  • Effortless, natural makeup effect
  • Beloved, compliment‑magnet fragrance
  • Lightweight, comfortable textures
  • Iconic, chic packaging
  • Sheer, low‑coverage bases
  • Inconsistent scent longevity
  • Occasional packaging fragility
  • Sticky gloss, drying lipstick

Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

  • Beautiful packaging, below average product. The only outstanding item I have tried is the balm dot com.

  • I was an early Glossier evangelist (as I'm sure pretty much every NYC 20-something girl was in 2015) so I've purchased practically everything from the brand. Boy Brow, Milky Jelly Cleanser, and You were my only consistent repurchases. Serums I found better versions, cleanser I eventually went back to CeraVe... pretty much everything I replaced with better, more accessible, and cheaper versions. The fragrance is only product I still keep in my beauty rotation and even some days I resent smelling like every other millennial lol Like everyone else, I'm curious to see where Glossier goes post DTC heyday

  • Glossier does some products really well (the old formulation of You, balms, highlight sticks, boy brow) but most of their products can be easily compared to something from another line by now. The quality is decent, but for skincare I’d go to other brands that have similar products at a lower price point.

  • I've only tried the cloud paint, and I'm obsessed. As someone who doesn't wear makeup that often or really even know how to apply it, I love how easy the cloud paint application is & how natural it looks. The products came in a fun pink travel bag. I took some reviewers' advice and instead of peeling off the foil packaging fully, I just poked a hole with a safety pin to dispense product. This has made it so much easier to control how much product comes out. Overall, an awesome addition to my minimal makeup drawer.

  • I love all of Hlossiers products. Clean with cute packaging. All of them smell great and are healthy for your skin. I’m very loyal to this brand and will continue purchasing from them

  • I loved the look of the skin tint and the concealer but found they did not last on my combination skin, and the concealer creased under my eyes pretty quickly. I love the cloud paint for cheeks though! The balm dot com is great for me - gives a subtle flush of color without looking made-up. I had flaking with the boy brow but the color was perfect so I lived with it until it ran out.

  • I love their balm dot com. Great flavors hydrating and useful for everyday. Also lasts a long time!

  • I got the fragrance with a birthday gift card. I love it so much. if you don't like people knowing what you are wearing don't get it. To me, it smells the same on everyone. The scent is light and lasts all day. It is worth worth the money. I DO Not like the rub-on the spray is better.

  • My Glossier Mascara has been an essential part of my morning routine for the last 2 years. I love that this mascara makes my eyes pop while not being to dramatic. As someone who doesn't wear any other makeup this is the perfect mascara to not look out of place.

  • I've been a glossier user since the beginning with boy brow. I loved how simple the skin care was - not having to pick from a gajillion options and just know that these 3 products were all i needed for amazing skin. I've also experimented with their makeup with some variable success - its been hard to color match online but their returns process is so consumer friendly, I really appreciate it! Also now that its in Sephora, you can try before you buy.

  • The lipgloss is so good! I have one with glitter in it and it elevates my looks, all I have to do is apply some lipgloss, and I look and feel like a better version of myself, they are so moisturizing!

  • I've tried a few Glossier products! First of all, I like the vibe and the natural makeup look, so I'm definitely into this sort of thing. I really like my boy brow product and would definitely repurchase that - it's my favorite brow product I've ever tried. But - I did try the fig lip balm and found it gritty and just not for me.

  • I loved the colour and performance of the makeup, but didn’t love that it uses “non clean” ingredients.

  • I find the skincare and face makeup products overly scented which has caused my sensitive skin to break out. The makeup is OK, but I would say best for someone in high school/ younger. The eyeshadow doesn't last long and the lip products are drying. The oil based makeup remover is one product though that I do think is very good and better than most other liquid makeup removers!

  • My one stop shop to glow this summer! Absolutely love the FutureDew and all of the Ultralip shades. I have been using the concealer and blushes for years and just discovered these new products which are equally as great.

  • Decently priced, personally my favorite perfume and lip balm I haven't tried anything else yet

  • Besides the cute branding, I don't think the price is worth what the products do. You can get very similar makeup and skincare for much less money elsewhere.

  • I used to love Glossier and basically only wear that. Now I've swapped some products for other things on the market. Of products I still love: - Future Dew, but only in the winter. - Balm Dot Com, but I have the old formula, not the Sephora-approved one - Body Hero, the oil wash - The concealer. I use this a lot - Lash slick but more often on my eyebrows Things I now swapped: - Future Dew in the summer for Saie Glow Gel - Lash Slick for Thrive Causemetics Mascara - Boy brow for ELF, or I use Lashslick on my eyebrows. Just a light touch of it.

  • Still love their original products (boy brow and cloud paint) but haven´t been intrigued by any of their recent releases.
