I LOVE OUAI! I use the thick hair shampoo + conditioner and will never go back. I've tried Olaplex, Briogeo, Amika, all the things. Ouai is the only one that made my waves bounce and shine with 0 effort. I am a l-o-y-a-l customer! Also, its clean!

The only product I have tried so far has been their fine/medium hair mask. My hair was so silky coming out of the shower and it made it less frizzy. After almost a week later, my hair is still super soft, so definitely hydrated my ends.

I own the hair oil, texture spray, and dry shampoo.

Nice products, I preferred the styling over the shampoo/conditioner which weren't quite rich enough for my hair. Might try again in future.

This leave-in conditioner works really well! It makes my hair feel soft, smooth, and much easier to detangle without weighing it down. The scent is amazing—light and fresh, not overpowering. A little goes a long way, which is great. My only complaint is the price—it’s a bit on the expensive side compared to similar products. Still, the quality is undeniable, and I’ll likely repurchase, but I wish it was a little more affordable!

Am I going to commit a sin by admitting Ouai isn’t anything special? Probably. But I found it mediocre. I bought the fine hair shampoo and conditioner. The scent? Amazing. Loved it. The cleansing power of the shampoo? Eh. It was okay. I feel cleaner after using cheaper products from Target. The conditioner was better. Not too heavy, smelled nice, but not enough of a wow factor to justify me buying it again. After using the entire set up completely, my hair felt like I needed to do a deep, deep clean. Even after it was freshly washed, I felt like I needed to wash it again. And the cap to my shampoo broke halfway through the bottle. I’m sure that’s a fluke, but still super annoying.

The St. Barts scent is AMAZING! If you’re a vanilla girly then this is for you! Feels good on your skin going on, and your skin feels amazing!

This is a high quality product. These products are a little expensive but worth the price. I love the scent of all the products that I have tried from this brand. The scents are strong but not overwhelming.

I love ouai shampoo and conditioner. What I love most about is that you don’t need to put a lot of it in your hair. You can put a little and you can still get the full effects of it. And also it smells amazing one of my favorites.

I liked their detox shampoo(used maybe 1per week) and leave in conditioner.

Wow is all I can say!!! I’ll admit that I only bought it after finding out the founder is one of the hairstylists for the kardashians but it was worth every penny and I will definitely be buying again!! It holds so well and unlike other similar products, it doesn’t make my hair look greasy, just perfect for a neat sleek hair look

I haven't tried all of their products but I LOVE their Detangling and Frizz Fighting Leave In. It is my travel life saver. I take it with me on trips as it helps keep my hair feeling soft and hydrated. It really is the best detangled and leave in I've ever used. It also smells amazing.

(Products used: Thick Hair line) Love the lather the shampoo gives and leaves my hair feeling healthy. The hair mask smells amazing and it actually lasts a while! The texture is very thick so it could be difficult to apply to dry hair. I always try to dampen my hair a bit. It doesnt leave my hair oily ( some people said this but I think it has to do with your hair texture/ scalp health)

The products were fine (I tried the fine hair shampoo and conditioner as well as the wave spray) but the scent was so overpowering I couldn’t use the products.

I love that the shampoo works well for my sensitive hair type. No harsh chemicals or scents.

I first bought the oil a few years back because I fell in love with the scent, despite the fact that my hair is too fine for hair oil. I ended up using it on my body instead of my hair, and the scent is just divine. I have since bought the hairspray and the Melrose Place perfume. I have nothing bad to say about this brand. Buy their stuff if you want to be “that girl”, for sure.

My hair felt like Hay. Bleached, curly, super damaged from trying to save money and bleach it myself and then having to have it fixed professionally. I tried the whole entire line of Olaplex, Expensive shampoo/conditioners, K18, moisture masks, protein masks and my hair STILL felt like straw. Until this! My hair is just past my shoulders. I've been oiling every day for about a week to 10 days, 3 pumps. Its finally feeling soft like it's not going to crisp off at any second. 10/10 recommend this stuff. I hate strong smells, especially flowery. This smells good and has a soft scent. It is floral tho.
