instructors are great. Sometimes updating the software gets stuck and you can’t use the bike for a long time.
While I’m not as diehard as some about getting on my Peloton, I really do love the options I have as a member of Peloton. I like a lot of variety in my workouts so I don’t get on my bike everyday but I’ve started to use the app to go on power walks with my dog or do a quick arm workout. Overall the options available for high quality workouts with great instructors in an at home setting with limited equipment is pretty unbeatable. The bike itself is truly an engineering masterpiece - high quality, sturdy and very quite. Overall would highly recommend if you have the money to do it!
Great instructors and it helped me lose weight ahead of my wedding! The data is great because it keeps you honest and motivates you strive for new PRs.
Peloton has made a huge positive difference in my fitness level, health and happiness. I love that it gives me a sense of community. I love how easy it is to use.
Honestly, I am all for fitness but you can find something a lot cheaper that does this and more in one machine. The peloton is overpriced and overrated. My opinion
Fun product to use. Worth it if you’re going to use daily
I have the peloton bike and love the amount of workouts they provide but mostly love that I can choose how long the workout is based on what time I have for the day. The swiveling screen is awesome for bike boot camp and access to the app on my iPad is great as I like to do some yoga or stretching before bed away from my bike. The only thing is it is a bit expensive, but that’s the trade off for immediate access to workouts as suppose to having to drive to the gym
Love the peleton but it is quite expensive and then you also have to pay for the subscription to their classes. That being said it is definitely the best of all at home bikes!
It’s not quite the same as a live class. I don’t push myself as hard and the interface is a bit clunky. Logging in, there are always issues with the connection to my wifi, and there are always operational updates which delay my workout when I only have 45 minutes.
Oh, how I was so ready to hate on Peloton, when my roomate insisted on brining one into our home during the pandemic. But the sationary bike gods would not have that, and smiled on us, blessing me with the same size foot as my peloton loving roomie. After trying out a few different instructors, I was addicted. I LOVE the classes - 30-40 min is the sweet spot for me. I feel like I can get an amazing workout in a short period of time, and the constatnt refresh makes the classes feel fresh and fun (new music, relevant commentary etc). While I no longer have one in my home, I always get so excited to see one in a hotel or when visiting a friend because the classes are just FUN. Cant really say that about any other workout gear I;ve used before, so thats enough for 5/5 in my book!
One of the worst customer service and exercise products on the market. So many others are better designed.
Love that the offerings are expanding. I really like the content outside of the cycling classes

I have to say this bike is really not worth the hype. You can get a much lower priced EXCELLENT flywheel bike nearly anywhere and pair it with your online gym of choice. A much better value and much better options.
Their workout series using weights have been awesome!
Who doesn't love their Peloton? I always feel like a new, energized person after a ride. The instructors and music are what make this a wonderful exercise option.
Absolutely essential to my workouts- I have a bike and tread, and absolutely love both! The classes are amazing, the equipment is top notch!
