Pact earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers soft, breathable organic-cotton basics—especially underwear, sheets, and some dresses—that many find comfortable and well-cut, but persistent complaints about durability, inconsistent sizing, and poor fit in certain styles temper enthusiasm. Reviews highlight standout comfort (Everyday Classic Fit Thong, Beloved Basics Lace Waist Brief, boxer shorts) and cozy bedding, while noting issues like leggings stretching out, see-through fabric, elastic failures, and problematic fits for curvy, petite, and tall bodies.

The worst customer service ever experienced. Do NOT recommend buying anything from Pact clothing due to their poor customer service. I returned the shorts I ordered and they stated they issued a refund but never did. I couldn't reply to their customers service emails as they were all No Reply. I filed a PayPal refund request but lost the case because I choose the wrong reason for the claim in error. I finally got a hold of customer service where I can reply to the email but they still haven't issued my refund. They keep stalling and saying they are unable to refund because of the PayPal claim, which is now closed . I still have received the refund and it's been almost 3 months.

Bought a dress from this brand because of their 100% cotton marketing. I'm glad I bought from sale because the dress I received is 20% polyester. The fit also isn't very flattering but my biggest issue is that they should do a better job listing materials for each piece.

Pros: Feels great, made with high-quality materials. Cool vibe, good advertising and marketing. Cons: too short, could be slimmer fitting I want to like this brand. It’s gaining popularity and it has a cooler vibe than most companies these days. The arm length is perfect but the torso is too short. I’m about 6’2”, 200lbs so larger than avg human, but not THAT big or slim. This needs to be longer to cater to anyone over 5’11” and it doesn’t need as much material. It fits like it was designed for a 5’8 man weighing 160 lbs.

Canadians beware! They will charge you taxes as per your provincial standard (gst, pst, etc) but will not refund it you return your product. So you will lose your taxes as well as their restock fee.

SCAM Company? !!!! My very first order. I did not receive my package. USPS said I needed to work with PACT to get my missing package. PACT said I needed to work with USPS. Therefore, there is no way to fix my issue. PACT customer service said they could not help me. PACT customer service told me the only option is to call my credit card and try and reverse the charge through them. They have zero customer service and can't help if you don't receive your item. I am unsure if they are even a real company or if they are a scam.
I ordered a tshirt and a few pairs of leggings. one of the leggings had a leopard print on them, after one washing the print was starting to wear off. After washing both the leggings I noticed holes. I wanted to love these items but I didn't.

I bought several rank tops, a dress and pants. They are all well made. Love the quality and look. Very comfortable.

Terrible fit for maternity leggings. I don't think they actually have any idea what pregnant women's bodies are like and just made up the design to be randomly slightly large up top. Went to their store, which was closed despite me calling them to confirm their hours. When they finally were open, they told me they couldn't help with returns. Website is super uninformative and broken. Customer service was rude and didn't help me with a return at all. Hung up on me.

Pact may ethically source their products have same or more plastic in them than their competitors. Honestly, not worth the cost, I assume everyone is understanding that since they spend most of the year in sale.

Fit is very large. Leggings stretch out within minutes. Very expensive and returns are not free. Customer service lacking. Very disappointed all around.

I love the quality of the clothing and the customer service was lovely and helpful. But, unless you have access to a store and know how the product fits, you take a huge risk taking a guess of the sizing online, which I found to be very inconsistent, depending on the style, fabric, etc. So, essentially, one legging does not fit like the other legging. The other problem is the shipping fees both for the order and the returns, have to be the most expensive shipping costs I've seen in comparison to other retail websites. I get that they are sending their shipments via the US, but any mistake in size, not only will you pay 20.00 for the order, but you will pay another deduction of 25.00 for the refund-even if you are simply exchanging one size for another. Adding to that Canadian sales tax which they keep and donnot refund back to you-I never thought to check that until I read these other reviews. If I could make a constructive suggestion to the company-make your sizes more universal across the spectrum especially leggings. Even finding your ribbed legging here in Whole Foods, it was nowhere even near the sizing of what I ordered on your website. And if you can't manufacture a more consistent sizing across your clothes for what I'd consider basic items, or lower your refund shipping cost, then maybe increase more stock in stores like Whole Foods, so we're not bombarded with these hefty fees just for giving you the online business while playing treasure hunt to figure out the right size.

Comfy, but the leggings bunch all weird in the crotch and stretches out really quickly - was happy that this company does no utilize chemicals in the making. Just disappointed how it looked.

BE CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING FROM PACT IF YOU ARE IN CANADA!!! Pact charges Canadian sales taxes but does not provide refunds for sales taxes on returned items. On top of that, they impose a steep $25 fee for covering the cost of shipping returns. So let's say you spend $100 on items and paid a sales tax of 5% GST and 7% PST ($12 in this case). When you send the items back, you not only lose the $12 sales tax, but you also have to bear the additional $25 shipping fee. That's $37 lost for nothing. This practice about not refunding the sales tax strikes me as odd and rather deceptive. It is important to note that it is not legally permissible for a company to charge sales taxes on items it did not sell. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that they are unable to refund the sales tax because it is "remitted to the government." However, I find this explanation to be unsatisfactory; it seems more like a weak excuse than a valid reason. They cannot remit taxes for items they did not sell. It's simply pure logic. Furthermore, Pact fails to be transparent about this policy anywhere easily visible on their website, which is another disappointing aspect of the overall experience. Considering that Pact Organics claims to be a B-corp, I expected better. It is disheartening to see them fall short in this regard. I cannot trust them for these rather deceptive practices.

I've gotten several things from underwear to socks to sweatpants and sweaters. Some is holding up fine, some not so much. I bought the airplane cardigan the end of 2021 and noticed today how the cotton is puckering in the middle of the back. It's been folded for several months so it's not from a hanger. Underwear started showing signs of wear in less than a year with the elastic popping out along the top of the back (I bought a set of 6 and they were in rotation with a bunch of others, so they weren't worn every week). Conversely, I have a pair of the foldover sweat pants that I love and wear a lot and they are holding up better than the undies or the cardigan which is ironic because the pants are worn more than the others. Ultimately, if the price is decent and I really like it I'll buy, but I will also keep in mind that it may not last as long as it should. They are easy to do returns with so that's a plus! No risk if something doesn't fit well.

I purchased a pair of organic cotton leggings about a year ago. Seemed of nice quality, good fit. However, with a moderate amount of wear and washing they're coming apart, full of small holes on the upper outer thigh. I have numerous other brand of tights and leggings that I have worn for YEARS. One pair I obtained from Goodwill (second hand people!). None have deteriorated like this. Won't be shopping here again. Fast fashion is one of earth's biggest polluters and I have no use for things that wear out quickly requiring to be repurchased.

Underwear sizes not true to form. They give you bad underwear lines you can see through your clothes. They are not soft and not meant for women with curves and or butts. I wear a size 10 and I’m 155lbs and they ride too low on my hips and my back end. Plus they cut into my legs. This product is very overpriced and underwhelming. If you have any curves don’t get these.

I sent everything back. Nothing fit and I didn't like the quality.

Won't order again, though their ads are so entincing. I hate paying for shipping or return shipping for things that don't fit right.

I was pleasantly surprised by a 4 pack of Pact boxers. A low crotch with a tailored leg opening makes them spacious up front yet trim through the thigh. The minimal branding is unobtrusive, and the organic stretch cotton is everything you’d hope for, but the cut is what makes these ideal. If you’re someone who just doesn’t like underwear, put these on and you’ll feel like you’re not wearing any.

If you’re in between sizes, size up.

I’m willing to pay good money for food quality things. With pact you pay good money for cheap quality- avoid. I’ve tried so many different underwear from them and they fall apart immediately. I’m really astonished how they can charge so much for such cheap stuff.
