Customer service lacks. Their timeliness on answering in chat takes well over 30 minutes each time for a response. Along with what you say is not interrupted correctly. I have made an order twice now for the same issue of receiving the wrong size fit. On my second order I even emailed customer care (shown in the photo) for a confirmation to confirm the order I placed was the correct fit and item. I received the wrong fit yet again and was told to just return the items for the second time and place a new order. Making me waste my time of packing the items up again, drive to the nearest UPS, have another expected refund pending on my credit card and go all the way back to square one. super disappointed and👎 for taking no accountability regarding the situation. Update: after 3 more days of continuously emailing back-and-forth I received a 20% coupon on the day their up to 60% off sale ended.
