Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • Love it cause it actually works!!!!

  • THE MIGHTY PATCH IS THE BEST PATCH I HAVE EVER USED. I have used the invisible, the original, nose, and the micro point patches. I found the nose patch too uncomfortable to wear overnight as directed because I am sensitive. I have no doubt it works. These are the most effective and comfortable pimple patches I have used after trying many different kinds. The invisible patches are hardly noticeable on the skin. I've been using the redness relief rescue balm and although it does a good job of color correcting, it tends to pill and buildup noticeable around my hairline or dry spots on the skin. I won't be buying their rescue balm again. The facial sunscreen is awesome, leaves no white cast, and works well, even for layering under makeup. I think these products are affordable and effective!

  • This is the only brand i use for pimple patches. I love that they have different types for different types of blemishes because I get a lot of different types.

  • I bought the see-through kind from Target ($10.99 for 24 patches) and will go through nearly an entire box for one stubborn cystic pimple. These really are invisible, but I wish there were a way to pick them off the plastic sheet in a way that didn't crinkle the sides. They also have a bit too strong of adhesive which makes them painful to take off, and I fear of inflaming the pimple more. At night, I put tret on the pimple first, then follow up with the patch after it dries. That's been working very well!

  • Love this brand. I wear these overnight and notice a major difference if not complete removal of a pimple.

  • Never really get breakouts but when I do I put a Mighty patch on overnight and look forward to seeing the drastic difference when I peel it off in the morning. They work great! One box lasts me a long time.

  • These are great, but the price point is too high for what it is.

  • Really helpful and seamless experience. My go to emergence pimple patch.

  • OMG - you need these! I have some at home, I travel with them and I bought them for my family. They are a game changer. They help acne go away so much faster.

  • Works. Period. It might take more than one if you have cystic acne or a stubborn spot, but it really does work and prevents scarring or picking at it. Very gentle, effective, and easy to use especially at night, Pricey, adds up quick.

  • These are really a game changer! Definitely keeps me from making my skin worse when I experience a breakout. I've used a variety of their products and they all work equally as well. I gave them four stars instead of five for two reasons: the cost and the difficulty of using them with other skincare products. There are some competitors who have very similar products at a much lower pricepoint. For The Original, I think the price is too high, but I do understand for some of their other, more innovative products. I also find them somewhat tricky to use when using other skincare products. I've had some come off easily if I don't do it just right with my other nightly products.

  • These patches are just okay, especially when compared to what’s available in Korea. The adhesion is poor unless you really dry out the area before applying- as in need to cleanse with a stripping soap. I only purchase these when I run out of my Korean patches when I’m desperate. The lightning wand is a joke because it doesn’t work. It’s incredibly gimmicky and not hygienic. I tossed mine out.

  • Hero Cosmetics' Mighty Patch is a game-changer for tackling unwanted blemishes. These hydrocolloid patches work wonders in drawing out impurities and speeding up the healing process. They're discreet, easy to use, and highly effective. A must-have for anyone dealing with acne breakouts!

  • They do work, but they are just hydrocolloid patches. So you may be paying the brand instead of the active component.

  • Absolutely love their pimple patches. I’ve tried a lot of different brands and this is the only one that has visibly reduced, if not completely healed blemishes.

  • I love these little guys!!! They’re perfect for sucking out all the juice in a white head and protecting open sores from further irritation. I’ve worn the clear ones in public multiple times without people noticing (note - I have very fair skin). I get an oily TZone and the nose patches are great for some general cleanup.
