Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, travel, heat, and hangovers—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) stand out. However, many reviews flag overly sweet, sometimes salty flavors, a “thick” mouthfeel, undissolved grit, and high sugar/sodium; some prefer diluting with more water or the newer sugar‑free line, and a few question ingredient “cleanliness” or effectiveness versus competitors.

Good but SO SWEET. I'm guessing that the sugar is part of the electrolytes, but I'm not a huge fan of the sugary taste. That being said, the single packs are so useful and easy to take on the go for travel.
These packets are great for on the go. They rip and pour easily. The contents dissolve fairly well. I love the concept and the variety of flavors. However, I wish it was less sugary.
A bit too much sugar and can get clumpy but all in all gets the job done & makes you feel a whole lot more hydrated.
These definitely help boost energy and have good flavor but they are also loaded with sugar. Not my favorite but good in a pinch.
I’ve used this product mostly as a hangover preventative when I know I’ll be having a night out or to help with hydration the next day. As someone in their 40s, I don’t recover from those nights quite as easily as I used to and can use all the help I can get. I’ve found that you can get them on the cheap at Costco, which is great.

Product is too sugar-y and sweet in my opinion. It gets the job done but wouldn't be my first choice for electrolyte powder.
Love these they always help me stay hydrated and taste amazing

I got Liquid IV when I was dealing with a massive hangover on New Year’s Day. In terms of flavor, the Lemon Lime packet tasted just like a Gatorade, but it had a slight Stevia-like flavor so I would have preferred just drinking Gatorade. I got my single packet at Whole Foods and it was quite expensive (around $2.50) so I don’t fully see the appeal of it.
I was happy with it once I found the right flavor. I like lemon lime. I appreciate that they don’t use artificial sweeteners and that it has enough salt. I feel more hydrated after drinking it and I feel it helps me drink more when I’m sick or exercising. Flavors I didn’t like: arctic cherry, strawberry, pina colada

This is really one of the best hydration drink mixes on the market but the price is way too high. I even passed it up on sale at Ross because it was way over priced to begin with.
Bought a box of these hydration packs and unfortunately my husband and I did not like the taste at all! Left a very unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth. We won't be purchasing these again based solely off the flavour.

Liquid I.V. has become my hydration go-to, especially for someone who's not a water enthusiast. After exploring various flavors, my top choices are Tropical Fruit, Strawberry, and Golden Cherry. Tropical Fruit feels like a daily escape, while Strawberry adds a sweet touch, and Golden Cherry brings a bit of tartness. No more avoiding hydration – Liquid I.V. turns it into a delightful routine. I always have a supply and stock up at Costco. The packaging is also totally convenient. I can toss a few packets into my bag and I’m good to go. Here's to staying refreshed effortlessly! 🌸💦
Strawberry flavor goes crazy. Is it that much better than other electrolyte products? I’m not sure. But convenient to have in small powder packets.
In all honestly, I’m not sure if this works or it’s just placebo. All I know is they taste great and I have a perceived sense of being more hydrated before a night out.
I cannot stand the taste of any of the flavors. I will chug them while sick to stay hydrated but I do not enjoy them.

The sugar-free liquid-IV is the only way to go, otherwise packed with sugar. The flavors are okay, but I think there are other brands that taste better + have much cleaner ingredient profiles. They sell both the regular and sugar free options it in bulk at Costco, which is a benefit.

If I could afford it, I would live off of the sugar free white peach! But as someone with chronic health issues, I keep these in my arsenal when my immune system is extra low and I need an extra hydration boost.
Perfect hangover cure.
So happy they are FINALLY in Canada! I used to run to Walmart in buffalo all the time to grab them! They have such good flavors. I gave them 4 stars for now because i wish they had a few more options. Definitely recommend after a night out or a game.
I received a free box of their hydration multipliers in their standard flavors. I tried all three and did not notice and notice a difference in my hydration level or energy level. I found the water to packet ratio made a disgustingly sweet drink. I had to chug it all in one go just to get it down. I appreciate the increased electrolytes compared to gatorade, but I just couldn't get past the taste.
