immi earns polarized reviews: many praise the plant‑based ramen for satisfying, high‑protein, low‑carb comfort with flavorful broths like Black Garlic “Chicken,” Spicy “Beef,” and Tom Yum, while a substantial number say it isn’t good because the noodles taste rubbery or grainy and the soups can be bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it works well as a healthy base with add‑ins and easy prep, but texture inconsistencies, small portions, and flavor balance hold it back.

Plant based and 22 grams of protein? Count me in! Noodles were very unique im not sure if they’re my favorite but the broth was nice and light. Unfortunately all the ones at my Whole Foods were very close to expiring but that’s on me for not checking the date.

These are the best ramen noodles I’ve ever had! They have a delicious flavor, are high in protein and low in carbs. I also love that this brand is lower in sodium than other brands. My kids love it too - it’s our new favorite!

I just tried the black garlic chicken. The noodles are gross and have the same slight bitterness and grainy texture as those lentil noodles you get at the supermarket. It's a no-go for me. And WOW! Look at the saturated fat (9 grams)! These people promote these as healthy.

I tried a couple of the flavors, but I feel they all lack taste. The packaging shows toppings, but inside it's just a packet of flavoring.

Didnt tell me family this was plant based and they never asked... which i think is a true testament to how good it is! We are a ramen loving family in this house and pride ourselves on knowing what "good" ramen truly is. We will be buying this again and i cant wait to try the other flavors.

Umm…I’m on the fence with the immi ramen. The noodles are a different texture than I’m used to. It’s very chewy noodle like it says on the back of the package. Next time, I might have to cook it longer so it’s soft. (I think) Now, the good news, I got the Black Garlic “Chicken” Ramen and the flavors was so good.

My favorite is the Tom Yum Shrimp! Honestly, the noodles are similar texture to cold tofu/bean curd noodles from Taiwanese cuisine. I'm a fan of the texture and prefer immi noodles to be described that way instead of "rubbery." Pricey, but sometime worth it over the cheapest alternatives

Cooking times were off. Noodles never really turned to a noodle. Firm, even after 15 minutes, and extra water to boil. Flavor okay. I added soy and fish sauce to the shrimp flavor. Lots of more sodium. I also added mushroom and green onion. Overall, 4.5 on a 10 scale. Won't order again. My variety pack will probably last a year. Just not so natural ramen.

Love that immi is low carb. Great to eat as a soup, use in pasta meals, and it is a great source of protein. Normally, I eat noodle soups and feel terrible because of the sodium- this soup is filling, easy on the gut, and super tasty!

I LOVE Ramen! Ichiran NYC is my absolute jam. I used to live right above the midtown one, so you know that I'd chow down a bowl (spiciness 3, extra hard noodles + Kae-dama) one too many times. However, as we all know, delicious yet fatty and carb-loaded Tonkotsu ramen is very far from the healthiest dish. Thus as someone who cares about nutrition and health, I had to cut back my ramen intake. Now, imagine my surprise and delight when I discovered Immi on Twitter! Instant checkout — boom. I ordered the variety pack narrow down to the beef flavor as my favorite of the three. On its own Immi is pretty plain, so I experimented with condiments. Come the third bowl, I perfected the recipe. A soft-boiled egg, a dash of soy and fish sauces, half a tablespoon of chili pepper oil, and a tinge of sriracha....and wow. I get a really tasty but actually HEALTHY tasty ramen bowl. Of course, it's not "the thing" but you know what — I'm so down for it because with Immi I can enjoy familiar deliciousness guilt-free. Highly recommend that you give it a try!

It took me a few tries to nail the condiment combo to truly rock my tastebuds. It might already exist on the website but a set of condiment combo recommendations delivered straight to email or SMS would be nice! Maybe I could even

I had a mixed feelings on the product when I first tried it, but it turns out is was one of their early version of the noodle that looked more like fresh noodles but had a odd acidic tinge to it. I was on Keto at the time and really needed my noodle fix. I gave the product another try after seeing some of the new reviews and glad I did. The new noodles are more like traditional instant ramen and have that distinct fried noodle smell when you open the packaging. Takes a little longer to cook (I tend to cook my noodles longer than the package indicates) but I think I've found the answer to my noodle craving when I'm on keto. I like the beef noodle soup best (half the water recommended and maybe 3/4 of the soup base), and add some veggies, bamboo shoots and soft boiled egg

Would love to buy the noodles on their own to make other dishes like pasta

Tastes a lot better than typical packaged ramen. I grew up eating pretty much every instant ramen brand under the sun and my dad still eats ramen almost daily but I never really was a fan of how easily other ramen noodles fall apart in the soup. I thought these immi noodles had a much better texture - they’re still smooth and chewy, with just a bit more bite than the cheap stuff. Flavors also hit way beyond my expectations. Still can’t believe how much protein and fiber is in each serving too - seems almost unreal. Really glad I found these.

I heard about this brand from seeing an ad on Instagram and took a chance. Honestly, I set my expectations low as so many low carb food options are horrible. But this isn’t - it’s great. It’s really filling and the macros are way better than the ramen I grew up eating. Definitely would recommend trying these.

Total BS. Total 24 grams. Tastes like carboard.

It would have been better if you told the truth.

Not ur typical instant noodles bc the texture and flavor different. Love that it’s low carb and high protein, makes me feel a little better about eating noodles 😅 Kinda pricey for instant noodles, but I get why. Would buy again when I’m feeling fancy.

Love the idea, but the noodles don't have a great texture - very cardboard-y and not a great replacement for your typical ramen. The soup base is pretty unremarkable so overall this product disappoints a bit and for the cost wouldn't be worth it.

When I saw the nutrition information for this ramen brand I was so excited. There’s nothing I love more than ramen! The cheap packaged ramen is the best but nutritionally is so bad. This kind of satisfied my ramen fix but needs a little work. The noodles are a little cardboardy and the seasoning needs more oomph. I zested it up a little bit by adding some chicken bouillon and it was actually pretty good.

This is absolutely disgusting!!! It tastes like paper but since it is thicker I am guessing this is what cardboard tastes like. It did have garlic for flavoring but I only had two bites and had to throw it out. No one else dared to taste it after they saw my face of disgust. It only got one star because I had to give a star. Save your money and do NOT buy this product.

this was not very good. it tasted off and a little chalky. it's good if you are very specifically trying for low carb options, but it isn't that great. i think that konjac or shirataki noodles are tastier. they may not have the protein that these have, but i won't throw up ;)
