Not a fan of the grape flavor, but overall left me feeling more hydrated. There may be some other options out there without all the added sugar.

I'm pretty sure this product works well but unfortunately, I gag and/or vomit every time I try to drink this. The flavors are good but the saltiness just causes me to gag.

This has saved me after long days in the sun - the flavors also taste great! I have not tried the unflavored product but the lemon lime and peach are my favorite. They can be a little too sweet tasting for me, so I like to dilute with more water - also makes the product last longer so it's a win all around.

love how easy it is to add to my water. great flavor, i love the watermelon one, though havent brought my self to try many other flavors

I’ve tried electrolytes that tasted better than this. There is an overwhelming salt flavor that I can get passed with these.

I like Liquid IV’s concept, but I really don’t like the amount of sugar in it. In that case, the cons outweigh the benefits. I’ve seen they have sugar free packets now, but I’ve already found an alternative that I love: LMNT packets.

Liquid IV packets are super effective - I can tell a noticeable difference in how I feel after a night out if I take one of these before going to bed, and even if I wait to take one of them until the morning after. The Lemon-Lime flavor is tasty - it's surprisingly salty at first, which makes sense, but once you get used to it you have no problem sipping on the drink. I make sure I have Liquid IV with me 100% of the time when I travel now, and they make great gifts (stocking stuffers, etc.).

While I appreciate the aim with this brand, I don't love the ingredients or sugar content. It nearly defeats the purpose of the product. I think there are much cleaner and more effective alternatives without as much sugar or additives!

I absolutely hate the taste of these and that they have stevia and or monk fruit I triple hate that every other hydration brand seems to be just copying their product and also stevia.

Love this stuff. My go to flavor is strawberry. It has saved me from many wicked hangovers and has helped hydrated me through trips.

We've taken these on trips. I read that flying gets you dehydrated and so it's just something we take before a flight. Also, my kids love the flavors.

These taste fantastic and work like a charm to prevent and/or treat a hangover. That said, 11g of sugar is a LOT

I feel like it doesnt do much, its overpriced and has too much sugar.

Effective is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Liquid I.V. I gave four stars instead of five because the high level of sodium tends to leave me a little swollen when compared to some other electrolyte drink mixes. If you're dehydrated, have a headache, just finished a hard workout, this is a fantastic product to reach for. The watermelon flavor is my favorite and I always drink this super ice cold.

It's hard to drink a lot of water! I really enjoy the new sugar free flavors of Liquid I.V. to chug water after a workout, or keep in a big mason jar next to my computer while working throughout the day.

we don't travel without a box of these. help so much with jetlag, dehydration from flying. taste great and really work.
