So, about the Sleeping Mask – it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. Despite all the talk, I was hoping for some serious hydration, but it fell short. Instead of giving my lips the TLC they needed, it felt like it missed the mark for a lip mask. Plus, the price? A bit much for what felt like mediocre results.

This is some of the best skincare I've used in the past few years. Their lip masks are usually what is raved about, but I'm a huge fan of their actual skincare line. The blue algae toner, essence, serum, moisturizer, and eye cream are all stand alone products that really help my combo skin. My two favorites that I absolutely would rebuy are the eye cream and the Revitalizing Toner Essence. While the essence isn't an absolutely necessary step in a skincare routine, the instant feel of hydration is so refreshing. I know they offer two other toner essences, one that is clarifying but I can't remember what the other one is specifically for. The viscosity of the toner is almost like the feel of an aloe juice, if that makes sense. It's more silky and thicker than most other toners I've used. I like the hydrating toner from Fenty and find that both are comparable to each other. Definitely a component in my skincare routine that I won't skip even though it's not considered a must have, but more of a luxury. The other product that feels amazing and is also extremely hydrating is the eye cream. It's not heavy at all. A little bit goes a very long way. It's a silky gel cream product that can be used under makeup. Not many eye creams are light enough to use during a daytime skin routine. I like K Beauty and I do like trying new products. I bought Laniege products from Marshalls last year and that was my introduction to the brand. During the Sephora VIB sale, I went into the store to get some things and there was an SA that had me try a few of the products in the store. I was seriously sold based on that brief experience. I'm attaching pictures of the products so you can see that I definitely am using the products. I don't write reviews just to write them. I do write them to inform others so they have information to make educated decisions regarding if products are worth their time and money. Even though I have multiple products in their skincare line, I'm focusing on the two products that I would absolutely keep in my routine. I think the other products are good. Do I think I have products that are equal to or better for my skin needs? Yes. I think there are other products I would reach for more, but the toner essence and the gel cream are products that have now become must haves in my routine.

Chapped lips? Who dat? The Lip Sleeping Mask from Laneige, in the Berry shade is worth every penny spent. Plus I don't know what I am crushing on more - the lip sleeping mask, or the cute applicator that comes with it. Overall, it is a very easy to use product and is super hydrating!

I love their lip sleeping masks. Pleasant scent and, above all, effects! Visible effects as soon as the first use. Deeply moisturizes. I literally won't go to sleep without applying this mask.

I'm really loving this lip sleeping mask! It's been a lifesaver for keeping my lips super soft and hydrated lately, and the berry flavour is just the cherry on top. Plus, you don't need to use much - a little goes a long way.

I bought the LANEIGE lip sleeping mask in Vanilla 6 months ago and I still have a lovely amount of product left! I put this lip mask on routinely every night. I love it, I like the texture on my lips. Not sticky, but thick and softens the lips 👄 Really impressed with how long the product lasts, really great value for money! It’s very nourishing, smells yummy and I love the product packaging. 100% recommend!

This is a well known and loved lip mask. Now while I do enjoy using this lip mask before bed, I find that it works the same as other lip masks that I have. It is very good quality and it does exactly as it should. But I wouldn't say ir's ground breaking. Still woul recommed to anyone with dry lips or that need a boost of moisture.

Love all things Laneige. Currently loving this Cream Skin toner and moisturizer. Goes on smooth and makes skin super soft. Not heavy or oily. If you're looking for a toner and moisturizer in one, I recommend this one!

This is hands down my favorite lip mask, especially during the winter. It is also my ritual at night as I absolutely can not do with out it. If you get chapped lips like me, do yourself a favor and get this. We all need this in our lives…

I love their lip sleeping mask. One of the best to not only put on your lips, but also put on dry skin. I love the packaging. I love how much product comes in it and I love love love the smell of the berry one!!

The best product is their hero product..the lip mask. I enjoy this lip mask so much that I put it on as a lip gloss. It gives my lips such a beautiful natural shine, without looking and feeling heavy. The formula is great and feels amazing on your lips. I practically wear it day and night.

I use this every night before bed, it always sits on my night stand, so I can wake up with super soft healed lips. I love the mild vanilla scent and the packaging itself is minimalistic and looks cute on my dresser. Very nourishing. I even make my boyfriend use it.

Ive had the worst experience with this company’s lack of communication and customer service. Before Christmas 2024, I purchased some creams for myself, which I ended up being gifted the same thing so I decided to return. First I couldn’t find my order to print out return slip. Contacted them, but they only respond 3 business days later!! And that’s if you keep messaging them. They finally assisted and I printed and returned my BRAND NEW, UNOPENED products that I did not want to keep. Weeks go by and I STILL HAVE NOT received my money back. I’ve been messaging them to send me my refund and they keep ignoring me or just giving me run arounds. I retuned my order back in January and they confirmed that my package was received January 30, it’s February 27 today and still nothing. Worst customer experience ever. I will never ever be purchasing again from Laneige online and I will spread my horrible experience with everyone I know. This is such a scam of a company, they take your money and when you return on time, they never give you your refund. I’ve attached screenshots to prove it. I’ve waited so long to not post a bad review but they caused so much stress and wasted so much of my time, hunting them down for my money!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

if i had to only use one lip product for the rest of my whole life it would hands down be the lip balm! no question!!! the best thing ever made!

After one night of using the cotton candy lip sleeping mask, my lips that were dry and crispy were transformed into luscious soft lips that felt nourished and soothed. Not only did they transform my lips, but they also smelt good in the process! This is a definite repurchase and a recommendation to any one with dry lips!

Totally must have product!😍 I’m in love with this lip mask, I’ve been using it for the last 2 years. Every time I buy pink one, cause I like it’s smell most. Consistency and smell makes you so sweet, moisturises super well. And I use it as a lipstick too)

I personally love their lip products. I have the lip masks in berry and mango and then also have the glowy balms in all four of the flavors. They’re not too baby on the lips and hydrating. They’re not sticky like many lip masks and lip balms I have come across. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their products.
