It definitely gets the job done without a doubt, and i’ll usually drink these when i’m ill / have a sore throat however they don’t taste amazing. If you can get by it though it’s really not that bad and I would recommend it to anyone who struggles to drink enough water throughout the day.

After drinking a liquid IV infused water I feel instantly hydrated. I highly recommend for hangovers, colds/flus, or if you just don’t drink enough water. I’ve enjoyed all the flavors.

I love getting liquid IV, because it is soo convenient and doesn’t have the same sugar content as other electrolyte drinks. It is really convenient and you can get a large amount of them from Costco. I like to keep one in my bag and I normally drink these whenever I feel extra groggy or low.

It mixes in water really well and tastes delicious. I'm just not convinced that its extra hydrating. My roommate bought some and told me "Now i can just have one glass of water and be hydrated all day. I don't have to have 8 cups of water anymore!" which is highly toxic. Their marketing team needs to do a better job of outlining the benefits such as being great for workout recovery and a hangover. It is NOT a substitute for water!

At first I thought it was really salty, but it is better diluted in 32oz of water than 16oz. Got a good deal at Costco (it was $10 off) and works really well in 90 degree humid weather.

Tastes great, works really well in hot wether to keep you properly hydrated. Also works to ease a would-be hangover if drank the night before. I typically lean towards guava flavor but all are good depending on your taste preferences.

Their lemon lime flavor helped me get through a cold! Definitely felt hydrated and the flavor was great.

I started drinking these summer of 2021. I was having issues with my diet and felt dehydrated most of the time. I liked most of the flavors, too. However after drinking these for months I felt more sick than before. I stopped drinking these immediately after finding out I was getting sick from these because I have celiac. Once I stopped drinking these I started to feel better, immediately. Highly recommend for those who do not have this health issue.

My friend sent us a pack of Liquid IV when my husband and I both had covid. This seriously got us through covid fatigue and kept us hydrated.

While I don’t know if it actually works, liquid IV has helped me (a very very lightweight alcohol tolerance person) with recovering from too much drinking. It does taste really salty to me, but I’m not sure if everyone experiences that. I love the convenient on-the-go packaging, and will pop a few in my travel bags just in case I need it.

I love this stuff!! I swear by it. I have a hard time drinking enough water each day and this really helps. I like the hydration multiplier for every day and the immune support when I travel or feel a cold coming on. I’ve enjoyed every flavor I’ve tried and I am extremely picky. The passion fruit is my favorite and I keep those packs everywhere.

I tried their ... lemon lime flavor: it was just okay. But I thought it did help me feel better after drinking it. white peach (sugar free) : it's a really mild white peach flavor but I would pick it over lemon lime.

Bomb hydration powder! Love the taste and think it is the quickest way to start to feel better after a hangover, even better if you remember to drink it before you go to bed.

I drank a packet of this the night of some heavy drinking. The taste is not horrible, but not exactly delicious either. I'd call it tolerable. Anyways, I took it hoping to avoid the dreaded over 30-year-old hangover, and it did not deliver. I still felt like crap the next day.

These are essential after a night out or to bring with you on vacation. I never know what to think with products like these but I am so glad I tried Liquid I.V. The flavors are great and no more hangovers!

I was really excited to try these because the size seems very convenient and I loved the idea of a hydration multiplier whenever you need it. In actuality, though, if you use a full packet with the recommended amount of water it's like drinking syrup. Even when using just half of a packet it was sickeningly sweet/syrup-y. I purchased 3 different flavors and hoped my kids would drink them to get the hydration benefit when needed, but my kids didn't enjoy them either.

The small packets are handy for long bike rides or hikes. I find it very sweet and started only using half. The flavor is a bit strong and artificial. I wanted to like this because of the convenience but likely won’t buy again.

Liquid I.V. is a game-changer! Tastes great, works fast, and keeps me feeling energized all day. Perfect for busy lifestyles or post-workout recovery.

Absolutely love liquid IV! The watermelon flavor is probably my favorite. I work 12 shifts in the ER and am a runner and this is my favorite way to stay hydrated. It gives you a little extra boost and tastes great!

This product is a total game changer!! One time I was sick with a terrible stomach flu. I couldn’t keep anything down. I was super dehydrated and I felt awful. I had missed several days of work and even though I wasn’t feeling well I had to go back to work. My husband gave my liquid IV and within an hour I felt sooo much better. It was so hydrating, every time I’m sick or I have a few drinks these are my go to!!
