Parade earns mixed reviews: the brand delights with very soft, colorful, size-inclusive underwear and notably comfortable bralettes and loungewear that often become daily go-tos, but durability and sizing inconsistency undercut the experience. Reviewers praise fabrics like Seamless Universal and New:Cotton, flattering high-waist silhouettes, and fun drops, while reporting waistband creasing after washes, mesh fraying, bralette fit issues for larger busts, and questions around sustainability claims.

I LOVE my cotton undies and bras from parade and their prices are great. I do find that it isn't as sustainable as it claims to be by using new-plastics and excess packaging.

Parade is my go-to brand for underwear and bralettes. They often have pretty good sales that allow you to stock up on underwear, and the two bralettes I've gotten from them are very comfortable. I wish they were a bit clearer on the cut of the underwear, but I like everything I've purchased so far.
Fantastic cuts! Sizing kicks! And the colours are bomb!!! Well curated and I'll be living in this bodysuit all summer!!!!
If all they made were cotton underwear I would have given Parade a 5. I absolutely love the ribbed cotton pairs I have and the vintage inspired styles I got a few drops ago, but I found that all of the re:play underwear I own from them just sits in my drawer now. The cotton lining is nice and the material on the rest of it is really soft and nice, but they're just not breathable. I've also been disappointed in all of the clothes I bought from them, the waffle bike shorts have the strangest cut (the waistband tapers out at the top and the leg openings were so tight they were squeezing my legs, somehow too big and too small at the same time?) and the ribbed mini dress I got is the weirdest fit and material, it's like they wanted it to be as unflattering as possible. I used to buy stuff from almost every drop because of how great the prices are and the sales they always have, but I had to realize that most of it just sits in my closet. I love their mission and their aesthetic though!

Stick to their cotton underwear, keep it minimal with the clothing purchases
I love Parade! So many cute styles and colors. Would love to see a few more cotton or natural materials in their lineup. My current favorite are the ribbed cotton ones, but some bamboo or hemp would be amazing. Love the size and body inclusivity as well. I've been following them since the beginning!

More natural fabrics, please! :)

I'm not a fan of writing negative reviews but these just didn't work for me. I like that they try to use sustainable fibers but if you go to their website you have to click two separate links to finally find out what fabrics they use. Most of which seem to be recycled polyester. I have yet to try their cotton underwear but I can tell you the Silkymesh and Replay fabrics were a no go for me. They quite literally did everything they claimed not to do which is roll up or dig in. I love the messaging, casting and branding but the product doesn't meet the mark for me.
The fabrics feel nice (I’ve tried the silky mesh, universal, and re:play), but I think there are sizing and fit issues for the underwear and bralettes. Otherwise I love that they use compostable packaging (remember to remove the stickers though!) and their affordability. I am slightly suspicious of how much they stick to their mission/green-washing/ethics with the amount of SKUs they have and the frequency of deep discounts when their products are already decently priced.

The bralettes (scoop, triangle, plunge) in M all have larger band sizes than I would expect if they were “true to size”. They all ride up on the tightest settings, and I wear mediums for everything. And it’s been like this since day 1. I tried one triangle bralette in silky mesh in the +1 size which fits way more secure in the band, but I don’t love how the neckline fits. Compared to the others, the seams are a bit tighter so it cuts in a bit. The scoop bralette in silky mesh is way too long in the straps - I’ve tightened them all the way but they are still too long. The underwear is nice, but you might want to stick to ones with seams like the silky mesh ones. The seamless universal hip huggers ride up, and the thong band twists pretty easily.
I ordered underwear, bralettes, and bodysuits from Parade and I truly can't get enough. Everything is SO soft and it basically feels like you're wearing nothing, it's THAT comfortable. Overall, definitely worth the money and 100% will be buying more!

I wish the bralettes/bodysuits had a little more support in the chest.

Good customer service and great variety of styles/colors AND love the climate initiatives..... that being said: I haven't found the quality of the underwear to be that great or durable. sweatshirt = super comfy and bodysuits look cute.

Didn't find the bralettes to be super size inclusive either (im on the bigger side and it just didn't fit right / comfortably)
I had the opportunity to get 2 free pairs of underwear here, and they are by far the most comfy pairs I own. I love to wear them when I'm lounging, as the fabric is buttery smooth and the branding is so fun.

The items sell out so fast, it's hard to get the styles I want to try in the colors I want.
Fun colors and love the high waisted thongs. Comfortable but quality is a bit lacking. Mesh starts to unravel in the wash and the waistbands start to twist weird. Sizing on the seamless underwear is a bit off as well. There are sales all the time.

Improve waistbands and mesh quality

Great customer service, really excellent branding and marketing. Underwear are very soft and durable (especially the re-play collection). The cotton bralettes are very soft as well.
Feedback
Bralette sizing is off and could be more inclusive.

My go to underwear brand! so comfortable and sustainable at the same time!
I was gifted some super comfortable bralettes from the brand. They truly feel softer than any other brands I have tried. I am just not sure if I would spend the amount if I were to buy it with my own money. I love the brand's branding and the colourful loungewear selections (+ their size inclusiveness!)
I am slowly but steadily working toward my goal of an all-Parade underwear drawer! I started with a few styles, and have expanded into others with every sale they offer. Their fabrics are so soft, and each pair feels a little cute and special. I especially love the range of high-waisted styles they offer. I’ve also tried some of the bralettes and, unsurprisingly, really enjoy wearing them (as a generally anti-bra person). I honestly recommend Parade to all of my friends!

Sometimes their color options are a little limited, especially when it comes to practical nude tones. I also find their website a little frustrating to use, especially when adding and trying to modify one of their bundles.
The underwear and bralette I have are really cute but such low quality. Weird creasing after a wash cycle and holes after a couple wears.

The material needs to be higher quality
Parade always makes me feel good and comfortable
Love parade
I like the fabric but the waistbands on the undies folded down in the wash and I can't get them straight again. Bras DO NOT fit fuller busts in any size combo which is heartbreaking since they look so comfy!
Only underwear I wear. The things are thick and quality, they dont tear or rip easily. Had mine for years and they are all still in great shape! I dont know if I love the way the mesh detail looks, but the band and fabric is thick.
