Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

Work well, but can get hydrocolloid bandaids for cheaper
I literally use Hero's Mighty Patch every week (if not every day for a stray pimple here or there). I've tested out so many pimple patches and Hero's is the only one that truly does it for me. I've probably used over 100 patches at this point, over multiple months. As a model and actor, these are my fool-proof go to for getting rid of pimples overnight before a shoot day, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Rare for me to say nothing, but nothing. They work perfectly, there's so many different sizes and visibility levels to their patches...perfect product lol

I have used the Mighty Patch Original and Invisible patches. - The Invisible: You can still tell you're wearing a patch, but definitely thinner than the Original and good for daytime use if you're working from home. - The Original: Great! Good for popped pimples to help flatten/drain them.
Feedback
The price is quite high for the amount of patches you receive.
The packaging and simplicity of this product is wonderful. Acne patches have become my go-to skincare product for cystic acne, and this is one of my favorites!
It does what it's supposed to but now many brands make acne patches at better price points, especially Korean beauty brands. Unless there's a sale, I wouldn't necessarily go for Hero patches.
Good but no different than any other pimple patches
The patches work and significantly help to reduce my madk acne. I also have the sunscreen, which I like, and the face spray, which I use when taking off my mask.

Prices could be lower for the amount of patches recieved. Sunscreen packaging is hard to use.
I’ve used the Original Mighty Patch and had great results so I also purchased the Might Patch for Dark Spots. I would give the Original 5 stars because it works like a dream and is so easy and convenient. It helps me get rid of blemishes as soon as I notice them, and has been a real life saver. I didn’t have quite as obvious results with the Mighty Patch for Dark Spots and I don’t think it’s something I’ll be purchasing again. I will always make sure I have the Originals on hand though!

I’d love it if the Dark Spot patches worked on my skin, I’m very fair and maybe they would need to be more heavy duty? Not sure how to make them work for me, but if they did lighten post blemish skin, I would always buy them!
I have used these for whiteheads and I think that they are effective and have always had a positive experience with them.

I think that there are some more cost effective options available, and other brands have more designs and colors.

Packaging? Great. I think they're missing out on marketing this towards people with dermatillomania, of which the product works beautifully.

Do not wear under a mask! That's all I had issues with though.
I always steal these from my sister. They are the best brand I have tried (I've tried Rael and several other options from CVS).
Love these, really help to note pick at any blemishes and helps them go down so much quicker than a drying cream.
I think that the Hero Cosmetics mighty patches are great, but I have tried other brands of hydrocolloid patches (namely cosrx) that are equally as effective for a fraction of the cost. While I like the product, I struggle to justify the cost.
These are the goldilocks of hydrocolloid bandages. The large patches, the invisible dots, the nose patches. They’re strong, effective, and worth the price.
These aren’t my favorite acne patches. I have pretty sensitive skin and these didn’t really work for me.
This did not work for me. I tried on two different areas and did not like it.
I was skeptical about trying this but they definitively worked on my pimples/white heads. They did not work on cystic acne.
Solid product, but other brands work just as well at better price points. Honestly not worth the hype for me.

Price point
So I actually use these more for cold sores than I do pimples. They work very well at getting the grossness of a cold sore like out of your body.
Their Mighty Patches work! They work best on white-head blemishes but can be used in different ways for other spots as well. Great for slightly disguising blemishes too.
Feedback
I wish they came in slightly bigger circles sometimes. The smaller ones are difficult to stick onto the skin if the blemish is too big, but too small to use a large rectangular patch.
