Plant based and 22 grams of protein? Count me in! Noodles were very unique im not sure if they’re my favorite but the broth was nice and light. Unfortunately all the ones at my Whole Foods were very close to expiring but that’s on me for not checking the date.

Tasty and obviously the new noodles are notably protein packed. It is quite expensive and not really what I’m looking for in a noodle.

Delicious one of the best in store ramens I have ever had with only 1 gram of sugar and no cholesterol.

This ramen brand may be low-carb, plant-based, and high protein, but it’s still surprisingly high in saturated fat. While a bag is calorically much better than a regular bag of ramen, it’s by no means a health food… and for about $6/bag, I feel like it should be. The taste is fine, but the texture is not quite the same as regular ramen (not that I really expected it to be). Even though it’s not flavored, I find that Halo Ramen tastes much better and is way lower in saturated fat.

I tried the beef flavor of immi. I'm glad there's a vegan version of instant ramen but it was too expensive to buy again. 

I really enjoyed making this ramen at home. It was a fun and rewarding experience. The broth turned out delicious, and I topped mine with scallions, sausage, chili flakes, and cheese. The combination of flavors was amazing, and it was satisfying to create such a tasty meal from scratch. I can't wait to make it again!!!! 😁

This plant based noodle is unique.  It has a good flavor from the pumpkin seed base.  The texture is more dense and not as smooth as a wheat or rice flour noodle and is less absorbent.  I usually prepare ramen at home and eat it a few hours later at work.  I usually find the all the broth absorbed by the noodles.  With Immi noodles there was still plenty of broth in the bowl when it was time to eat.  I really like the broth since it had a good garlic strength and chicken flavor.  Preparation was interesting since the soup bad was added after boiling the noodles directly to the serving bowl with a defined amount of water.

This was lacking in flavor. I had to add soy sauce and siracha to make it taste better. I wouldn’t buy again. 

My dad and I had this for lunch. I was excited to try it because it has so much protein and I liked the packaging.  It was easy to prepare, just had to boil for about 7 min and add the flavor packet. My dad took one bite and said that it was like eating rubber bands. I don’t think I could have described the texture of these noodles any better than that. The flavor of the soup was pretty good despite this. It was mild and much less salty than other brands, but I added a small amount of chili oil to give it a little more spice. I applaud this brand for their efforts in making a ramen soup that is so healthy, but they absolutely missed the mark on the noodle texture. 

Didnt tell me family this was plant based and they never asked... which i think is a true testament to how good it is! We are a ramen loving family in this house and pride ourselves on knowing what "good" ramen truly is. We will be buying this again and i cant wait to try the other flavors.

If only all ramen was this good! Immi is not only delicious and vegan friendly - two qualities which are already rare enough). Immi is also shockingly healthy! Immi is loaded with protein and fiber and is made with clean, high quality ingredients.

I was excited to try these, but the texture of the noodles is hard to get over- it's extremely grainy. The flavor is good (albeit simple). I would try these again if they modified their noodle recipe, as I like the intent behind these! 



I tried the Spicy Beef flavor and I didn’t dislike! I won’t lie, the noodle texture is weird. But call me crazy, I actually enjoyed it? It’s giving high sodium instant lunch, but it’s got protein, IDK. I doctored mine with a little bit of nutritional yeast and some shakes of sesame oil and I hade a great little lunch. I don’t know that I would purchase at this price point, however. 

My partner and I ended up with a few of these packages from a friend that was moving, and I was impressed.  Being vegetarian I just assume most ramen to have some form of animal by-product, these were a sure winner. Thicker than most noodles, they held up quite well in the dish, and the high protein count is worthy enough to try again.

I tried a couple of the flavors, but I feel they all lack taste. The packaging shows toppings, but inside it's just a packet of flavoring.

This tasted very good! I love ramen but it's so high calorie and high fat. I like that this is healthier and even has protein!

I don’t know why this company charging $6 for one packet. Only broth is good. But noodles no matter how long I boil them, these are still tough. And taste weird. Do not buy. 

While the packaging design looks appetizing, the calories was surprisingly more than the regular ramen noodles. While it has slightly lower sodium in comparison, it is still very salty, plus the high saturated fat and noodles tasted rubbery was disappointing. I'd think twice before trying it again.

My cousin absolutely loved them!! Personally, the only thing I would improve is try to add a little more noodles for the price because the price is objectively high for such a small amount of noodles.

I really like Immi Ramen. Their noodles taste a bit different than what I was used to. They say their noodles aren’t fried and other companies are. So that may be the difference I taste. I like the difference. I overload my bowl with veggies, vegan protein, nuts…..and spicy chili crisp, always spicy chili crisp. So Yummy!!
