Loftie earns mixed reviews: it excels at promoting phone-free, gentler sleep with a two-phase alarm, rich white/brown noise, meditations, and a sleek, minimalist design, but reliability issues—missed alarms, freezes, buggy app syncing, and Wi‑Fi dependence—undermine trust. Buyers praise the blackout display, customizable sounds, and lamp’s red light, yet complain about unintuitive UX, inconsistent sound quality, cheap-feeling buttons, and the nightlight’s weak brightness.
i LOVEEE my Loftie Lamp! The red light colour makes gives my room so much character and it's been nice to have the lamp wake up with sunrise and different colour. If I could afford, I would buy one for every one of my rooms. so easy to pair with my phone too!
The best thing I have ever done for my severe nighttime anxiety. I needed something to help me sleep immediately and not stay on my phone for all hours of the night. The first night with using this product I feel asleep within a few minutes and had the best sleep of the life. There are so many different noises, playlists and meditations. This is my new favorite wind down apparatus.
Hi — I came across your Smart Alarm Clock here on ThingsTested and had a quick question.
Are you currently testing or optimizing your product page for conversion (especially for mobile shoppers)?
Looking forward to your response

Loftie has a great ecosystem of products with a potential for some improvement on the app interface side of things.
I have had my Loftie lamp and alarm clock for about 1.5 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. I am very happy with the products and they have made mornings - particularly in the winter - much easier.
There are buttons on the clock and lamp where you can control some of the settings, however it is much easier to use the app. That being said, I can leave my phone outside of my bedroom to sleep once I have made sure my alarm is set as I can turn the lamp and alarm on/off from the devices.
I do not pay for the subscription as I don’t use the storytelling or screen-time feature , so I cannot comment on that aspect, but I do agree with some of the other reviews that the app interface is a bit glitchy and could be improved.
