  • I’ve been eating Mush over night oats for a while now. They’re great for traveling. I recently purchased their protein bar. It was as enjoyable as the oats are. They are plant based and gluten free so it’s great for everyone! I recommend the oats and the bars.

  • My husband and kids love Mush so these are a staple in my household. I really like the new protein option that they came out with. The price is decent and they are readily available in most stores. They are always on sale also.

  • I tried the dark chocolate version of this overnight oats and I was very pleasantly surprised. It is really, really good. It has great taste as well as flavor. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a quick breakfast. I also tried the kids oatmeal smoothie and it was also pretty good!

  • Mush Dark Chocolate and also Mush kins Apple Dreams are convenient, wholesome and who says only kids or only adults can eat either one??? :) Delicious lunch box snack or just convenient for early mornings without time to make breakfast.

  • The texture of this was exactly as its name implies, mushy. Unlike regular oatmeal that can come out too dry or too watery, the oat texture here is perfect balanced. It's good for breakfast on the go. If I was low on time I'd opt for this. However, I like a bigger breakfast, and this is not filling enough for me. Mom loves this though, her flavor of choice is blueberry.

  • MUSH oats are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast—creamy, flavorful, and made with simple, clean ingredients. I love that they're ready to eat, no prep needed, and come in a variety of tasty flavors. They’re not overly sweet, super satisfying, and keep me full for hours. A five-star option for busy mornings or a healthy snack anytime!

  • This makes for a great office break snack, for when you're simply too busy to make and bring your own overnight oats from home. There are so many flavors to choose from too. Apple cinnamon is my favorite.

  • Mush's oatmeal is honestly super yummy and convenient, and their blueberry one tastes delicious - feels like a dessert. But I give 3 stars because they are just so small for being oatmeal, they need to make em bigger

  • I want to like these a lot more because I do like the concept but some of the flavors are so artificial tasting that it’s hard to enjoy them. The texture is also sometimes a bit much to handle personally

  • Mush is gold. I like the dark chocolate one and the vanilla bean.

  • Tried the vanilla bean Mush and it was so sweet. I took one bite and threw it away. The texture was also not the best. The ingredients are clean - the only positive.

  • I tried the dark chocolate overnight oats and was impressed by how rich and flavorful it was. It is super chocolatey and very decadent. I like the convenient portion sizes and that they use natural ingredients.

  • I like these oatmeal cups but they're a little pricey. I would buy them again if there was a promotion.

  • And something I haven't seen before in the marketplace. Regarding the taste, I think the taste is okay but nothing super innovative and exciting. My kids also tried it and they were not a fan of it and they are usually good about loving every food.

  • I understand that many people put convenience above all else, but guys, one serving of these things cost 1/3 of a huge bin of oats. They’re not exceptional, and could be so easily made at home in 30 seconds.

  • These are really good. They even taste good when they are obviously bad haha-gets some tangy to add to the sweet. These are rather sweet but it is nice and I like that all of the sweetness is from dates. Good in a pinch. Love that they're plant-based. Wish the packaging was more sustainable

  • It's nice to be able to grab something and run out the door and have breakfast, without needing to add anything. A bowl of cereal is easy, but Mush is easier. I wouldn't eat them all the time, but on occasion I'm glad to have them.

  • They’re just okay. I wish they had more options that weren’t made with almonds. I’ve had the peanut butter flavor and the one with the chocolate chips. I especially wasn’t a fan of the texture of the one with the chips. Soggy chocolate is unpleasant. I’m glad they started making ones with extra protein. Those can definitely be useful.

  • I absolutely love Mush! The texture is creamy, and the flavors are delicious. It’s a great breakfast or snack option, and I feel good about the ingredients. Super satisfying and filling—definitely a favorite!v

  • The product is good but the portion size is very small, and I don't think the price matches the product. It's pretty overpriced. I know they're going for convenience but it feels like a rip off when making your own overnight oats is so cheap and inexpensive.
