Love that I can use my Loftie without having to use my phone as an alarm.  I was checking my phone constantly at night and would feel anxious with it right next to me when I went to bed.  It's easy to use and I love the design (fits perfectly on my night stand).  

I would like more sounds for alarms--there are literally only 4 different alarm sounds. But there are a dozen sounds in the soundbaths section but you can't actually wake up to them. 

Easy to use. It helped me stop using my smartphone as an alarm.

I tried this for a few days and immediately decided to return. The app isn't intuitive and I just couldn't get it set up the way I wanted. The goal is to put your phone further away, but I just couldn't rely on it for that to be possible. I love the concept, but just can't recommend and probably wouldn't give this particular company a second chance.

I love this alarm clock, my only complaint is that sometimes my phone doesn’t connect to it, and I can’t sync the alarm.

Other than that, it’s made beautifully, and my partner agrees that waking up to it is a much better experience than any standard alarm clock.

The alarm sounds are so incredibly lovely - the steel drums are my personal favorite -  and they make such a positive difference in how I start my day. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to get away from using your phone as an alarm clock.

The app could use some work (updates seem a little buggy), and that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5.

The sound waves for sleep have been a revelation. The ability to access features through the app sets the Loftie up for future proof success.

What's even better is how Loftie seamlessly fits into my smart home setup, playing the role of the sleep-focused conductor among my devices. With its impressive battery life, I don't have to worry about constant recharging disrupting my sleep tracking or relaxation sessions. Admittedly, there's a premium attached to this sophistication, and the voice assistant integration could be more extensive. However, as someone who craves a holistic sleep experience, Loftie's elegant design, user-friendly features, and sleep-enhancing potential make it a worthwhile investment for me.

There is no customer support for this company. After purchase, I emailed several times and used "Chat" with their online bot but could get no answer to my question. They have no phone number and no live chat. Very poor customer support.

I don’t have the loftie, but my sister does and we live together. I’m the nicest way possible, this alarm clock is horrible. It goes off all the time, she says she has an app that never works. It makes random sounds that go off. I personally thought it was operator error, but it isn’t. No matter what time she sets it still goes off randomly throughout the week. And it’s not like it’s “oh it goes off randomly every Wednesday at 10” it’s like random days and random times with random sounds. It’s a bit annoying when I work from home and I am in a meeting and it turns on and I can hear it from my office. She also has to still set her phone alarm which defeats the purpose of the Loftie. I’m sorry, but I do not recommend.
