I am lucky enough to have started getting acne on my face in my late 30s that has continued into my 40th year. Fun. Even better, I’m more prone to get it on my chest/back - just like when I was 14. Love that for me. I’ve tried all the things and a friend suggested a generic brand of pimple patch. Tried that one- and it worked okay. Bought Hero for myself and was honestly kind of shocked how well they work.

The pimle patches work to help draw out liquid from pimples. i found them to be most effective if I slightly pop my pimple and use it to get rid of inflammation. i have also successfully used some salicylic acid gel under the patch and let it sit overnight to reduce acne deep in the skin.

These patches are a must have! I know all too well how bad it can be to pick at an area where a pimple is coming and the aftermath of doing so. You apply one of these patches and it works like magic! I wish I would have known about these sooner! Must have product!

I really like the idea of the mighty patch. I tried a few less expensive options before actually trying mighty patch, and they didn't work. Once I finally tried mighty patch, I understand why they are superior- they actually work! I will say that I don't think they work with everyone's skin type!

If i had these as a teenager life would have been so much better! They zap away all zits and blemishes over night. Simple and fantastic!

These are truly magic. I got them after seeing my friend use them on me. They work like a charm every single time and they could not be easier to use. 10/10

I've tried the Superfuel stick, micropoint patches, sunscreen, and Rescue Balm. I think the price point is good for the amount of product. The Rescue Balm is my favorite product, I like to wear it with concealer over patches in place of a heavier foundation. It does eliminate some red and settle into my skin tone.

I have used the original mighty patches from Hero Cosmetics for a few years. They do what they are supposed to do and don't fall off easily as some other brands do. I don't think they've caused any significant result faster than any other hydrocolloid patch would, but with these, they will stay on even when I toss and turn in bed at night.

I love these! They ease my mind and make a pimple pop up not feel as anxiety-ridden. I know that it works and sucks up the gunk without potential hyperpigmentation because there’s no cuts on my upper skin!

Easy to use, very effective on emerging pimples. The stickers are discrete and stay on over night.

I recently tried The Mighty Patch and I have to say, I am impressed. The hydrocolloid patch visibly flattened and pulled gunk out of my pimples overnight, leaving me with clearer-looking skin in the morning. I have tried several other pimple patches before and none of them have been as effective as The Mighty Patch. The patch is very easy to use, you simply have to clean your face, apply the patch on the spot, and leave it on overnight. The patch is also discreet, it is very thin and barely noticeable, so you can wear it during the day without anyone noticing it. I also appreciate that the patch is cruelty-free and vegan. The packaging is also very sleek and easy to carry around. Overall, I highly recommend The Mighty Patch for anyone looking for an effective and easy way to deal with pimples. It's an award-winning product and it's easy to see why, it really works! I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I love hero and they have done so much for me when ever I break out as a quick fix!

As someone who has struggled with acne their whole life, Mighty Patch is a life saver. By far one of the best hydrocolloid patches on the market. The only reason I dropped one star is the price. I wish more came in the packaging, but they get the job done. Other "cheaper" brands do not stick as well, nor do they work as well. The packaging is great and I like the ease of getting each patch off the sleeve. Some other brands don't package like Mighty Patch and I end up wasting a few patches just getting them off the plastic sleeve. This is not the case with Mighty Patch, which I love.

The products work but it would be nice if the packaging had guides for which patch is best to treat certain pimples and acne flare ups

Hero cosmetics has saved me so many times when a random pimple pops up. I love the might patches, especially to get rid of my pesky period pimples. They’re usually gone within 2-3 days when I use a patch! I also love the rescue balm to put on after patches. It really helps sooth inflammation and lessen the size of the pimple. I almost thought it was in my head at first but time and time again, hero has saved me from a crisis.

A great thing to always have on hand! Only thing I would say is I have more success when I pop the zit or pimple first, which I know you aren't supposed to do!

I was skeptical about these but wow, do they work! The key is for the zit to have come to head or at least have some sort of opening so the patch can do its job in absorbing the bad. I have 100% success rate when using them: either the zit is then flat and/or completely gone away. I wear them overnight, as does my husband. This product avoided me from having a huge hormonal pimple on my wedding day.

There is no better way to start your day than by peeling off a Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch and witnessing how well it did its job. Even post-Accutane, I get pimples here and there and try to get rid of them as soon as possible. Hero Cosmetic’s Micropoint for Blemishes patch gets rid of the growths under my skin, while the Mighty Patch Original gets rid of pimples that sneak past me and get to the surface of my skin. Both patches are discreet enough that I wear them in public on occasion because of how invisible they are. The clear color will always win, but I think it would be fun if Hero Cosmetics put colorful patches on the market!

I got to try the Mighty Patch and was very excited at the idea of having help with my acne. Unfortunately, I did not find these effective. Most people rave about them, so I had high hopes. Perhaps that's why my expectations were a bit high. To be fair, I should probably give them another try.
