The product works well. I did feel the conditioner made my hair feel softer.. However, I hate the smell of it. Smells like chemicals only.

I absolutely love every product from Ouai. The packaging and smell is so pleasant. I have used the full and travel size, so durable and makes me hair so nourished.

Great variety of shampoos and conditioners available, the hair oil is not ideal for thick hair but great for finer hair not weighing hair down.

I use the fine hair shampoo and detox shampoo regularly. I have really fine hair that gets oily quickly, and this shampoo works great for me! I always shampoo twice, and I generally use the detox shampoo first if my hair feels really gross. I love the refill bags because you money and reduce plastic use.

I have very thick wavy texture hair that dries out very quickly so I’ve been on a quest for hair products that actually leave my hair moisturized and soft. I was intrigued because they have shampoo and conditioner based on hair thickness and I originally tried a sample and liked it. In the end, I ended up finally shelling out the money for Oribe which has worked wonders. I have pretty difficult hair, so Ouai might work better for others. Of all the products I tried over the course of a year: Favorites: - detox shampoo: can actually feel a difference and feels like it really cleans my hair - hair oil: obsessed with it, smells amazing and it’s so light but moisturizing but doesn’t leave my hair looking greasy, the one product I buy over and over again and recommend to friends with thick textured hair and they love it too Didn’t get much out of: - thick hair shampoo & conditioner: doesn’t feel like it actually moisturized any better than drugstore shampoo or conditioner - curl cream: didn’t work well for my texture, hair felt dry after - hair mask: this one took a while to decide if I liked or not because my hair felt so soft coming out of the shower, but I don’t think it actually stays that way for long vs Oribe where my hair actually feels soft for days

Th detox shampoo is one of my favorite shampoos to use when my scalp needs some extra love. This definitely isn’t an every wash kind of shampoo for me, but it’s needed in my routine every few washes to help with product buildup. (I have 3c/4a hair)

Ouai's haircare products are pretty good, I do think they are a bit overpriced for what they are and don't always have quite as a dramatic effect as I would desire. The detox shampoo and leave-in conditioner are probably their best products.

I've used their Detox Shampoo, Treatment Masque, Leave-In Conditioner Spray, Body Wash, and Perfume. Across the board the scents are amazing. The Detox shampoo noticeably removes scalp/hair build-up and I find that conditioner and treatments absorb better after using the detox shampoo. I use it 1x a week. There are certainly other hair alternatives that are cheaper, but among similarly priced options Ouai is my favorite. I love that they now offer refillable pouches. The Melrose Place perfume smells incredible but does not linger on me as long as I'd like it to.

I use the detox shampoo when I go too long between washes or use a lot of product. I feel like it cleans my hair really well, but my hair does dry out quite easily so I’ll normally need to go back in with a more gentle shampoo or use leave-in conditioner/hair oil. It lathers really well, too.

I keep coming back to this leave in conditioner. I don't know that it is doing a ton for my hair but it smells great and doesn't leave any residue- seems like it adds body.

I love the ouai hair oil. It makes my hair so soft. I use it when I blow dry and air dry and it really makes a difference with frizz. I also love the scent!

I love the detox shampoo! Whenever I feel like I need a cleanse/reset for my hair this is my go to. Especially when I used dry shampoo, this product does a nice job of getting the build up out. Plus it smells great!

I love the Ouai detox shampoo. It left my hair feeling very clean but not stripped and dry. This is a staple in my routine whenever I feel that I have product buildup or just want to feel squeaky clean.
