Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, travel, heat, and hangovers—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) stand out. However, many reviews flag overly sweet, sometimes salty flavors, a “thick” mouthfeel, undissolved grit, and high sugar/sodium; some prefer diluting with more water or the newer sugar‑free line, and a few question ingredient “cleanliness” or effectiveness versus competitors.

My go to for when I need to replenish electrolytes or when I’m feeling dehydrated. Gives me a boost of energy as well. Yummy flavors and not overly sweet.

Sooo yummy i love the bomb pop one or the strawberry one sooo much it’s so hydrating! I would recommend it to anti athletes or anyone looking for extra hydration.
Loveddd it
Liquid IV if definitely effective and tasty but I don’t like how much added sugar some of them have. It’s a good thing to add to a mixed drink though.
My favorite electrolytes! Love the sugar free rainbow sherbet flavor. Only con is they don’t have a lot of sugar free flavors
One of the best pre and post hangover solutions. Also, all the flavors taste great

I recommend this product to my friends and family for proper hydration in pregnancy and also before and after a long night out.
The lemon lime flavor helps when I’m doing intermittent fasting and need some electrolytes and hydration. Definitely helps and only 1 packet every now and then is necessary.
Not a fan of these. The taste is ok, definitely salty. They have both sugar and stevia in it which just seems unnecessary. Stevia is a migraine trigger for me so I try to avoid it. They're also expensive. The website is just lots of buzzwords, the FAQ has the same general response copy and pasted for most of the questions. Overall I just get a bad vibe from the company, they just seem shady and like the goal is only to sell their products and they don't really care about the consumer. Anyways ya I don't really want to support them. There's similar products out there that are all around better.
I wish that these had a little less sugar, but I only use half a packet with double the water, so it's not too bad. Have found the customer service is good when i have issues.
Flavors are good and it really helps with hydration
This stuff is amazing. The yuzu flavor has the perfect amount of caffeine. So many of the flavors are incredibly refreshing and taste great.
Not my favorite for hydration and the taste just isn’t it. Overdone fruit flavor that tastes a little artificial & has a weird aftertaste. I am sensitive to the taste of stevia so that could be it.
If you are sick or hangover that your salvation, I swear you will feel better pretty quick, when you feel dehydrated it’s your best friend
It provided good hydration but was so sweet!

The flavors are fun! I love the idea of having a hydration stick, but the sugar count feels too high for me and they messed with my digestion.

I'm a type 1 diabetic, so I've got to be a little more aware of the carbohydrate/sugar content of my food and drink than a normal person. I'm saying this because OH BOY, do these pack a sugar-y punch. That being said, they absolutely do what they advertise: hydrate you (with a hefty electrolyte punch). I would recommend these for people with POTS (optional extra sprinkle of iodized salt is nice during really bad flare-ups) and for use as a pre-or-mid-workout hydration beverage. I love their flavors (personal favorites include golden cherry, strawberry lemonade, and concord grape), and they've got an extensive variety for basically anyone to find a favorite. Pro tip: get them in bulk at Costco if you can. They're CONSIDERABLY less expensive and sold in packs of 20+ (online they usually max out around 16 mix packs per bag).

Good, yet run of the mill electrolytes. They work, but I don’t notice anything that sets them apart.
It’s not my go-to rehydrate but it is actually pretty tasty!

although i really like the packaging and the mission, these taste awful. I have tried several flavors and I just can't swallow them.
