MUSH reviews conclude the brand works as a convenient, tasty ready-to-eat overnight oats option that many reviewers find flavorful and filling; strengths include clean ingredients and varied flavors, while persistent weaknesses are mushy/watery texture and small portion size. Buyers who value grab-and-go convenience and simple, plant-based ingredients will likely enjoy MUSH, while those who prefer homemade oats, thicker texture, or larger servings may skip it.

I’ve been eating Mush over night oats for a while now. They’re great for traveling. I recently purchased their protein bar. It was as enjoyable as the oats are. They are plant based and gluten free so it’s great for everyone! I recommend the oats and the bars.

My husband and kids love Mush so these are a staple in my household. I really like the new protein option that they came out with. The price is decent and they are readily available in most stores. They are always on sale also.

Mush overnight Oats are a great way to have a quick, satisfying breakfast that’s healthy and packed with protein. There’s no gluten, dairy or sugar and all the ingredients are clean. My protein-obsessed daughter loves these things, and as a 52 year old woman I need the protein too! Really tasty to boot.

Got a coupon to try the overnight oats for free from Sprouts, and I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked them! Very thick (I personally don’t like my overnight oats runny; this was like the consistency of skyr, or even peanut butter, and I thought it was perfect) nice flavor, and made for an easy breakfast. I’m a “grab n go” breakfast gal, so at least the peanut butter banana flavor with 15g of protein was enough to keep me satisfied until lunch. I wish I could get a 4-pack for around $8-10.

I've tried both the vanilla bean and dark chocolate flavors of their oatmeal as well as the strawberry bananza flavor of Mushkins. The vanilla oatmeal I feel could use a bit more flavor, but the dark chocolate has enough. It tastes more like milk chocolate to me though which is a bit disappointing. The price of these is alright for a tiny cup if you really love oats. The strawberry bananza Mushkins pouch tasted good but not great. It was very "okay". I could see kids liking these, but they still have 8-11g of sugar in them depending on the flavor.

Mush Dark Chocolate and also Mush kins Apple Dreams are convenient, wholesome and who says only kids or only adults can eat either one??? :) Delicious lunch box snack or just convenient for early mornings without time to make breakfast.

I tried the dark chocolate flavor. It was really good, kind of tasted like pudding from my childhood and kept me full for a while.

It's a little more watery than I'm used to and the texture of overnight oats in general takes some getting used to.

So simply amazing. While it is east for me to recreate overnight oats on my own, it is awesome that there are low-ingredient options for those that can’t. Chocolate with raspberries or pomegranate is my favorite!

I tried the dark chocolate version of this overnight oats and I was very pleasantly surprised. It is really, really good. It has great taste as well as flavor. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a quick breakfast. I also tried the kids oatmeal smoothie and it was also pretty good!

Not too bad. Super easy and fast way to eat breakfast. I’ve only tried one flavor but would be interested in try the others.

This was quite lackluster. It was very basic tasting and I prefer the homemade taste over this. My favorite part of oatmeal is the creaminess and milkiness. This was very watery and the taste was mundane. Although oatmeal is a simple dish to prepare, you’re buying convenience when purchasing this and I do like the variety of flavors they offer. It’s not bad per se, but nothing exciting.

I discovered them about a week ago and I’m obsessed. For people that complain on the taste - that’s how food without no additives taste like. And that’s why I love it. I’m vegetarian so it’s a great choice for my diet. Every day I break my fast with one portion. Quick, simple and pretty yummy.

I really do love these and I buy them all the time. However the only downside I’ve been having is that if I buy 10 of these it seems that at a minimum 2 are spoiled without fail. I bought 12 of these yesterday at Kroger and 2 of them looked like they had a pocket of air under the wrapper like air had gotten trapped when it was sealed and it smells rancid. This happens mostly with Vanilla oddly enough but I just opened another chocolate and it it smells sour and there was no visible pocket so I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s getting expensive to just waste them because I do love them just seems like quality control could be better, both of the ones in this picture are sour, but when they’re not they’re the best flavors in my opinion. Edit: I will say just check the seal on it when you buy it and make sure it has a vacuum with no air trapped if it’s sort of a slight dome shape then grab a different one.

I tried MUSH when I couldn't find the regular overnight oats I like and I really enjoyed it. MUSH makes for a good, quick breakfast when I don't have a lot of time. I found them a little on the sweeter side but overall, it's a good breakfast alternative.
The texture of this was exactly as its name implies, mushy. Unlike regular oatmeal that can come out too dry or too watery, the oat texture here is perfect balanced. It's good for breakfast on the go. If I was low on time I'd opt for this. However, I like a bigger breakfast, and this is not filling enough for me. Mom loves this though, her flavor of choice is blueberry.
MUSH oats are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast—creamy, flavorful, and made with simple, clean ingredients. I love that they're ready to eat, no prep needed, and come in a variety of tasty flavors. They’re not overly sweet, super satisfying, and keep me full for hours. A five-star option for busy mornings or a healthy snack anytime!
I could make better oats for less money. The portion size is small too. I would have to add a banana or yogurt to make it a full breakfast. The dark choc oats got bad really fast and that was weird
I think it’s called “mush” because it tastes like Mush. I have never been but it’s what I might compare to prison food.
I was suprised to see mixed results here for MUSH - I think their oats are absolutely delicious. I often grab them on the go from a Target or something when I'm running around for work and need a quick meal. Their flavors are really great, they're easy to eat when you don't have time for a full meal, and they're only like 200 calories. They've saved me from hanger many times. They're also great when you want something sweet that's pretty guilt-free. 5/5 for MUSH from me!
These are a really good option if you don’t have time to do overnight oats in your own. They taste great.
