I found some items to be oversized and others (dress) VERY much smaller.

I live in the United States state of New York. I ordered one item and I had to return it as it which too large. I am still waiting for a refund the fact that it took so long for a refund and it is taking so long I would never order again..

So I need to add to this review. They actually sent  my order to me for free. Clothes are great! so customer service did come through after all!

One of my go-to brands when it comes to basics like tank tops and t-shirts. Their t-shirt sheet sets are also super comfortable especially as they get more worn in. Overall everything has been relatively durable, but the sizing isn't always consistent and the thinner stuff does wear out with time.

I have a petite build and the sizing feels a little big on my frame. It would be nice to get some scaled down options for smaller frames.

Cotton basics are basically my entire wardrobe and PACT makes great pieces. I really love the sweatshirts. They are a great weight and feel so cozy. The sweater I bought didn't do super well when it was washed in my home machines. I was hoping to not have to take it for dry-cleaning. But, I sorta expected it wouldn't come out without pilling and losing some shape. 

Do not order!! The clothing is cheaply made, oversized and shapeless, and if you need to return, as a Canadian, I had to forgo the $27 shipping fee, and a $21 USD restock fee! Basically, I got 1/3 of my money back!!! Never again!!

Pact organic is a good choice for simple clothing that is made of organic clothing. I have many pact dresses and leggings. Their prices are pretty good and have sales often. The quality of the clothing lasts long and they have a great selection. 

Tried ordering this week for the first time. 1st order was cancelled. I tried ordering again the next day, 2 days later the order was cancelled. Contacted the company and they said they were having issues with their carrier and international shipping. Unfortuantely nothing was resolved. They offered a 15% discount code (which I already had because it was my 1st order but it never went through). I found customer service abrupt and rude which is unusual. They were not willing to fix anything which I found strange as well. I order online all the time (from other companies) and have never had an issue like this. It seems its a company that really isn't interested in shoppers? strange experience all around.

Disappointed. The elastic pinches around the leg near the crotch. The “Boy short” is cut like normal underwear but more awkward. Just wasted $85 on 6 pairs. Don’t recommend. 


I bought Pact underwear since they were 100% cotton but they did fit right and felt too big in some places and too small in others. They also began to get holes in them pretty soon after I got them. 

Not sure if I missed something so here goes…
Super comfortable boxer briefs. Only problem is there is a man pouch where it should be but no opening. Was going to throw away but they are too comfortable. Just wear at home where it is little more convenient to use the bathroom. Again, am I missing something?

The dresses are pretty and well-cut. I have two Cafe Crepe Tiered Dresses. I’ve also tried the leggings, but I didn’t experience buttery softness like I’ve heard others describe. They seemed well-constructed, but I like the less rigid Heattech leggings from Uniqlo.

I placed an order on Oct 8th. The order still has not shipped as of Oct 28th. My emails are ignored. Customer service on the phone is condescending. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I really appreciate the brand's commitment to organic cotton and I've found the underwear to be very breathable. Unfortunately the leg openings dig in a bit, even at the appropriate size. They seem to run really nice sales frequently! I've had mine for about 3 years with no pilling, ripping, thin spots, or other issues common with 'affordable' cotton underwear.

Style-wise, this brand can be a bit hit or miss for me, but the pieces I’ve kept from Reformation—mostly their more classic basics—have been great quality and have held up really well over the years.
I also really appreciate their sustainability efforts. Some of my favorite pieces include a chunky cardigan I’ve had for years, and a one-piece swimsuit I bought this past summer with thin straps. It felt really elegant and chic, and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for.

I stumbled on Pact in the quest for ethical/environmentally friendly underwear. I got their everyday classic fit bikinis and everyday classic fit thongs. Like many "better for the world" brands, some colors/sizes were sold out, but overall they had a good selection and they were reasonably priced (about $10 a pair - I got them during an Earth month sale), and they were soft and breathable. As for the packaging, each product comes in its own recyclable bag, but I'd be fine without the bags. The shipping box their products arrive in is compact enough that I'd prefer if everything was just placed inside of it, rather than bagged individually to spare the packaging.  

I have been on a mission to find organic cotton underwear that are soft, comfortable, and actually fit well, which turns out to be oddly ambitious. Pact talks a lot about clean organic cotton and fits that do not dig in or shift around, and this pair was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the Everyday Classic Fit Thong, and the cut felt right immediately while the cotton felt soft and breathable.

It has been comfortable to wear throughout the day and sits smoothly under leggings, which makes it easy to reach for regularly. It is one of the few pairs that gets both comfort and fit right without overthinking it, and I can see myself reaching for more.

Sizing could use improvement. The undies and leggings tend to run a bit small (but also some times large??) and receiving the appropriate  size is key to a customer actually liking the product. 

The style of a lot of their newer products are not for me ( think religious housewife style tunics and colorful leggings) but for simple basics I think they cannot be beat. I have a black cotton robe I purchased 5-6 years ago that I wear nearly every single day that is still in great condition, my plain black leggings and underwear from here that are years old are also still pill free and haven’t faded. 

I recently I purchased some sateen sheets that are 100% organic cotton and they are super cozy and fit my deep plush 15 inch mattress really well. 

I have wanted to try their clothing, because I love the quality of their work, but the designs aren't super appealing to me. I think they could get a bit more creative with their clothing designs, in which case, I'd purchase a lot quicker!

This review is for their underwear only (as that's all I've purchased); however, definitely interested in trying out some of their clothing and bedding. Okay...the underwear is perfection!! I've tried A LOT of different brands. Whereas those other brands: don't feel comfortable or wash well, Pact stays amazing quality no matter how many times you wash. Their designs are simple, breathable, and cover the whole butt (sorry, not a cheeky underwear fan). Huge fan and will continue to buy their underwear faithfully! 

I have so many of pact dresses and skirts, and even pajamas in my wardrobe. If I can help it this is the only brand I will shop. I love their ethics and how quick they are to respond. The downside is zero.

I am a little surprised at the mixed reception on this website. Personally, I have always held Pact as a pretty durable and ethical clothing brand. I would never defend a company with good intentions if the product is not serviceable, but all of the Pact products I have purchased are still in tact. These products are used weekly and I do not treat them delicately. Not to mention, I have products from as far as back as 2018 and many products in the years after.
My favorite article of clothing comes from a purchase that my boyfriend got on clearance. There used to be a type of "heavyweight shirt" that they sold. He still uses his almost every week, and when he doesn't, it is because I stole them. They feel as strong and heavy as a pair of Levi's 501s with a brilliant mossy green. 
Their packaging is Eco-friendly and I have had great experiences with their shipping in my area. I cannot recommend Pact enough.

Loved the dresses and sweat paints until I washed them… not looking like they will last as long as I hoped. Great fit, love they are environmentally friendly.
