Effective is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Liquid I.V. I gave four stars instead of five because the high level of sodium tends to leave me a little swollen when compared to some other electrolyte drink mixes. If you're dehydrated, have a headache, just finished a hard workout, this is a fantastic product to reach for. The watermelon flavor is my favorite and I always drink this super ice cold.

It's hard to drink a lot of water! I really enjoy the new sugar free flavors of Liquid I.V. to chug water after a workout, or keep in a big mason jar next to my computer while working throughout the day.

we don't travel without a box of these. help so much with jetlag, dehydration from flying. taste great and really work.

Taste is great but wayyyy to much sugar, might as well drink a gatorade.

As someone who regularly forgets to drink water (thanks, ADHD), who gets dizzy every time I stand up (thanks again, ADHD), and who also gets frequent migraines (fun, I know...), hydration is essential. LiquidIV tastes good (which makes it more likely I'll actually finish my glass), and it works too. I buy them in bulk at Costco and keep them in my bag for travel, workouts, and days when I am feeling like I need some extra electrolytes running through my dehydrated veins. Oh, but just the sugar-free ones! I'm not looking to spike my blood sugar or get cavities.

Love Liquid I.V., especially the pineapple flavor. I wish the salt content wasn’t so high, but I guess that’s part of how it works. Good flavors and they do what they claim!

I drink one of these every day! Anytime I’m not doing the best with taking care of myself, these are a lifesaver.

This is perfect for pregnancy! You’re constantly needing more electrolytes and water, so these were perfect to carry around in my bag and keep at work. Before this I was drinking Gatorade, which has more sugar than I’d like.

I love how easy these are to throw in your purse for on the go hydration. The taste of these are much better than other electrolyte waters I have tried. Some are too salty, but not this one!

Love this product, I drink it after my morning workouts. Keeps me hydrated and energetic! Downfall is whenever I forget to rinse my water bottle out after IV Hydration has been on it, it builds mold very quickly due to the high amount of sugar added to IV Hydration. So, of you decide to use this product make to sure rinse/wash your bottle out immediately to prevent mold growth.

Liquid IV is a great product but the lemon-like flavor is gross. Also they need a sugar free option.

I will chug this down if I feel like I need extra hydration, but I don't love the flavors or how salty it is. The powder also doesn't dissolve into liquid super well in my opinion. Love the concept but not something I feel I can use consistently.

Works well, but the taste, texture, and mixability could always be improved. especially good if you need to hydrate for a run!

So much sugar in these. I prefer other brands with less sugar and better quality.

I have not experienced amazing effects from this product and the flavors I've tried are only okay!
