Pact earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers soft, breathable organic-cotton basics—especially underwear, sheets, and some dresses—that many find comfortable and well-cut, but persistent complaints about durability, inconsistent sizing, and poor fit in certain styles temper enthusiasm. Reviews highlight standout comfort (Everyday Classic Fit Thong, Beloved Basics Lace Waist Brief, boxer shorts) and cozy bedding, while noting issues like leggings stretching out, see-through fabric, elastic failures, and problematic fits for curvy, petite, and tall bodies.

Great undershirts and decent prices. Seem to lose their bright white color relatively fast but as an undershirt that really doesn’t matter.
I was a loyal pact customer for years. I’ve tried multiple items, but always came back for their underwear. There has always been fit inconsistencies across styles for me (even when size charts were the same). However, the reason I am no longer a fan is the construction quality is now incredibly poor. In fact, I expect better quality control with stitching from brands like H&M. I have underwear from 5 years ago that are still holding up. I’ve had to resew the elastic on all 10 pairs I bought last year — most of them straight out of the box or after the first wash. No matter how a clothing item is made, it can’t be sustainable if it doesn’t last. It’s not even a sustainable business model to cut corners as they have, since they’re losing customers.
I do not have words to express how much I hate the fit of their Classic Fit bikini. They are not suitable for any type of activity, I constantly have underwear up my butt. I can say two positive things: (1) I really like the shade of green they use and (2) the construction and materials are pretty solid. However, given my experience with this underwear I will never try another product of theirs.
Love the leggings and they have pockets! At this price, the stitching should hold up a bit better. Otherwise, very comfortable.
Pact has some of the best basics! All of the pieces I own are buttery soft and of really great quality- definitely a staple brand in my house! Highly recommend!
I love the commitment to sustainability. Unfortunately my leggings only made it one season so it wasn't worth the pricepoint for me.
I'm petite, so the sizing can be too big on my frame. I've returned many items due to this, but I absolutely adore their cotton and linen jumpsuits. They are made to be ankle or crop length on regular sizes, so that makes a full length pants leg for me. They are wonderfully made, and seem to be of good quality fabric. I wash everything in cold water and line or lay flat to dry, and my jumpsuits (even the black one) has kept beautifully after all these years. No piling, shrinking, or tearing, even when heavily worn throughout the warmer months.
LOVE their boxer shorts and socks. Big fan of the fact they are 100% organic. In fact, my girlfriend steels my boxers from me all the time haha
I'd give them a 2.5. Not completely awful but not great. Everything I ordered was size medium, but the dress I received was very small and the jacket quite large (and it was not advertised as oversized) so I'm hoping to shrink it. The shirts and bathrobe seem to be true to size. The craftsmanship is rather poor - seems not sewn well at all, so quite disappointing. I won't be ordering again and am very glad I bought these at an extreme discount.
I purchased Room Service sateen organic cotton sheets. I think these may be the best sheets I've ever owned. So cottony soft and they Wick moisture very quickly! You can't beat the price. I'm somewhat of a moderately priced linen connoisseur. I've learned you get what you pay for with linens. I have several T-shirts from Pact and they have held up for several years and are so cottony soft.
I love the cotton parties. They don’t hold up as well as I’d like and they run on the small side. BUT, the pros outweigh the cons to me because it’s difficult to find truly nontoxic undergarments.
I was looking for underwear that covered my ENTIRE bum and was made of cotton. Pact provided that, but the quality was sub-par for what you pay. They are comfortable and feel amazing and the colors they offer are gorgeous- I also have a dress that is just lovely and feels amazing - but they don't seem to last. I'm not talking about wearing the same underwear for years and years... I'm talking about like a few months in the elastic is coming apart. It's a good thing they are sustainable, because you'll have to buy items more often than you normally would.

Comfortable and simple, but won't last nearly as long as other brands.
great eco friendly basics!
I purchased the Favorite Jersey Tee Sheet Set and I love it. The material is soft against the skin and of high quality. The size fits perfectly on my bed, and if there is one thing you try from Pact, I would recommend starting with the Favorite Jersey Tee Sheet Set.

I would really like to see an expanded color range for the Favorite Jersey Tee Sheet Set.

Although it is affordable clothing given that it is environmentally friendly, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the items I've bought. Only a few wears and the dress I bought already had holes, and the t-shirts pilled.
I was really excited about this brand, but I was disappointed in the quality of fabric. The leggings were see thru.

Thicker fabric for leggings needed.

Do not order!! The clothing is cheaply made, oversized and shapeless, and if you need to return, as a Canadian, I had to forgo the $27 shipping fee, and a $21 USD restock fee! Basically, I got 1/3 of my money back!!! Never again!!

My fave brand for underwear!
Women's Beloved Basics Lace Waist Brief. This review is only based on Women's Beloved Basics Lace Waist Brief which are the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. They are smooth soft cool cotton with a lace waist band that does not press in, so causes no muffin-top effect showing through clothing. I love these and have purchased additional pairs after a year of use.

The clothes are fine, a little high priced for what you get. However, their customer service and shipping are absolutely horrible. I recently moved and changed my shipping address on the pact website. They sent the package to the wrong address. It has been shifted from DHL to the post office back to DHL to the post office. It has been two weeks since it arrived in Boulder. I cannot get an answer back from customer service. I have sent numerous emails. Now I’m just trying to get my money back because I am sure the package will never arrive. The dress is no longer available in my size on the website so I guess I’m just sh$t out of luck.
